Hi all,  I'm using version 2022.4.179. I'm new to RH and am popping on with what is likely a dumb question. When I produce PDF output with the High-Tech template, I'd like just one main TOC in the front matter. That overarching TOC generates just fine, but the problem is that before each section, or chapter, there is a mini Chapter TOC of the section's contents. I don't want that for this project--just the main TOC page.  Is there a way to get rid of the smaller TOCs preceding chapters in PDF output? I can't figure out the right setting!  Thanks all. Hi all! I'm having trouble getting RoboHelp connected to Bitbucket. I have a RH 2022.3.93 file with a large number of Snippets. The vast majority were created in a previous version of RoboHelp before categories were available to help organize snippets. Therefore, they do not have a category assigned. Previously we were able to view the list of snippets in the Author window. Now we see only the default category, with no snippets. Snippets are still there and still work correctly. This appears to be a display issues only. If we type a snippet name in the search box, the snippet name is displayed. If we add a category to a snippet, it is also displayed. Given the number of snippets that we have (>3600), manually adding each to a category is not a quick fix. Any idea why these are no longer displayed?

I am getting error message that "cannot be multiply checked out" while adding/deleting any photo and save then save the file. 

Can I publish to Sharepoint Online if I'm using a Frameless preset?  I read that this works best using Responsive HTML but didn't knowif that meant it won't work with Frameless.  I would think this would be easy enough to test, but I'm not having a huge deal of luck with the creation of the publish profile and the  connection profile.  When I am setting up the Publish Profile it wants a remote path and I don't what that is looking for.  I had our Sharepoint administrator take a look and he diodn't know and said I needed to contact Adobe Support (insert eye roll here).  I have our URL for Sharepoint Online which is:  https://sokansas.sharepoint.com/sites/KEESUserGuide. I put this in the remote path in the Publish profile and in the Sharepoint Site URL field  in the Connection profile.   That path is literally the only thing I have.  I'm not sure what goes in the Remote Path line/ Any help would be amazing.  Suggestion

Hello...Still finding my around RH2022, and my director has asked a question I can't answer:Is it possible to eliminate tiles from the Home page and just have topic labels? Also, is it possible to have explanatory text in the labels, possibly along the lines of a "tool tip"?thank you,Lon

I'd like to change the color of the font and highlight when I use the Search feature. Say I search for "recipients"; I get this: Obviously, not workable. How do I fix this? I thought it would be in the Search Results section of the Studio tab, but am not finding the correct item to revise...   

I've been looking but haven't found an answer so far...Is there a way to export to xliff only the content subject to a conditional expression?I'm using Version 2022.3.93.Here are the filters from the translation settings. I don't see a condition expression filter. Isn't this use case common?  Thank you for your help.

Hi, when the content it published to a confluence area, which already contains some content,  the publish is hanging frequentlyDoes anyone has experience with this?Is it always necessary to publish to a clean area in Confluence?Additionally there are error messages, like connection error for some files at the publish log. Is there a workaround to avoid that?Thanks a lot.

Hi everyone, Im using Robohelp 2022.3.93. I am trying to get this style of index in the pdf output.  I add a picture of how I would like it to look like.I don't know what I'm doing wrong, because I have this configuration in the pdf template, Mi Toc and my Output.  If I set this configuration, the result is as follows I have tried several configurations, for example this one is activating the add or replace option. But it's not the result I want    If you can help me, I am new to using robohelp. 

I am having an issue where the Filter opitions are not showing on my Frameless Oceanic Output.  It all looks right in the skin editor, but once I generate and view, it's gone.  See screenshots below.  First screenshot shows the Filter option in the skin editor and the 2nd screenshot shows the actual output where Filter is missing.  oes anyone know why or how to correct this?  

We are using RoboHelp HTML version X5, and we use version control. We are trying to figure out how to create a copy of a project so we can edit the new version with the old version remaining intact. That way we could have multiple versions of our help system, a distinct version for each software release we have. Thanks.

Hi,Does someone know if it is posible to change the tocs and topics images  in the frameless output in Robohelp 2022?If it is possible how can I do that? Thanks

I am using spell check in RoboHelp 2020 in a large project with over 400 topics. I have Spell Check set to Look in All Topics. When I select Run Spell Check, RoboHelp opens every topic, checks spelling, and stops whether there is a misspelled word or not. I have to select Skip on every topic. Is there a way to set it up so that it only opens and stops in topics with misspelled words? If there is no misspelled word, I would like it to move on to the next topic and not have to select Skip each time. I have Application Preferences set to check Run spell checking on opening a topic, but I'm not sure if that affects this or not.

I am creating  help content in RoboHelp 2022. I have a image in my header and when i click on that image , a default page should open. I have created a default page and added that page as a link in Header Logo URL. I am generating a Responsive output for my project as that is my requirement.When i test from my local i am able to see the default page when i click on the image. When i deploy it to server and test it, its not showing the default page. It is still showing some other page which is not there in my application at all. Is there any other configuration that has to be done for this?

I converted an old, rather large 2017 RoboHelp project into V2019. The project has all text in bold. I checked the css file and the masterpage and can't determine where the bold effect is being set. I can look at the souce code and see the bold tag. How do I turn off the bold (without manually modifing all the source code for each topic)? If I highlight the text it does not show the bold option as being set, but when I enter new text it is all in bold. What am I missing that I can't determine how the bold effect is being set throughout all the topics.  Thanks.

HiI cannot build PDFs from RH 2022.3.93 - the error message is below.This occurs regardless of the project or PDF output preset. I have tried installing and reinstalling Adobe Acrobat Pro, but I have had no luck.Any help would be fantastic as I am in my deliverable generation for our latest software release.Thanks M
