I had believed my account to be deleted but was charged 34 dollars today, I would like to request a refund. 

When I select “Edit PDF” option, the “All Tools” pane disappears.This issue seems persistent.I’ve tried looking at the view/show settings.Running a repair on the installation.Uninstalling and Reinstalling Adobe Acrobat. Can someone please help or provide some suggestions? Thank you,

The problem:I've enabled Time Remapping on a composition and am using the loopOut() expression to repeat a 16 second animation until the end of the video.When I apply the expression, it places a keyframe at the beginning of the clip and at the 16 second mark. When I look at the single frame at the 16 second mark, the composition is not visible. (The object boundaries are visible to scale/move but the image is not.) This also occurs at the 32sec mark, 48sec mark, 64sec mark...The solution I found (that's not working for me):Create a new keyframe one frame before the 16 second markDelete the keyframe at the 16 second markWhat happens instead:Once I delete the keyframe at the 16 second mark, the keyframe at 15;29 becomes blank. I never thought I would have to use a messaging board to try and connect with someone who can actually help me. Anyways back in October I subscribed to Adobes 7-day free trial to edit a document for a scholarship. The day of, I cancelled that subscription so I would not be charged. A couple months later I look at my billing history on my credit card and see I have been charged $19.99. Apparently I have been getting charged for the past few months AFTER I canceled my 7-day free trial. This is absurd and I want a refund of the times I've been billed AND my subscription cancelled without the cancellation fee. I am a college student and am barely scraping by. The last thing I need is hundreds of dollars from my bank account gone over a program I used once. I find it very slimy for this company to do this and not even send an email letting me know that I am being billed, I am very unhappy about this.

I cannot update LR to a version which I have on m laptop. Laptop has 15.4, home computer has 15.3.1 and Creative Could is not capable to find the V15.4 and to update my main version. Thus a catalog exported with photography on the road cannot be imported to the main workstation. 

My Adobe Stock contributor account, active since 2019, was deactivated on March 19, 2026.During six years as a contributor, I never received a warning or suspension and I have always complied with the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms and Submission Guidelines.I submitted an appeal on the same day and have since sent several follow-ups through the official Contributor Support channels. I signed up for Adobe two months ago and unfortunately do not have the time to use it.Upon signing up, there was no mention of a $99 cancellation fee. This should have been mentioned in the terms.I feel that this is bad business practice, especially when they do not notify their customers of this.I am writing to have the cancellation $99 cancellation fee waived and to have my Adobe Illustrator product cancelled. If Adobe cannot honor my request, I will be reporting them to the BBB and visiting the bank to stop payments immediately as this is fraudulent.

Hey!I currently work on a game and found a really good Font. However, I don´t know if I can use it or not. I want to use the fonts for the UI. They should only appear as buttons (I would use them as Vectorgraphics made in Illustrator) .I already read the FAQ, but I didnt quite understand how those rules are with desktop games 

Every so often, since working on my current iMac (2017), my Application Frame in InDesign gets stuck on my second 32" Benq monitor. The top bar area sits just behind the menu bar. Once it's there, it's there. The accessibility to reposition the frame is now not possible. Even switching the Application Bar, the background frame is still stuck and cannot be moved.Surely, there must be a limit from stopping the Application Frame from running off behind the menu and off the top of the screen, or at least allow an interactive method in a dropdown menu to reset the Application Frame back within the frame of the monitor.For the moment, the only way I have found to resolve this would be to 'Delete InDesign Preference file' (Shift+Control+Option+Command) on start-up and reapply my personal settings and workspaces.After resetting, this crucial part of the frame is now visible.I'm running MacOS Mojave Version 10.14.3, on an iMac 27-inch 4.2Ghz Intel Core i7 running a second 32" Benq screen. All four of the new filters that allow to filter by EXPORT status, STACK status, LIKES and COMMENTS need to be manually toggled off to disable them. None of these allows to select the NO FILTERS option from the drop-down menu to reset them, especially when combined with other filters. When any of these filters is enabled, the drop-down menu only shows choices CUSTOM FILTER (which this is), SAVE CURRENT SETTINGS AS NEW PRESET and RESTORE DEFAULT PRESETS.This is a bug or overlooked necessity. LR Classic 15.4 on Windows 11, all latest everything.  

Anyone know how to smooth a path in illustrator for iPad ? On the desktop version you can run the pencil tool over a path and it will edit and smooth a path....does the iPad app have an equivalent since running the pencil over just creates a new path...

I’m able to generate images (becuase i have credits) but out of no where it stopped downloading. I tried restarting the browser, restarting the browser, clearing my cache, logging out and logging back in, but nothing seems to work. Every time i click the download buttons on the generated image it just gets stuck on Downloading… and will never download. This started last week on April 23rd, 2026

Since a while i am not able too edit my portfolio site wich i made about two years ago. When i open portfolio (on my account) it says i have no sites yet. The my portfolio site is still working properly but i want too edit some stuff.
