Solved

Iam using the last version of Photoshop. On Windows latest version.I use the Generative fill multiple times per weeks since many months, always worked.Suddenly, its now greyed out since two days.My Firefly credits are almost full.I have no option for date of birth since iam on a corporative licence.I see multiple posts about this and no fix, do something Adobe!

Yesterday, I made an mogrt file to help me save some time. Long story short it's an animated picture that moves the same but the picture has to be different each time. And I also added some color controls to it. Made few versions, everything worked. Today, I update the Premiere Pro Beta and AE Beta and that file doesn't work anymore. Color controls are fine. The thing I can't replace, move or resize the placeholder image in PP anymore. I already tried to save it as new file on local drive and the library. Didn't work. Also I noticed that the graphic which was dragged down from the Essential graphics menu yesterday is still adjustable. Look at the picture below. Left is before. Right is todayIs it a bug or am I missing something?

What would I enter in the Custom Format Script field if I want a number to appear as a percentage with 2 decimal places? So, for example, if 8 is written in the field, it shows up as 8.00%. I found this: if (event.value) event.value+="%";  which shows 8 as 8%, but what do I couple it with to show 8.00%?  Thanks,Sarah

Hi, Adobe should change the initials for Adobe Illustrator from AI to IL.  This would clear up confusion about AI. Thanks

I am missing fonts on my computer and trying to update documents that my designer created.  My computer is missing Gotham rounded bold and Gotham book.  I know these exist and I should be able to load them via Adobe.  I have a full license but don't understand why they are not available for me to download.  Appreciate help with this issue so I don't have to disturb my designer who is on paternity leave.  Thaknks

Hi everybody, I want to recreate the image below in InDesign. But i cant figure out how. With the circle tool, i dont know how to take out a small gap as shown above, nor how to add arrowheads. With the stroke/pen tool, i cant draw a perfect circle in freehand mode, so then ill get a wobbly, wonky circle, wich does not look professional. I tried a few things with the different modes of the pen tool on an existing circle, but i could not figure it out nor get anyting good looking. Is it even possible within InDesign? I dont know, but i hope you guys know! Thanks! - Nick

I haven't seen this before and it's driving me mad. Indesign 20.3.1 on Mac Mini 2020 M1 15.4.1'Document Settings: Intent' is set to 'Print' In the attached screenshot the underlying image (map) is CMYK. It was placed without a box; when I stroked the box black it defaulted to RGB, not CMYK. I changed the stroke to CMYK.I checked 'Intent: Print' again, then created a new box: it filled RGB black. So far every new box is defaulting to RGB. What is going on?  Is there a setting somewhere I've missed? With respect I don't want to trust the RIP or whatever to translate on the fly. This is a print job, how do I make RGB go away?

When trying to navigate within the VR comp editor using the orbit tool, it throws this error.  I can navigate by changing the rotation on the VR Master Cam Controller null, but not the orbit tool.  The footage I'm using is 7680x4320, and I'm on an iMac Retina 27-inch 2019 machine.  Any help is greatly apprecaited, as there seems to be next to no information regarding this error when searching both Adobe support threads and the internet in general.

Just came accross a site https://www.ukposters.co.ukdisplaying my whole Adobe contributor photography is this site legit like a partner site to adobe or is it stealing?

Hola. Tengo tres imágenes que no han sido aceptadas. No hay problema en eso. El tema es que quería borrarlas de mi panel , de la sección no aceptadas, y no encuentro la forma de hacerlo. ¿Podrían decirme cómo?Gracias...

So I am trying to type "1. " (one, period, space) in a text box but it automatically changes the space into a tab. However deleting it does nothing, it's locked in there for good. Then when I go to turn off the "Numbered Lists" button in the Paragraph panel, it deletes the whole thing. And when I go to type it again, the same thing happens.  How do I turn this off to not automatically make a numbered list? This "feature" is irritating.

If there is a moving object in a clip. Is there anyway to find out whether camera is moving or not?

My after effects was perfectly running fine yesterday. Today, one of my projects that I was working on crashed it and now the whole AE is not starting. I updated the graphic drivers to the latest, updated windows 10 and also made sure the  AE is also updated.  I even uninstalled all of CC apps and CC and used the Adobe clean up and re installed it and still not working. I tried ALT+SHIFT+CTRL on launch and reset preferences, still the same.  The crash report mentions the below.  Process: AfterFX.exe [21640]Path: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 2020\Support Files\AfterFX.exeProduct Version: 17.1.1.34File Version: 17.1.1.34Code Type: x64Parent Process: Adobe Desktop Service.exe [10720]Date/Time: 2020-08-23 00:35:14 AUS Eastern Standard TimeOS Version: 10.0.19041.292Report ID: Time Awake Since Boot: 1765 secondsCrashed thread: 16 [4944] THREAD_PRIORITY_NORMALException Code: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATIONException Parameters: User-Mo

Can we please have the ability to permanently filter out / off your suggested posts in the Scheduler? I don't want to see those and I don't want my client in a Shared Calendar to see them. When a client sees them they think they are post ideas I am suggesting to them. We have to toggle these off every single time. Please?

Hello! I accidentally did not unsubscribe to the trial period in time. I did unsubscribe on Google Play a few hours after yearly fee had been charged. I would like the fee re-embursed, is there further step than unsubscribtion needed? Thank you.

Whenever I place the effect on the text from the animation presets, the effects never appear in the effects control. It's Decrease tracking or all of them non of them show up

When I open any file type in photoshop from my mac desktop, I have to click outside the image twice before any of my keyboard shortcuts work, actions, or anything else is recognized by PS. A minor inconvenience, but I sure would like it to stop and go back to simply opening an image, hit the "F" key to enlarge the file, run actions and begin editing. When I am editing rush images, it gets increasingly frustrating when my keycommands and shortcuts aren't working the second I open an image because I didn't click the image twice. Plus I get that annoying beep sound, like I have another program running instead of PS and the command or keyboard shortcut isn't recognized by some invisible program other than PS.This started happening after I upgraded to v26.5, but has remained after I went back to v26.4.1 and v26.3.Anyone else ever have this issue?

I have a batch of PDF documents that were created from scans and OCR'd. As a next step I need to save them as text, but before I do I'd like to add page numbering (e.g. 'page 1 of 5') that will appear in the text output to identify the location of the text within the larger document.  I did try placing page numbers in the PDF header, but so far I haven't found an export format that retains the header content. (I tried exporting as txt, rtf, and PDF-A. I also tried saving the PDF using the "with comments and document stamp" setting.)  I'd appreciate any advice on how to retain the page numbers in the text output.

Hello AllNew here to the community. Quick question. I am using Elements 2022 with Windows 11 Home 64 Bit OSI use Auto fix for almost all my photos on an individual basis. I finished scanning many grey scale photos and saved them in a JPG Format. For some reason, the Auto Fix command is not a selectable option for many of the photos, yet is a usable option for a few. I know I have utilized the Auto Fix option for grey scale jpegs in the past, but I am at wits end why I cant use it now. Any insight and help is greatly appreciated. 2 examples attached ( Photo of young boy can be auto fixed, the photo of the elderly couple is an example where auto fix will not be an option)Thank you

My sales manager does online client reveals of my images while meeting with my client over zoom. Or at least that is the idea. I would like to be able to share my client's LR collection with my sales manager, have her do a zoom reveal/sales session where she is able to rate and make comments on each image, then have her send that collection back to me for final processing. We both have Lr and LrC. We cannot figure this out to save our lives. Please help.  I was able to initially get the collection to her via some version of Lr, but she was not able to make any comments or ratings, so it was not helpful for our needs. We are both using the latest versions available.  I am on macOS and she is on Windows, but I think that shouldn't matter. Perhaps we are confused about types of Lightroom. We both have the icons that say Lr and LrC but when she clicks on my invite to the collection, it goes to a "web" version. Can someone help explain this to me like I'm 5 years old? It shouldn't

How do you apply a custom ingest preset to the entire batch of clips at once imported into the Media Encoder qeue?  There's gotta be a way to do this instead of applying the preset to each clip in the queue.
