Dear all,I signed up for Adobe's free trial for the first week and canceled before the trial ended, so there were no active subscriptions on my profile. However, after the trial week was over, I noticed that I was charged for the monthly subscriptions, despite having no active subscriptions. Is this standard procedure, and will Adobe automatically refund me, or do I need to request a refund specifically?Thank you

I continually have a problem with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC when I try to use the redaction tool.  I select the text I want to redact I click 'Apply' The pop-up which should appear (confirming redaction, etc.) appears as a blank box, and the entire programme basically freezes. I can do nothing else, except open my computer's Task Manager and click 'End Task' for Adobe Acrobat. (See attached image.)  This is a huge problem, since my role as an employee and my unit's function requires the ability to fully and securely redact on a daily basis.   I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - Version 2021.005.20048  Can anyone help?  

Benutze windows 11 pro und habe mir das Acrobat Pro installiert. Leider kann ich die Englische Sprache unter Einstellungen Language nicht ändern. Es stehen keine weiteren Sprachen zur Auswahl.Auf dem android Tablet habe ich die deutsche Sprache. Gibt es eine Lösung?

It downloads good and starts installing, but quickly stops with no obvious error message.Win 11 is a new install and has just been rebuilt, has no patches due.Browser is Brave and JavaScript is enabled. Edge is also installed.Other installations are working perfectly.I have tried the full version of Acrobat and that does install.Works perfectly on my old Win 10 Pro PC which I am replacing.

 My brother's printer/scanner up until 2 days ago let me scan into Adobe PRO.  I made no changes and now I get an error - Failed to connect to the device. then error TW5-101-0x0Followed by: Either the scanner driver is not installed or the scanner is not connected I can print from Adobe to the same printer.I can scan from the Brother/Printer scanner into a brother app.I have uninstalled both the brother and adobe software.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My Acrobat Pro won't launch after I installed the Win11 24H2 update.Acrobat distiller works as does LR & PS.When acrobat is started no window opens but it can be seen in the task manager.I have uninstalled via Creative Cloud but now I can't re-install as it gets stuck at 30%. Anyone else having this problem after updating to Win11 24H2 (full official release, not the pre-release version)

I know I can click on the icon to go away. It just seems annoying when I open it up every time and the the blue panel is there and  verify the signatures when I open it up. Is there a way to prevent that thing from showing up?

Seems accessing SharePoint has been broken in the latest Adobe Acrobat DC... again?Using the open from Desktop link on a PDF inside of SharePoint 365 pops up with a prompt to sign into a storage connector. Acknowleding this, Adobe pops up with a site name and URL entry and clicking continue always pops up with the attached invalid site error. Even going to the "Add file storage" directly from Adobe Acrobat and inputting your SharePoint 365 URL directly will get the same error. What's going on and when will this be fixed? I remember this happened before and Adobe fixed something automatically on the backend and everything started working again. Things to note: 1. Appears to be happening to all users.2. Tried with full on site admin to SharePoint, same problem.3. Confirmed happening on 25.001.20744 and 25.001.20693 versions of Adobe Acrobat DC.4. I would love to get a response to this post from someone at Adobe. I have posted about this more than once, the last time probably more than two years ago. Q: Why doesn't Adobe fix the inability to connect an external editor to Acrobat DC (and I believe several prior versions of Acrobat).  When using any external editor in Acrobat, Acrobat freezes like a stone, requiring a forced quit.   Yes, I know that you can copy and paste script from the internal editor to the external editor, work on it and copy and paste it back to Acrobat, but that is not responsive to Adobe's failure to fix this. When you spend hours writing script, the cumulative effect of cutting and pasting repeatedly is a ridiculous annoyance. After years of Adobe not fixing this problem I reiterate what I said the last time: Adobe's failure to fix this is disrespectful of its customers. And for those who might say it is an Apple problem, not Adobe's, I say Adobe has an obligation to work with Apple to fix i

I use Acrobat to export pdf files to word in order to translate the text from German to English retaining the format. Frequently these PDF files include all embedded graphics or images. I have included two attachments One that shows the original pdf file and the export where the Docx file shows only 3 of the 7 graphics included either fully or partially. I tried the cloud version where I uploaded the pdf to the cloud. it was better but not perfect.Is there a way to export pdf files to word and force them to include all graphics? I look forward to your reply Jim

Eveytime I try I select a document to send for a signature request, it keeps popping up "unsupported file type".

At my work we are trying to transition to paperless data packets. As a part of this we have made several fillable forms. They were created and are combined (using the combine tool) with other PDFs, all in Adobe Pro.  The problem is that it seems anytime you combine or save any PDF that contains fillable fields there is about a 5% chance that some of the fields will disappear, including ones that have already been filled in. For drop down boxes, they may appear to be there but there is not way to click on them. The outlines of the fields are still visible if you go to the prepare form tool, but their contents have disappeared. It has been very frustrating. How do I prevent this from happening? 

1. I draw a rectangle that is a solid color.2. I then either use "type text" tool or "Add content" text button to type over the box.3. The text goes under the box. I obviously want the text to go over/show up on top of the box so that it is visible.Rearranging the elements or doing it in the reverse order does nothing. So how do I get the box to be underneath and the text in front? version 25.001.20756 

Hello, The agency I work for has an application for services that I regularly send out through the Acrobat's E-Signature function.  I get applications that are missing data we need to process these applications.  I originally thought the issue was that the potential client just did fill out the section or forgot to add something like the city they lived in (the address is all in one field, not broken up).  Now I'm getting feedback that these people are filling it out, but it seems that most of their data gets deleted when they sign and it gets sent to me.  Today I had one person tell me they tried filling it out over 10 times as he would fill in a field and when to a new one, what he had entered disappeared.  When he went back to the field that seemed to have been deleted, the data would reappear when he clicked on it. I've tried sending these documents to sign to my work and personal email and can't replicate this.  Is there any advice anyone ca

I keep getting these fails and when I checked, it is a bunch of tabs. Is there a way to solve this issue? I have percentages next to a graph and then one tab to align the words. Is there a way to solve this?

I am using the 2017 Acrobat Pro DC version on a Mac (Sierra OS). When I flatten images using the following steps, Acrobat duplicates most of the pages in my document so that it is almost twice as long.Print Production > Flattener Preview > All pages in document > ApplyHow do I make it stop duplicating? I frequently get the error "There was a RAISE without a handler" when I zoom in too much in a PDF. It does not always happen and I don't know how to reproduce it, but it might happen once per week. We want to install Adobe Reader on Windows 11 Pro, but after installation, every time we run Adobe Reader for the first time after booting up, this error message pops up. Although we can close it, it's very annoying.We've tried installing Microsoft Visual C++, reinstalling Adobe, and using Adobe Cleaner, but none of these worked. Are there any other solutions?

I have tried to look at a PDF 3 times, and when I open it, my entire computer goes black, brings me back to the login screen and everything I had open previously looks like it has reset. I am losing my mind.
