Since updating Acrobat to 26.002.21996 (installed October 6, 2026), two plain-text files named agmcalls.log and agmmemorystats.log are being created in folders that contain PDFs. If you delete them, they come back the next time the user opens or previews PDFs in that folder.Environment:- Windows 11 25H2- Adobe Acrobat 26.002.21996 (AGM.dll file version 8.0.5.1)- Acrobat Reader 26.002.21901 is also installed on the same machine; it was not updated- The PDF preview handler is Adobe's pdfprevhndlr.dll- The folder is on a mapped network drive; I have not yet confirmed whether local folders are affected tooWhat the files contain:- agmcalls.log starts with "AGM Call Counts" and lists call tallies grouped by component (RasterPort, ColorSpace, PaintServer, Function, Image, etc.), followed by CTTAG: lines (CoolType counters)- agmmemorystats.log starts with "*** AGM shutting down ***" and contains a memory allocation table per object type (AVGlobals, PMGlobals, RasterPort, PathPoints, etc.)- No

I am being charged by Adobe saggart Dublin, but I have no activated plan. I tried to deactivate it from my bank app but it keeps on taking the money. How do I stop this?

Hi everyone! I run a small 24/7 leak detection company in Columbia, TN, and I'm designing a one-page service flyer in Adobe Express to leave with customers after a job. The flyer will list our residential and commercial leak detection services, our phone number, and a photo from a recent job. A couple of beginner questions: 1. Is there a template collection you'd recommend for home-service businesses, or is it better to start from a blank flyer and build the layout myself? 2. When I export as PDF, do the phone number and website links stay clickable? I'd like customers to tap through to our site — https://leakdetectioncolumbiatn.us/?utm_source=adobecommunity&utm_medium=citation — to read more about our acoustic and thermal imaging leak detection services. Any pointers appreciated — thanks!

I recently come across the following Issue:   I have a bunch of jpg files I have post-processed in Photoshop that I want to add geo locations to using the Lightroom Classic map module. After adding the locations I mark all images and do right click - metadata - save metadata to file. For some jpg files the data is written into the jpg file (desired behavior and how I know it from LR Classic for the past 6 years), while for others LR creates a seperate xml file (same location same name as the jpg) containing all metadata including the location.   Since this is a recent thing for me I suspected LR 14 to be the issue so I downgraded back to 13 but the issue persists. I already cleared out my complete LR catalog and only importet a hand full of jpg files to test but the issues persists. The issue can be reproduced, it is always the same jpgs causing the issue. When I open one of the not functioning jpg files in Photoshop and save it again in a new location the issue persists. Whe

I recently upgraded from Coldfusion 2021 Update 9 to Update 18. I used the package manager to install the update and now I'm getting the message"The Administrator module is not installed". This wasn't an issue on our test instance, but for whatever reason this happened in our production instance (lucky me). The service seems to be running. I just can't get back to the adminstrator site. I tried running the "install administrator" command on CF_ROOT/bin/cfpm.bat but it gives me the following message: "The package adminstrator is not found in the repository."

When opening PDFs using Adobe Acrobat Online, I will try to post comments to the PDF and be met with the error “We were unable to post your comment, please try again.” This will continue until I close and reopen the PDF, then I can post comments again for a while until the error comes back.

I'm editing a pdf downloaded from Open Street Map on illustrator, and the layers panel goes black whenever I click on it.The layers will load after a few minutes, but any subsequent operation, be it within the layers panel or not, will freeze the software entirely. Any advice will help on why this is the case and how to fix it.

I’ve been texting Adobe via email over the last couple of weeks, but I haven't received a response. Now I can’t cancel my subscription on the website until I change my payment method.

Photoshop on iPad - Is there a way to set the Touch Shortcut to act as the Option key does on MacOS when creating a layer mask, instantly creating a black mask? The best solution I’ve found - without a keyboard - is to tap the mask icon, then the filter icon, then select invert. Of course that works, but… the Touch Shortcut is just… right there.

I am a paying subscriber for Creative Cloud products (specifically Adobe Illustrator). However, Adobe Acrobat is (supposedly) a FREE PDF viewer. I have downloaded and re-downloaded Adobe Acrobat several times and every time it asks me to “Start my free trial of Adobe Acrobat” with the following options: “Buy Now”, “Start Free Trial”, and “Quit”The most annoying part is that I am trying to access a government form that should be free to access for the public, but its being paywalled by bulls**** software. Why is it asking me to pay for a free PDF viewer?

I want to publish my interactive pdf file online, but i get this error message everytime when i do so, anyone know how i can fix it?

I am trying to upload SVG files of my logos to adobe express to be able to quickly change the colors. However, when I use the effects tool to change the color it doesn't truly change the color, just the hue....  sos fix this please

Since updating to 30.4, any time I attempt to crop an image (very often due to shrinking embedded photos for the correct DPI) if I unintentionally make the crop selection too large, it no longer snaps to the corners like it used to, but defaults to generative AI. I never want to generate. Will there be a way to turn this function off in preferences? It is affecting my workflow to the point of having to downgrade back to 30.3.

I am from India and am trying to buy a Photoshop Lightroom subscription. However, after I enter my address details (which actually is what the form populated as I start typing in the address), it says invalid inputs. The address is not invalid and this is what is puzzling. I have tried using Chrome, Microsoft Edge (in both normal as well as Incognito/In-private mode) but nothing works. If I choose Credit card as an option to pay, the form finds even the credit card details to be "invalid inputs" (the other options is UPI, where only the address is marked as invalid).  Is there anyone from India who faced this problem and found a solution to buy a subscription?

I am making a photobook using double-sided panoramic paper, and need to leave a blank page- whats the best /easiest way to achieve this? Each sheet will be folded and the whole case-bound.

Hi everyone,I’m having a recurring issue with InDesign and I’m wondering if anyone has experienced the same problem.Whenever I place an image in an InDesign document and then try to scale or fit the image to the frame, InDesign sometimes completely freezes. For example, I right-click on the image and choose an option such as fitting or scaling the image to the frame. At that point, the right-click menu stays open on screen, my mouse cursor changes to the loading circle, and InDesign stops responding. The strange part is that the freeze seems to affect more than just InDesign. I can no longer type, close InDesign, or properly switch to other applications, including non-Adobe applications.Even Task Manager becomes difficult to open. I can only access it by pressing the Windows key and navigating from there. Once InDesign freezes, I can no longer simply type in the Windows search bar either. This is happening even in a completely new InDesign document and with very small image files, so it d

Hi all,This is a very frustrating bug - around 50% of the times copy & paste won't work. I select an object, press ctrl+C, and then pressing ctrl+V produces nothing as if the clipboard is empty.I cannot reproduce it as it seems random, sometimes it will copy & paste, sometimes it won't.This makes working with Illustrator extremely hard.Might be worth mentioning that copy-pasting from Illustrator into Photoshop resembles the same buggy behavior - it will randomly work or not. Please advise on how to resolve this.Cheers

After the latest update, the standard profiles are gone. There used to be many options such as Artistic, Modern, Vintage. Now the only ones left are the Film Inspired. Is this a bug or a choice?

I wish to add my camera Nikon D7500 and lens 200-500mm f/5.6 in lens profile, but cannot do it. Please help. Thaks.

When I want to use the "export layers to files" function in Photoshop, there's always a prefix of the layer number sequence. For example, I'll export a number of layers (to pngs) and the prefix is _0001, _0002, _0003... I don't think this feature necessary in most cases. I already removed the standard 'File Name Prefix' in this dialog box. But, that doesn't hold true after export. Is there a way to quickly remove this default script?   Or if not possible, is there any recommendations on advance 'file renaming tools' like GREP in InDesign?

I would like to understand why the new Generative AI options for inDesign that cost credits, were on by default?Briefly, I have ended up with an annual medical report full of hundreds of unwanted, incorrect alt texts that I have had to remove. To add insult to injury, these unrequested alt texts cost credits! There is no simple way to strip these out (tip: please add this feature) I have had to resort to a python script to clean this document This could have been avoided if my inDesign update had offered me this feature via an opt-in dialog.

Simply running Ai Denoise introduces artifacts into the files periodically - doesn’t happen all the time and not in all files.  The artifacts go away when Ai Denoise unselected.  Sometimes if I shut down LRc and restart (and sometimes reboot laptop) the artifacts do not appear in the same file when Ai Denoise selected.  See artifacts in upper middle and right of frame.
