Solved

On my installed and working new computer Photoshop is complaining it is already used on 2 computers. but on the Adobe website on my account I have zero registerred computers. how can I register my purchased software on a new computer.

I'd love to see functionality added to be able to edit the composition settings of multiple compositions at the same time. Example of functionality:- Select multiple compositions- Right click and select composition settings- Any settings that are shared across compositions are visible- Any settings that are different between compositions show a '-', but can still be edited- Once adjustments are made, any settings that weren't adjusted remain as is to ensure that any differences between compositions are still honoured.  Real-life use case:I have 30 compositions set up for social 'feed' posts at 1080x1080.I need to now do 'story' versions of all of these compositions at 1080x1920.Currently, I have to manually edit the specs of each composition one at a time.

I have a PDF with ~1200 pages that has an image watermark placed in the bottom right corner, and I would like to remove this across all pages in one pass. I am using Acrobat Version 2025.001.20476 for MacOS 15.5 as part of my CC Subscription. I have searched extensively online, but the only solutions I have found are summarized below:Use preflight to separate images into their own layer and hide this layer. This does NOT work because it removes other images in the PDF that I would like to keep.Select the image, mark for redaction, repeat across pages, and apply redactions. This does NOT work becuase, even with my redaction mark set to transparent, it also redacts anything the image was overlapping.Remove footer/stamp/watermark. This did NOT work because the image was apparently not placed in Acrobat. Any thoughts on how to select an image that is in the same spot on every page and delete just the image? I can do this manually without any of the issues above, but I t

Visually, the precomp doesn’t align in Z-depth with the text, even though both have the same position values. In the Top view(Right) it seems to be behind, but in the Active Camera view, it appears in front. It's like the Z position is being interpreted differently between the precomp and the main comp. Thanks in advance 🙏

Hello,I'm encountering a critical issue with InDesign 2025 (version 20.3.0.60 on macOS 14.6.1). One of my .indd files causes the application to crash instantly upon opening. The file is essential and seems to be corrupted. I've already tried the usual recovery steps: opening without fonts or links, placing the file in a new document, exporting to IDML — none of these work, as the crash happens immediately. Here's part of the crash report: Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV)Exception Codes: KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS I’m attaching the problematic file : https://we.tl/t-xwHxGnqlMf

Please help me get a clear version of this picture thank you in advance

When I try to make a selection then command + J, to duplicate that selection, I keep on getting the error below:Here is a shot of the selection:I can restart photoshop then it goes away for a bit, then just comes back. Any fixes?

Hi all, I'm using LRC version 14.3.1, but I'm unable to get synchronization to function properly. I've attempted to 'rebuild Sync Data,' paused and restarted sync, but nothing has resolved the issue. In the top right corner, it indicates that everything is synced, yet in the collections pane on the left, there are no sync icons next to the collection names. Despite following various guides, I haven't been able to resolve this problem.   https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=aMDOrLdsgng&pp=ygUoTm8gc3luYyBpY29uIGZvciBjb2xsZWN0aW9uIGluIGxpZ2h0cm9vbQ%3D%3D   https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=1drhd-3GVL4&pp=ygUoTm8gc3luYyBpY29uIGZvciBjb2xsZWN0aW9uIGluIGxpZ2h0cm9vbdIHCQnYAKO1ajebQw%3D%3D   Thanks a lot, Daniel

Every time I try to import media, I get this message -"Unsupported media type. 1 of 1 media could not be imported"This has happened in the past couple of months, before this I was able to use the app fine.

Merci d'avance.

Hello Community, Can you put your tools in a custom order in Indesign 2023 (18.5.2)'s tool box? Unlike Photoshop's ability to easily customize the ORDER in which the tools appear, Indesign seems to only let you play with how the bar looks, not the SPECIFIC ORDER of the tools from top to bottom. On line and in this forum, there seems to be only instructions to toggle back and forth with vertical vs horizonla view—which is not the question I am hoping someone can let me know HOW to you put your specific tools in a specific custom order in Indesign 2023 (18.5.2)'s tool box. Many thanks & please do not tell me to double click on the double arrow to make the vertical and horizontal view option—that is not the question.

Hi folks,I'm working with the font "Mojito" from Adobe Fonts. It appears just fine in Illustrator and on the adobe fonts website. However, it changes appearance in After Effects (notice e & o).  I've reset AE preferences and none of the faux text options are switched on. What can I do to solve this?

Hi all, I've seen other discussions about this, but none that I could see about Android version.I have this app installed on my phone, and when I want to share a PDF, the default option is "share as link" through the Adobe cloud. I don't want that. Never.I know there is a workaround, using "Send a copy" - I want that to be the default option or the only option available for me.I've search the preferences of the app, but could not find any option to disable "sharing by link" Thanks

I need help please. Can someone tell me how to remove the background picture on the grids please?I've selected the grid layout I'd like to use but can't work out how to get rid of the sand dune picture on it. If I use the opacity option it also gets rid of the grid lines which I want there. thanks 🤩 ps I'm using the mobile app.

I'm constantly making new metadata presets for different events in LrC, but a lot of the information I fill in is the same each time (my name, email, phone, yes it is copyright me) -- can I keep this same-every-time information autofilled so it'll carry over into every new preset I make?  Thanks.

I've been trying to expand the layers using the keyboard shortcut "Command+Shift+G" on Mac, and I haven't been able to open up additional layers aside from what is already shown in the photo here. The bounding box and edges are showing (I double checked multiple times), and this is the correct command to ungroup my text creation so far, based on my settings/preferences. All I want to do is ungroup the entire layer multiple times so that each letter aspect can be selectable/clickable for me to edit, but I'm stuck. Please helppppp
