Hello,I'm writing to request a refund of amounts deducted from my account on June 16th & July 2nd. I cancelled the free version on June 8th, but a deduction still came through on the above dates. Your prompt response will be appreciated. ThanksChinwe.

How can I see prices for individual fonts and font families when logged in on fonts on CC?

Hi, I'm working on an animation project and I'm stuck on a specific scene. I have a longhorn beetle model with separate elements (elytra, abdomen, antennae, body, legs, etc.). I want to animate the beetle lifting off from a tree and flying away, but I'm unsure how to animate the flapping wings, (+pulsing abdomen) in sync with the beetle's flight. Is there a way to anchor or link these individual elements together, so they can continue their respective animation sequences while the beetle flies away?  here is a link to the animation so far so if it helps to visualize: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DLk-x01xpz5/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link

I have a two camera set-up, both on one sitting subject. Light is the same source. Cameras are set up the same for V-log capture. Same exposure, albeit with two slightly different lenses. Project setting is to auto detect log and apply tonemapping correction. One camera shows a more yellow skin tone, the other, more red. Is this a function of lens coatings or something else? Is there a way to further correct all clips from one camera in the Lumetri panel, or do I need to copy/paste settings via Lumetri effects controls? I like the tonemapping results in general, and it's definitely a learning curve and not the RGB kind 😉Thanks.

Hello! 😊 Hope everyone’s having an amazing day.I was wondering if anyone could share their Photoshop expertise on the best method or workflow to remove a background while preserving shadows, ensuring that when exported as a PNG, the image remains transparent. Here’s the process I followed so far:I isolated the background and selected the object.I applied a mask to remove the background. Then I duplicated the masked image, inverted the mask, and added a Levels adjustment to isolate and refine the shadow. It works visually in Photoshop, and i can add a background and looks the way i intended, but when I export it as a PNG and bring it into Illustrator, the background still appears white. Any tips or better approaches would be super appreciated! Attached is an example of my steps and layers. Please keep in mind as you probably could have told by my question, i am fairly new to PSD. Thank you

I need to export a quarterly magazine to HTML in order to create online articles in Wordpress. I have never had any trouble until I upgraded to InDesign 2025 (currently 20.4). Now there is a new choice of HTML5, which is way too fancy for my purpose (too many HTML tags I don't want, text columns separated, etc.). But the "HTML (Legacy)" type keeps crashing. I was able to export a portion of the articles one time (I think that was a fortunate fluke), and I can export a plain document with a dummy text box, but all other attempts (including even a single two-page article with no images) crash InDesign. I tried saving as IDML and reopening to cleanse the document, but no change. I even tried creating a brand new document and copying a few of the text blocks from the magazine to that document, but it still crashed when I tried to export as HTML legacy. Finally I re-installed ID 2024 (19.5.4), opened the IDML in that older version, and exported with no trouble. (ID 2024 is also refresh

I recently had to reinstall lightroom CC and when I start it up I don't have the navigator panel.  I saw a post indicating that you can select Window --> and then Navigator but I don't have the Window menu either.  All I have is File, Edit, Phot, View, and help.  This interface doesn't look like what I remembered when I first loaded it.  I'm fairly new to lightroom so maybe I'm starting it wrong.

Hello. I have a "Non-subscription (stand-alone) version" of Acrobat Pro. I don't have access ot the old computer any more., hence I'm unable to deactivate. Is there anything else I could do? Please advise. Thank you.

I have a YEAR folder with different events throughout the year correctly organized on my hard drive. But the Navigator in LR does not have the year 2025 folder. It shows each event on the root. How can I can consolidate the events into a 2025 folder to match the rest of my collection?

I'm running the latest version of PS Mobile on my new iPad Air and when I paint over an area with my Apple Pencil (USB-C version) the red overlay doesn't show until I lift the pencil. This makes it difficult to know exactly what you're "painting" over. Is this the way the brush is supposed to work or am I missing a setting somewhere? Thank you for any help provided.

Hello, what is the difference between merge down, merge visible, and flatten image?

I found a keystroke script that would convert a 4 digits into HH:MM format, but want to go beyond that and convert to HH:MM:ss tt (e.g. 1645 into 4:45:00 PM.) Here is the script I currently use. if(event.willCommit){event.value = event.value.toString().replace(/(\d{1,2})[\,\.]?(\d{2})/,"$1:$2");}

I just started creating HDR's, so I'm no expert. After the resulting HDR and the other 3 images are displayed, I do not see any text on the HDR image. I do go to the top and click on "Text", change to "File Name", and then "HDR"  like I see in the Julianne Kost tutorial on creating HDR's. Any help would be appreciated, thank you. Dick Davis

I'm a very new person learning Adobe Animate. I've gone through a lot of tutorials all over and have not found a soultion to what I think should be an easy answer. I'm trying to make a tire rotate across my screen. I have an upright one on the left and right and an upside down one in the middle. When I animate this, the rotation starts out great until if it gets halfway. In the second half the tire does rotate to the one off the page on the right but it's rotating the opposite direction. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to make this rotate correctly? Thanks!

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to create a check box or radio button or ok button that will simply circle the choice made instead of a solid ball or check or x in the center of it.  I have included the document and a picture pointing to where I am trying to implement this.  Please let me know if you can help me. Best regardsJ

Hi!I have two questions regarding e-book production in InDesign that I would appreciate help with. 1. As a designer, I usually create traditional book templates in InDesign (textbooks for printing), templates with various formats, content, etc. Now, I have been asked to create a template that also works for epub export, and I wonder if there is anything technically that needs to be done already in the print book template, to make it easier for the person who later export the finished book to epub? (Other than possibly considering which font etc. to choose.) Isn't the adaptation something that is done later when the book is completed, so to speak? Note that I won't be handling the epub export of the finished books, which will be done by someone with specific epub expertise. I'm only creating the templates. The same client has asked me to create a template directly for Instaread texts, which are read directly on the phone. Are there any "ready-made" templates or specific guidelines f

I don't know when this started happening but it's recent. Most of the time, I can't enter Opacity Mask. When I manage to enter (after doing the same steps tens of times), then I can't exit it. Steps: - Select an object with an opacity mask - Click "Opacity" - Click the opacity thumbnail At this point I should enter Opacity Mask mode, but it's not happening. If I repeat the same steps 5-10 times it will eventually enter it. At that point, if I try to exist this mode through the same steps (Opacity panel -> Left thumbnail), it will not exist Opacity Mask mode. If I uncheck/recheck the Clip checkbox before clicking the thumbnail, it seems to work.   I've already restarted Illustrator and reinstalled it. It's something with a recent version I think.[Edited by Moderator]

Running Acrobat PRO freshly loaded as part of CS6 shuts down once I try to open a file or use it in any way. However I can open files and use it IF I first disconnect the computer from the internet. All other apps on CS6 work normally (photoshop, Bridge, Illustrator etc). This off line work-around works for a while and then acrobat Pro fails to open at all. It looks as if Acrobat Pro is not activating properly while all the other apps are activated normally. I would be extremely grateful for advice on how to fix this.

Suggest add a simple one button click to convert a selected image into a seamless image/texture. Probably can use existing but add some AI to finish the cleanup to produce a fast easy final result.
