  The standard insert signature button is not working on Mac OS. The device has the latest updates (Acrobat is also updated). When it is pressed, nothing happens. On Windows, with the same license account, everything works as expected.  Expected behavior: to show a dropdown with signatures and scans of signatures as on Windows, or to show the possibility to add a new signature.

Without going to 1900 PCs, how do I determine adobe reader versus adobe pro (cloud)? whenever I open a PDF file for the first time, Acrobat DC opens maximized.  When I resize it to the size I like the next time I open it is good.I open many new PDF files daily and with a 30" monitor I do NOT want to resize constantly.The fix for Reader DC did not work for Acrobat DCThanks

(37 in all)I've read that this could be tricky and I really don't want to screw it up.My questions are:1. What is the difference, for example, between an AcrobatUpd920_all_incr.msp and an AcrobatUpd920_all_me_incr.msp file?Some files just say all_incr.msp and some say all_me_incr.msp  (Some have "me" in the file name.)2. I am attaching a picture of my version release of Adobe Acrobat 2025.  I am also attaching a form that I need created that is accessible.  We have spent hours using the tools in this version of Acrobat trying to make this form screen readable.  Radio buttons ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE in this version of Adobe.    I'm not sure what happened with this latest release but it is almost impossible to create different groups of radio buttons in the same document. Radio buttons are absolutely necessary for this form as we do not want people checking more than one box in certain areas.    I have not found anything addressing the new behaviours of radio buttons in the 2025 software release and the knowledge base articles for previous versions  do not apply.  I would appreciate someone creating accessible radio buttons on this form and then attaching the result with instructions of the steps taken to make them accessible to this post so that I c

      I finished editing a Word document for an internal client, and made a PDF (using Acrobat Pro version 2025.001.20693). The client complained that a couple of filenames were in the wrong font.      I looked at the Word document. The filenames were correct. I looked at the PDF. They were in the wrong font. Furthermore, every bit of text in the document that should have been in our usual code font was in the wrong font (in Times New Roman, as it happens).     I searched for a possible reason. All I found was, "The font must be installed on your system." Well, the font most certainly is installed on my system. If it weren't, the document would have looked unintelligible when I edited it.     I closed all of my open Word documents, then reopened the document in question, and generated a new PDF. I have a document that uses multi-level numbering (1., 1.1, 1.2,...2.,...) for Heading 1 through Heading 5. A tab separates the autonumber from the heading text. The font is Arial for Heading 1 and Heading 2, Times New Roman for Headings 3, 4, and 5. The document must comply with Section 508 accessibility requirements. I am using Word 365 in Windows 10 and Acrobat Pro DC. When I export the document to a PDF file, Heading 1 through Heading 5 are no longer text. Instead, each is a pair of images, one for the number and one for the heading text. And Acrobat produces the accessibility error, "Other elements alternate text." What can I do to ensure that the text remains as text when exporting to PDF?

I've been trying to convert a URL to PDF (with usable hyperlinks). However, Adobe instead makes a blank white PDF that says in bold black letters "Your Browser Is No Longer Supported. To view this website and enjoy a better online expereince, update your browser for free." Followed by a series of links taking me to random sites to download Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox. Here's the issue. ALL of these browsers are up to date on my computer (I've made sure to triple check). I've tried with Safari, Google Chrome, and Firefox. Still the same issues. What am I missing?

I have over 10,000 pdfs with replace text comments on them (text with a strikethrough and replacement text). I don't have access to the original files. Is there any better process other than opening each one, makeing the text edit in Acrobat and then removing the comment and saving the file to achieve a simple text amend. Some changed are just a few words, and some are full paragraphys so there will be a change to line endings/layout. I originally thought the best way would be to use PDF2ID or PDFMarkz to recreate them in Indesign, then write a script to import the comments, apply them and then output them as pdfs again but it looks like the layout will get a bit mangled by those plugins. Is there an efficient way to edit lots of pdfs using an XML export or some kind of automation/script that I've not found while searching. Thanks in advance.

Our company has a form that reads off an xml to produce a menu for the pdf (dynamic buttons), and this form has been enabled to Reader Extended PDF. Is there a way that I can extract the xml file and its contents from that PDF form? I do have access to AEM app, but don't know how to be able to access it. TIA.

I am currently developing a payment plugin for Magento/Adobe Commerce and planning to submit it to the Adobe Commerce Marketplace. However, I would like to clarify an important point regarding the testing environment.Our plugin currently does not provide a separate test (sandbox) mode for merchants because testing is conducted in a dedicated UAT environment with only one approved merchant account. The production environment processes real payments directly.I would appreciate your guidance on whether this setup would be acceptable for submission to the Marketplace or if the lack of a dedicated test mode will affect the approval process.Additionally, if there are any recommended best practices or alternative approaches to handle this scenario, I would be grateful to receive your advice.

Hey, so I'm using Acrobat for the first time for an assment that I'm working on and it's nearing its deadline and I'm having some issues that are driving me crazy. I finished writing and answering all the questions for my assessment and was going through and proof reading it before getting ready to submit. I noticed that somehow, some of the smaller text boxes I had, had moved up my pages and were overlapping onto my bigger text boxes. When I tried to select them to move them back to where they belong, it selected the bigger box instead. So I clicked out of the box to deselect it and somehow, that deleted the whole box. I didn't click the trash icon. And now my whole paragraph is gone. I can't undo the action, because the undo icon is grey (as in, nothing to undo). I've tried "ctrl Z" and that doesn't work either. This has happened twice already with my smaller paragraphs that were easier enough to rewrite. I have a fillable form and when I preview it in Acrobat, it works just as I want it.  The radio buttons work as well.  But when I download the PDF to my laptop and view it in Chrome, all of the radio buttons are black and not functional.  I used the standard Radio Button tool in the fillable form.  Why did this happen and how do I fix it?

As soon as I updated my MacBook Pro to OS 26 Tahoe, the only problem I have is that my Adobe Acrobat has slowed to a ridiculous crawl. I went back and attempted to annotate a PDF and when I entered in a short paragraph annotation, acrobat consistently took at least a full second or more to display each character before moving onto the next. #Help

I am working with a fillable form in Adobe Acrobat and a few text fields and a radio button field are in my list of fields (in the right window) but not on my form.  I cannot figure out how to add these fields which have already been defined onto my form.  I cannot drag and drop them from the field list.  When I click Text Box or Radio Button it creates a new field.  How do I put a field that has been defined onto my fillable form?
