 Hi everyone,I'm working with decorative Unicode text generated from a Stylish English Text Generator (https://zakhrafaengleezy.online/) and sometimes include age-related information from an Arabic Age Calculator (https://hisabalumar.com/) in my documents.Before using Acrobat AI to edit or export these PDFs, I'd like to know whether the special Unicode characters and formatting are preserved correctly, or if they may change after conversion.Has anyone tested this with similar content?

Every post I've found for this issue is nearly 10 years old and references older versions of Acrobat so I have to ask again.I have two scenarios.1. A user has Acrobat Pro installed, but is missing the combine files item entirely.2. I have Acrobat Pro installed but can only get the Combine Files option if I select only files that are local to my computer, any file that shows the Cloud Only Status for OneDrive will prevent the menu item from showing up.We have tried- uninstalling and reinstalling and repairing- Editing registry keys- Re-registering .dll files- I've even asked chat GPT and CoPilot fir help and they've been utterly useless.This feature works perfectly fine for both scenarios above on my user's old WIndows 10 laptop so what do I have to do to make this work properly on her new Windows 11 laptop?Thank you.

Hello,I am using Adobe Acrobat DC for Mac and need to reverse the page order of a PDF file that contains over 300 pages. Currently, the first page is numbered 300 and the last page is numbered 1, but I want the first page to become number 1 and the last page to become number 300.Given the high number of pages, I need an automatic solution to completely reverse the order, not a manual page-by-page rearrangement which would be too time-consuming and impractical.Could you please indicate the correct procedure to perform this operation automatically with Adobe Acrobat? Is there a specific function to reverse the order of all pages simultaneously?Thank you for your support.

How can I get rid of the horrible 'AI Assisitant' ? I hate, hate, hate, hate eeverything about it. I hate the popups that constantly get in my way every time I open a new PDF, I hate the way it dramatically slows down the application every time I want to just search for something, and I hate that way that it doesn't work at all or provide any value of any form. I just want it gone and never, ever, ever, ever, under any circumstances want it to be there getting in the way of every simple thing I want to do.  Please, please, please, please: how can I make it just go away? I just want to open and look at a PDF for heavens sake, I don't need any of this AI nonsense.-Ed May

After PDF printing selected pages of an open PDF, the zoom function of CTRL+scroll wheel stops working on all open PDFs. Have to close down the program and reopen.Could this be resolved by removing the auto-open function of the newly printed PDF? Not sure where to find that option...

I have received a PDF from a customer asking for it to be optimised. I found that they have hidden text and images using boxes, sitting behind the document content. I have tried saving as a PDF Optimised and I have tried distilling - these methods usually help me with removing transparent objects but doesn’t seem to work for this. I have tried the redact method which just completely flattens the pages into one image. Does anyone have any ideas on how to remove hidden images and text? Many thanks

My laptop wasn't moved anywhere yesterday. I don't know why the AdobeGCClient win32 x64 local backup folder, dlls, dat files, etc., randomly appeared in the C:\Windows\Temp directory, and was recreated as AdobeGCClientDiscarded, containing local win32 x64 dll files. I deleted the temp archive because I was worried about problems when opening or updating the software.

I’ve just updated to Macintosh installers (26.001.21691) based on another post but this hasn’t fixed this issue.

i tried to open and work with a 500mb file in the acrobat adobe dc app (offline) .  it opened but then then app froze and so did the computer and i had to force a shut down.  What is going on?  another version of the document opens just fine in word but it is not searchable like the pdf version is.

I download the two files in my registration folder>If I click on “master Collection” it comes up with “the file adhive part of adobe CS6...is missing. You n eed all parts in the ssme folder ...” As far as I can see they are.There were two other folders downloaded - fonts and Adobe CS6I can go all the way with the “set Up” file, except at the end of a lot of installing, nothing uploads.I’m happy with CS6 ACrobat. Any ideas? 

I use Acrobat almost exclusively to read scientific articles, so my needs are pretty basic: highlighting and text boxes. Even with that limited use, the new update is ruining my day.Since the update, images and figures are disappearing from documents, and the only way to get them back is by saving to doc, closing the application, and reopening the same doc. In addition, the window minimizes on its own, and Acrobat randomly jumps me to the bottom of the document at 4000% zoom. Importantly, I have used Acrobat nearly every day for two years, and none of these issues occurred before the update.Fix it. 

Hello Acrobat Community, I've been having issues regarding the files exporting from InDesign and viewing the PDF in a browser using Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat. At early stage, I thought it's errors on InDesign part as I mention in my post here. I use Thai fonts and the exported files looks perfectly fine, but if I copied&pasted it on Notepad or using ctrl+f funtion to look for keywords, I coundn't find a single match as all the fonts are in the wrong orders with unprocessed glyphs or unknown characters as attached. This causes us lots problems as we want to spread knowledge and info to all audience, but our work has never been showed up on the web browser because they cannot find the matching keywords by the search engine. After the generous help from InDesign Community, I did some new setting and adjustment but the problems persist. And we tried using the same text and fonts on Illustrator to compare and the issue reduces significantly but some issues rem

How do I permanently disable continuous scrolling?  The option via View > Page Display will only switch to Single Page View for individual documents - when I open a new document it will automatically default back to scrolling. I have already gone to Edit > Preferences > Documents and ticked 'Restore last view settings...' but this applies only to individual documents I have already changed the setting for. I want all documents to default to NOT scrolling without having to change the setting on each and every one.  This was possible in my previous version, but since updating to version 2019.012.20034 there is no obvious way of disabling continuous scrolling. Help gratefully received!

I am a tech for a company trying to learn more about the Adobe ecosystem to help my clients get their work done. One of my clients has Adobe pro 2024 and has suddenly lost the ability to request e-signatures. It was visible before. Other users still have the functionality. My client does have a paid license and is on Windows 11. Steps taken:Repaired the install.I used acro cleaner to uninstall and reset defaults then restarted the PC.I reinstalled adobe pro-2024.I patched the installation 2400130264.Language set to Match the OS.There is no option to Disable new acrobat reader. The option never returned. Am I simply missing a setting within the app to put the option on all tools bars?I’m looking for a little guidance, if possible, on this issue. Thank you!

I have Pro 2025.001.21288 for Mac. I use the Take a Snapshot function all the time and the icon which I had set up for my old toolbar is gone in the radical redesign.  Rather than fumble for Take a Snapshot function under the Edit menu, I was wondering if there was a way to put it in the side toolbar.  I simply can’t find it under the new customizations.  Thanks.

Started to get reports in Acrobat Pro v26.001.21691 watermarks set to “appear behind page” are sporadically not showing on the page at all.  We’ve never ran into this before.  We’re replicated this behavior across several machines and different PDFs.  Is this a known issue?

I'm using AcrobatPro (fully updated) on a Mac with macOS 13.6.7 and when I click the share button or select share from the menu the dialog box is blank. It was working peefectly fine until a few days ago. See screenshot.

Copy / paste form fields between pages in a document behaves erratically.  After copying all (or a subset of) the form fields on a page, pasting them into another page only pastes some of the fields and changes their location and size. Acrobat DC 26.001.21691 on Mac 26.5.1

Hi - hoping someone can assist. I've created a fillable form which is an employee reward nomination form. It needs to be filled and signed by multiple people across the business before it is completed. For example -1. Employee's direct manager initiates form, filling out and signing 1st section.2. They then send to department manager to approve, fill and sign.3. From there it is sent to HR team to finalise, fill remaining details, sign and save. The form I've created works but once the first person fills and signs, it then saves as a basic PDF and isn't able to be filled and signed by the next person. For further context: the aim is to store the nomination form on a shared drive for employees to use regularly. So they pick it up and start editing whenever suits for them. Is this possible? Help!
