Hello, Adobe charged my bank account twice today for two different amounts. I would like a refund for one of them. Who should I contact regarding this issue?

I would very much like to import data from excel til a pdf form. Running on Acrobat pro, Acrobat EDU, version 2025.00120997, 64 Bit. I cannot find an "Import" button anywhere. Is it possible at all??

Hi all, my company have created an excel macro generator to generate PDF file from docx files.The docx file is exported from another PDF file which user will download it from an application.Usually user normal practice will be download the PDF -> Export to Word file -> Upload .docx file to Generator -> Generated PDF file.However, after user updated to the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Continuous PMP 25.001.20937 and the generator cannot read the .docx now.It shows message "Error reading document". I've tried to change PDF convert to Word setting, re-installing Acrobat but it is still no luck to change it.User can only upload the file export from their teammates who haven't updated their PDF.Is there any setting can change from the latest PDF version? Or any other solution can fix other than rolling back to the old version PDF? Thank you.

Hello,I have recently upgraded our plan to Adobe Acrobat Pro for Teams for our organisation. I currently have a number of templates saved in my personal Adobe account and would like to know if there is a way to transfer all these templates to the business account.The goal is to have them centrally managed and shared with our team under the Admin Console, with proper permissions and control.Has anyone done this before, or is there a recommended process for migrating templates from a personal account to a business Teams account?Thank you in advance for any guidance or advice!

Good morning erveryone,we have an problem with Acrobat Pro 2020 edu, trying to install it on a new Laptop (win 11) the last 3 days without success. At first everything went fine, deinstalling on the old device WIN10, installing on the new one, adobe account, password, but when everytime we start the application it crashes within 1 second without any error message. After this we get the message, we have to newly login in to the adobe account (see screenshot), although were logged in furthermore.  We tried everything, updating the creative commons, an Update for Acrobat Pro is impossible, because of the instantanously chrashes, we dont know, if an update ist needed/possible.The adobe Help (Online, Chatbot, FAQ) are senseless for our problem. When I open Adobe Acrobat and it pop-up certificate expiry message about adobe.io and the certificate valid day is only 1. Does anyone has idea?

Hi all, I'm facing an unexpected behaviour with bookmark pane in acrobat.  When I open the bookmark pane to navigate the document content, once I click on any bookmarks to reach the doument destination it will close the bookmark pane.  Giovanni

Hello, I have an official GED diploma and transcript PDF issued by GED Testing Service and certified by Parchment. Hello,The question I have is, if a document is deleted in Adobe cloud, can adobe admins access that document on the back end? 

When I install Adobe Acrobat (64bit) version 25.001.20997 a software scan shows that it also installed Adobe Acrobat Reader 24.0.0.1. Anybody know why this happens and how to fix it so it only shows Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) ?

Running Acrobat Pro on Windows 11.  I am trying to modify the Adobe PDF Conversion Settings in the Adobe PDF Printing Preferences dialog box.  The selection boxes to the right of the four options for Default Settings, Adobe PDF Security, Adobe PDF Output Folder, and Adobe PDF Page Size all are missing on the right side of the box.  See below screnshots for what i would expect to see and then what I am seeing.   

Hello I want to make button with a script that displays a custom Dialogue Pop Up window. I've searched for guides for how to do it like this, or this but nothing has been helpful for what I need. Here is tha screnario:We have three text fields: "Text 1", "Text 2" and "Text A". There is a button with a script. When you press it checks if there if Text 1 and Text 2 are blank. If there is any text in both of them, a dialogue Pop-Up appears with two buttons. The text in the buttons is thext input in Text 1 and Text 2 respectively. When you click on one of the buttons, it swaps the text input of the field Text A with the input of Text 1 or Text 2 depending on which button was pressed. i.e. if I press button 1 (which diplays the text from Text 1) the string from Text A is moved to Text 1 and the string from Text 1 is moved to Text A.

Hello. A coworker who relies on the Read Aloud feature in Acrobat to access PDFs is running into an issue with some PDFs. They have the "new Acrobat" enabled and it works fine for some documents. But for others it randomly skips headings and paragraphs. I've checked that the tags and order are correct. I've also checked the same documents using the "old Acrobat" and all of the content is read as expected. So there seems to be something wrong with the Read Aloud feature in the new Acrobat. I'm attaching a sample PDF.
