How can I get full history of documents viewed in app?

This is a question posed elsewhere, but anything I found is either old or is for Windows, so the interface does not match.  Just to make clear, this refers to opening a PDF > selecting Edit > get a message "Converting scanned image to Editable Text and Images" appears, and you want to turn off that (invasive) feature.  Thanks.

Is it possible to still type in a text box that contains this in the calculation script? I want to keep this script, but if I type anything in Text1, I want that to override the calculation script. I needed to change my email for my Acrobat subscription. Ever since I updated the email, I no longer have access to the premium services, yet I am billed monthly. Each time I talk to the chat or a representative, they continue to say they cannot locate an account, but ask me for my full credit card number to locate the account. I have an invoice number and my name, yet they want my credit card information. I feel like they are scamming me. I have had this account for years and cannot access the premium services. Has anyone else had this issue?

I created a form with tables that are tagged appropriately (TH) and (TD). Unfortunately, there wasn't enough space on the page the table was on, hence, I had to link the rest of the table to the following page. This has caused an issue with PAC, stating I now have a failure, How can I correct that error? The highlighted is the problem. 

When I used to print a pdf from my gmail it would pop up immediately and I could press print and it would print or download the paperwork. It was much easier this way. Now adobe acrobat is popping up in a separate tab and it's wanting to print from there. How do I get this to stopped? 

Hello...new to fillable pdfs.   I created a document contract , but I received one back where the user added comments in random spots and ran lines through some of my text that did not apply to them.  I must be missing something when I save it...how do I only allow users to edit the fillable fields and NOT  edit any text or other parts of the document? I have an active Creative Cloud All Apps subscription including Acrobat Pro.Adobe Acrobat Classic crashes immediately after launch on Windows 11.The app opens, shows the Home screen, and then closes.I have:- disabled GPU acceleration- disabled New Acrobat experience via registry- reset preferences- verified WebView2Photoshop and other Adobe apps work fine.I need a working desktop Acrobat Pro or an official workaround.

Why does the scroll handle in the acrobat scroll bar not stay visible to help people use it????It only appears when you move the mouse over it so you have to search for it.It strains the eyes and is very annoying.Please imoprove it.

Yesterday 19 Jan. 2026 I have made a form in Indesign and Acrobat, in which I was able to import my XML-file. Today after making a few changes to only the plain text of the file, not the fields or field names, I cannot import the XML-file anymore. When I try to do so, I do not get an error of some sorts, after I have selected the file and clicken "open" the pop-up for selecting the file disapears and further nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? I also tried in a new, empty file to place just the fields i can import, without any more rules, but the same happens.  Also I have tried to Import an txt file, which also worked yesterday. Also the files that worked yesterday aren't working anymore. I have already uninstalled and installed acrobat again and don't know what more I can do.

Hello,My company has created Fillable PDFs for a multitude of different applications internally.  The most common is a fillable Purchase Order template for our foremen in the field.  I personally created this form and sent it to all of my foremen.  Each foremen has an iPad with Adobe Reader installed.  Each foreman saved the PO template into Adobe Reader and is able to save / send the form when ordering materials, equipment, etc. from either our office or distributors.The issue we are currently up against is some foremen are filling out and sending a new PO, on their end it shows it being the new PO, but once received it shows a past completed PO.For example: On 10/20/25, a foreman filled out the template, which is saved in Adobe Reader, with a huge order for metal studs.  This completed form was sent to the distributor to put the order in, and the foreman saved it on his iPad.  On 1/9/26, the foreman then goes into Adobe Reader, fills out another PO with

I have Creative Suite 5.5 and recently installed it on a new PC. The software is deactivated on the old PC. However, when I try to activate the software the system still thinks I am at my activation limit. Has anyone had success getting activation to work? I understand the product is EOL for support, but this is an activation issue.

Hallo zusammenIch wollte mich erkundigen, ob euch das Problem bekannt ist, dass sich PDF-Dokumente sehr langsam öffnen bzw. eine lange Zeit benötigen, bis der Inhalt angezeigt wird. Seit einiger Zeit haben wir mit dieser Problematik zu kämpfen. Es betrifft grundsätzlich alle PDF-Dokumente, und es spielt keine Rolle, von wo aus sie geöffnet werden. I just reinstalled my Acrobat because it wasn't working properly anymore. And the new version has a completely different user interface. What a design mistake! Why on earth do Adobe's designers always make things so complicated for users? The user interface that has been familiar for decades has now done a complete 180! Nothing can be found anymore, and worst of all, there seems to be no way to reinstall the horizontal toolbar. Is there any way to restore the original design? This new design is a terrible mess. There is no way to organise the tools in a meaningful way, and the user interface is completely different. If you feel you need to change the user interface, why not change it to match existing systems? Like ID? Does your company offer a prize for designers who manage to irritate customers in the most efficient way possible?

Hi, I have a problem with Adobe not printing from WORD or XL sometimes.  It says it is and then opens a blank page.  Has anyone encountered this before and if so did you solve it?

I am trying to change some text on a document with form fields. However, I keep getting the error message - "This document restricts some Adobe Acrobat features to allow for extended features in Adobe Acrobat Reader. To create a copy of the document that is not restricted, choose Menu > Save a copy". The problem is that there is no "Save a copy" option.... A similar post a few years ago suggested to print the document as Adobe PDF and then edit, but when I try that I lose the form fields. Help!

Who can I speak to about my account?  I had two accounts somehow.  First I had been using for years without issue.  But recently it would only allow two logins.  So i tried to upgrade and get another licence in November.  This changed nothing.  Finally spoke to someone yesterday.They amended my account and back dated all my licences to November.  In addition they over stated by one licence.  Then they refunded the additional licence (not yet recieved) and it still states 4 and not 3 licences as of yesterday.  So I paid two months for nothing on all added licences. Who can I speak too?

I got charged €0,01 to start a trial account, but I never got the trial subscription. But now I am afraid that I athorized monthly payments and will get charged each month. Adobe has no other way to contact them, can someone help us out?
