I have a client that has Adobe Acrobat 2025….. on their system. They have a creative cloud subscription. I want to upgrade them to 26.1 (Inside of creative cloud it says that is the version, but acrobat says different). Is there a way to force the upgrade or somewhere to download the upgrade file? (The upgrade option is missing from under help).

The search function to search all past signed agreements seems to be missing. For the longest time there was always a search bar at the top of the All Agreements screen and it isn’t there anymore. I have looked and poked around many different functions, searchbars etc to no avail. Currently am unable to search for agreements at all and have to scroll through the list. Only way I can do a search is if I switch to Classic View which I really do not prefer. Any idea what may have happened? I can’t imagine the function has been literally removed from the program. 

Please put a feature in Form Creation where you can turn off the AI Assistant popup for others who use your form. Currently each user has to do it individually themselves in Reader, which is a painful process. Not everyone wants or needs AI staring them in the face.

I have a product portfolio that changes regularly and I would like to have a link that always points to the same location however the document can be relaced and changed as needed. We have the link to our portfolio in our email signature, however every time it changes, the link needs to be replaces with a new URL. Can this be achieved within adobe? 

Hello,Help me understand why Acrobat is showing a font name with a prefix. When I select a full sentence in Acrobat, the font shows as OLXKFG+Calibri. When I select just one word, it shows Calibri.What does this mean in simple terms, and how often does this happen?I’m teaching a class and want to know how to explain this or if it’s even worth mentioning. Thank you

Our technical writers have had issues for about 3 weeks now on/off with not being able to share/create links in the creative cloud desktop app. We use it pretty frequently to share drafts with SMEs. One day, it just stopped working. Tried every thing we coud think of, signed in/signed out, deleted and reinstalled the app, adjusted preferences. Nothing is working. It’s not the creation of the link that seems to be the issue, but the actual uploading to Adobe Cloud never happens. Using the adobe extension in the browser, it works fine. It’s like suddenly we’re no longer able to upload to the cloud via the desktop app, only in a browser works. Any idea about this? Could this be an IT issue on our end or is this an Adobe bug/glitch that’s been happening to others? Any input is appreciated - thanks!

Hello everyone, I’m using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2026, and I noticed that the Combine Files toolbar doesn’t include Undo/Redo. When I deleted a page, the hamburger menu showed Undo, Redo, and Move, but all of them were greyed out.Oddly, Ctrl + Z still works to undo the deletion, even though the UI says it’s unavailable.I feel like I’m posting questions every other day with this new interface. Word is so much easier to use, and Acrobat’s Combine Files workflow feels inconsistent. Is this a known limitation or a bug?Thanks again for everyone’s help. I really appreciate it. 

I want to convert a word document to pdf and only show change bars in pdf. No comments just change bar. How?

Ive attempted several fixes Per Adobe Support. 1st Attempt we cleared out windows credential manager of adobe credentials. It reoccured about 2 weeks later. 2nd Support Attempt; Running Adobe Acrobat as Administrator - We selected Help > Repair Installation. The issue reoccured 1 day laterI am curious if others are experencing this as a reoccuring issue. I have now contacted support for the 3rd time and awaiting a response. This has caused significant operational delay.

After spending half a day on this by browsing various links, I was not able to fix this issue. Had to uninstall Acrobat from Adobe CC, restart the computer, and just install the 32-bit continuous Adobe Reader. Sign in with my Adobe ID and I can see the Request for Signature.  Why is this not on the other version?   

I need to save a PDF/A as a PDF/X.  I own a three year license for Acrobat Pro 2024, installed on a Windows laptop.  When I choose Save as Other / PDF/X, it says it needs to download additional components and to wait.  Several minutes later it reports that it can’t download and gives a link for manual download.  https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/download-64-bit-installer.htmlDownloading and installing that version says that my account (which it recognizes) doesn’t have a subscription and that I need to buy a subscription (instead of my existing license).  I obviously don’t want to do that - my existing purchase of the full version of Acrobat Pro 2024 should be capable of a Save As, right?  My license also includes access to the online suite that operates in my browser.  I was able to upload my file to Adobe Express to see if I could save it as PDF/X that way.  It garbled all my tables, however, and so is unusable.  Seperately, is it possible to save as an epub?  The converter I used f

Using Acrobat Pro DC on DELL PC with windows 11.When using “Add text” and start typing an address, the street numbers print correctly.  As soon as the space bar or dot(.) or dash is pressed, the cursor jumps behind the number and starts typing there.So when I type 1234 Main Streetit shows ups as:Main Street 1234Then when I right click inside the text box, select “Right to Left”, then right away select “Left to right”, it corrects the mix-up and shows as 1234 Mail Street.  I only have English language on my computer and no other languages, particularly no middle-eastern language where everyone suggests it would be the culprit.I have done extensive research and gone through all settings and everything looks good, especially LTR & RTL settings, Preference\Language and Preference\Content Editing.Any help as to why the cursor jumps, is appreciated.

I cannot print to A3 even thou the acrobat knows the document is A3. Changing the detailed settings has no affect. The print preview box in the print dialogue box will not change from A4. 

Hi - got a new printer (HP OfficeJet Pro 9730e) and I cannot do my usual scanning through Adobe with the Adobe menu. I can use the scanner’s native user interface which brings up the very simple (small) scanning window, but I don’t want that. I want to use the green area below - and it won’t work. What can I do to do this once again? Thank you. 

I've seen this lingering around for a while now and I wanted to make this to let Adobe know there IS a problem and it is something to do with Acrobat. I have been a graphic designer for many years and I know how to install a font so please do not comment telling me I have to install the font. I have tested this with Adobe products as well as Microsoft products and the issue still persits - with one key difference, if exported as an image the text is perfect. If it's exported as a PDF the text gets distorted unless you are at 150% zoom or higher.

I am trying to sign a PDF content with a digital signature certificate created through ADCS Internal Root CA. When I open the signed PDF document to Microsoft Edge it is showing “Signature Valid” but when I open the signed PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader (latest version) it gives -“Error during signature verificationAdobe Acrobat error.Bad parameter.”I am using BouncyCastle for CMS signature generation. I have tested my signing code with just PFX loading and CMS signature generation steps on a small text and I have found the CMS verification is successful. But whenever I use the same code to sign the PDF it gives “Bad parameter” and also the openssl cms verification test fails. Based on these observations I feel there is something regarding the PDF structure after embedding the signing part into the original PDF which causes the “Bad parameter” issue.I am hereby providing some structural information of the signed PDF as attachment.Any help will be highly appreciated.

I create a 42 page pdf and images are missing.  The error is “Version 4 ICC profiles were converted to Version 2 ICC profiles during pdf export.  Error encountered while ready tiff image.”  The indesign file is a file linked with other indesign files.  No error occurs when creating pdfs individually from each of the indesign files, so images are not damaged.Is it a indesign glitch or a acrobat glitch.  

Hello,we are having an issue with the mail merge feature in Microsoft Word using Adobe Acrobat Pro.The Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Add-in is active in Word, and we are using Adobe Acrobat Pro version 2026.001.21662. Acrobat is already updated to the latest available version.We have tried this with several different Word mail merge documents. We also created a very simple test mail merge document using an Excel file with two columns: Name and Email. However, the process always fails with the same error message.We have also already tried disabling and re-enabling the Acrobat PDFMaker add-in in Word, but the issue still occurs.Has anyone experienced this problem or does anyone have an idea why the Adobe PDFMaker mail merge function is failing? We need to send around 800 personalized mail merge letters by email, so this function would be extremely helpful for us.Thank you in advance for any suggestions or solutions.LG Leon

when I used Save As or Print to PDF, the comments were included in the saved PDF. However, now when I use Save As or Print to PDF to create a new PDF, only the document is saved—the comments are not included.

it has been 3 weeks since this and i tried everything to fix this, even edit registry key to retrieve the old icon with the lock. I can’t set an adobe icon for signed pdf. tried repairing and reinstalling, with multiple pc. i use adobe acrobat pro dc x64
