Bonjour,Suite à une récupération d’un disque dur externe passé en RAW (avec 4DDiG) les fichiers .pdf ne s’ouvrent plus. Ni avec Acrobat Reader ni via Google. J’ai essayé l’outil de réparation de Ilove pdf, sans succès. D’autres fichiers tels que .docx  par contre sont récupérés sans problème.Il y a-t-il une solution ?

I have a current subscription of Adobe Acrobat Export PDF which meets all of my limited needs.  My subscription expires in April 2026. I absolutely do not need the extra features (or extra costs) of the Acrobat Pro currently being rolled out with the 7-day free trial period.  There is no reason for me to even start the free 7-day trial of Acrobat Pro.  The problem is my current Acrobat Export PDF is now totally non-functional.  The program will not open documents or preform any other functions.  The screen prompts are FORCING me to 1) either start the free trial period of Acrobat Pro or 2) quit the Adobe session without going any further.  HELP please.  How can I continue to use my current (fully paid-for) Acrobat Export PDF application without signing up for the Acrobat Pro 7-day free trial.  Thank you.

I have Adobe Acrobat. I'm trying to redact portions of a pdf. When I click the "Redact a pdf" button a popup comes on the bottom right saying "Redact a pdf is getting installed. Please wait to use this tool." It never goes passed this. I've restarted, tried updating, etc..  What to do?

Hello All: I have two PDFs. One is a pre-survey and one is a post-survey for a work project. I needed each PDF numbered 1-500, so pre-survey 001 can be stapled to post-survey 001, the same for 002, and so on. That requires that the PDFs must be collated by hand and then stapled. That takes a lot of time.There are two ways to accomplish my goal, but I'm not sure either is possible. (1) I tried combining one page of the pre-survey and one page of the post-survey, copying it 1,000 times (so there's 500 pages of both), and then bated numbering the odds and evens separately so each set of pre- and post-surveys have the same number: 001, 001, 002, 002, 003, 003, and so on. However, for whatever reason, it's not working. If I number the even pages and then come back and try to separately number the odds, I end up with weird combinations of pages numbers, i.e., where the first pre-survey is numbered 002, the first post-survey is numbered 001, etc.  (2) Create two separ

Hello, I have the Adobe Acrobat standard subscription plan.   When I "save as,"  I would like the folder I last saved an adobe file in to appear right away and not have it default to my downloads folder.   It is so annoying because often I am saving to the same folder, but since "save as" takes me to the download folder I have to navigate through a number of folders to get to where I want to save it.   If I am not mistaken years ago Adobe did save to the last folder you saved in, but something has changed.    Is this possible?

I have a client who has been experiencing a persistent issue with opening PDFs in other software. This issue happens when choosing the option to "Open in Adobe" within Outlook email PDF attachments and other software that generates reports. After some use of Adobe throughout the day, attempting to open a PDF from another program with Adobe Acrobat will result in nothing happening. No event viewer logs, no errors from Adobe itself. The only way to fix it is to go into Task Manager and kill any Acrobat.exe sessions running (even when Acrobat is not open). It seems like sessions are hanging causing new PDFs to not open. User is running Creative Cloud w/ Adobe Acrobat latest version. We've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, repairing, etc. Not sure what else to do next.

 How do I get a refund? I canceled the "trail subscription" the same day I signed up for it but was still charged, therefore I should not have been charged at all. 

Can information be omitted during the saving process and what are the steps to check

Hi, We are having a weird issue when printing the PDFs on Acrobat, no metter version of the app. When we go to File -> Print it opens the printing window. As soon as we press the button, the progress box appears and nothing is happening for 20 sec. Looks like there is an issue with sending a print job, which is actually delayed. I've seen a few posts on the Community around the simmilar isse but failed with finding any workable solution. Has anyone experienced such issue recently and managed to sort it out? That affects multiple users in our company - as mentioned - regardless on Adobe version and any updates. Thanks in advance for any hint!

When clicking on 'Buy now' the Adobe says: 'This product isn't available through your business profile. Contact your admin for accesss.' However I am the admin. How can I buy this license?Thanks for any help in advance.    

I have been using Adobe Acrobat for years. It was uptdate about a couple of weeks ago and now everytime I open a new PDF, the Welcome to Adobe  screen pops up. How do I disable it. It is getting really annnoying. 

It's no secret that Adobe uses sketchy and downright gross business practices. Now they make it near impossible to cancel your free trial to collect every dime and nickel possible from their users. It's sleazy and pathetic. Not to mention their software is so laggy and unusable, it's a wonder Adobe is still as popular as it is. Probably because they monetize every single aspect of their useless product. I can't wait until this pathetic scheme of a company comes crumbling down.

Hi! Adobe is pushing AI, but why doesn't Adobe use AI to improve the OCR? Like knowing that "Will" is more likely than "Wi11" and "The end of the day" is more likely than "Th eendo fthed ay"? Thanks! (And get it to whiz up some code to default "enable scrolling" on viewing PDF's? Who doesn't like scrolling?

The popup appears every time I open a PDF.How can I stop the popup in Acrobat Free? It says: "Turn your PDF into almost any type of file. Hi there, My account name doesn't match my profile name. I purchased using our shared ICT credit card, and the system thinks I am the ICT manager. All my comments in collaboration are showing up under that user/account name, not my online profile. Does anyone know how to fix this? 

Hi all,My company has a sales sheet for our products. Right now when we get a new dealer/distributor, they can send us their logo and contact info and I customize the sheet for them in Illustrator, then send them a PDF. I wanted to make it available online and let them upload their logo, and type in the contact info and hit submit and get a sheet back automatically. Any thoughts on the best way to do that? The other option might be an editable PDF, but most of my clients will not have a) any design experience and b) any fancy tools even Acrobat Pro DC. At best they might have the free Acrobat Reader.Thanks for any help!

I just upgraded my version to Acrobat Pro to PDF Files services. Acrobat Pro was removed form my programs and the new version does not create of edit PDF files. How do I get back to Acrobat Pro?

 I was charged 124.19 RON on my card, but I did not make or authorize this subscription. How to cancel and refund the payment. The card was used without my consent.
