텍스트를 치면 상단에 나타나기만 하고 적용이 안됩니다.. 프리미어를 껐다 키면 다시 쳐지긴 하는데 항상 이런 번거로움이 있어 글을 올려봅니다. 해결 방법이 있나요? 자판 배열이나 영/한 선택은 올바르게 되어있습니다ㅠㅠ  

프리미어프로에서 프리뷰와 추출했을 때 간혹 1프레임씩 깨지는 현상 예방방법과 수정 방법좀 가르쳐 주세요.

어도비 exchange에서 구매한2025년 4월 14일 QuickAlign for Photoshop 플러그인에 관한 카드 결제 환불을 받고 싶습니다.플랜은 취소는 가능한데 플러그인에 대한 취소는 아무리 찾아 봐도 보이지가 않습니다.어떻게 해야 환불이 가능할까요?

맥에서 사용중이며 24버전 사용할 땐 본 적 없는 오류가 계속해서 뜹니다.윈도우에서도 메모리 관련 이슈가 있는 것 같던데맥에서 해결 방법이 궁금합니다.

adobe 구독 취소됐을 때 공유했던 URL 링크의 유효기간이 어느정도될까요?

법인회사인데 법인카드로 매월 48,400원씩 정기결제가 되고 있었습니다.퇴사한 담당자가 해놓은 것 같은데 퇴사하신 분은 연락이 안되고 아이디와 비밀번호도 알 수 없어서 정기결제 취소가 안되고 법인카드를 재발급 받으면서 결제실패로 계속 뜨고 있는 상황입니다.이런 경우 결제 취소를 할 수 있는 방법이 있을까요?

  로그인 이메일 아이디로 어떻게 로그인이 되었는지 모르겠는데, 결제 카드 등록이 되고 카드로 결제가 되었어요 7일안으로 취소를 해야 하는데  이메일이 잘못된 주소라서 코드를 받지 못해서 로그인이 되지 않아요. 어떻게 취소를 해야 하나요?   *모더레이터에 의해 개인 정보가 삭제 되었습니다.

Anyone experiencing issues with a popup error stating you need to update assets within Adobe Express templates? I'm using the paid version, in a web browser. It's confusing because this is a pre-made template. Why would the provided assets within the template need to be updated? I'm having trouble understanding why a template offered would use assets that aren't available. I didn't add the asset. It was already in the template. All I did was add text and animation. But then I go to download the design, and it tells me I need to update assets.

In latest LRC when exporting Raw files to PS as normal or as Smart object new Reflection removal does not work in PS. (OM sys ORF)Yet if I open same ORF file direct to PS it opens in Camera Raw and the reflection removam works fine.Is this generally known, a bug, or just me?Advice/comment pleaseJohn(Mac Ventura)

Hi - I'm trying to figure out how to create a Named Destination, using the latest version of Acrobat DC. All the instruction I can find online (for example https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/link-html-pdf-page-acrobat.html?x-product=Helpx%2F1.0.0&x-product-location=Search%3AForums%3Alink%2F3.6.7) say to go to View >> Navigation Tabs >> Destinations, but that menu doesn't exist in my version.I need to be able to create destinations (like anchor tags) for links inside a .pdf , but I can't find this in Acrobat . I'm using Acrobat DC on Windows (Adobe CC). Anybody know how I can find this function? Thanks-Tom  

I am on a 27 inch Mac running High Sierra. I have a subscription to Adobe for LightRoom and Photoshop. Both are up to-date. Can some please tell me how I can activate the comments area in the Metadata area on the right side of the panel at the very bottom of Library panel.I want to add a few comments for the photo and cannot seem to activate it to add comments. Below the Comments panel, it says “Comments not supported here” Thanks for your help….Tunney

I created a file in InDesign using my own Adobe.com account. I need to send this file to my son to open on a version of InDesign at his university. Which format do I save the file in to do this? Thanks!

Every time i add on a text layer it seems that the video (which is in another layer) skips a few frames back, no idea how this happened but i seems to accumulate if i add several text layers next to eachother, then when the text layer is done it skips back to where the video is supposed to be, if i add enough i can clearly see a video/audio synchronicity fail.if i do not have any text files then the skip does not happen.The pictures addes show that the only thing moved is the text layer, but also the video frame has been changed.

Hello all, Adobe premiere pro 25 and 25.1 will not launch. It will appear in task manager for a brief moment, then disappear. It never shows a splashscreen. Version 23.6.8 works. The same issue is present with Media Encoder.  This is a brand new computer, but it is a Surface with snapdragon. System specs below. I have a problem, I want to use the transcription tool to automatically delete pauses in my video, but I can only delete the pauses when I transcribe in Portuguese, when I transcribe in English, Premiere recognizes the pauses, but the delete option simply appears as unclickable, what is happening? 

Lately, more rejection than approval. I'm working so hard on these! Please help me to understand what I'm doing wrong. Thank you! 

I have an issue trying to publish online documents from inside InDesign - the upload goes to 99% and then I get an error message (Error #16). It's really frustrating because there is no way to resume the upload and you need to start the whole process all over, including preparing the document for upload, which takes quite a long time. Equally frustrating, the support page for this feature on Adobe's website asks you to copy-paste the information below on a forum post that is not longer available (the support page was updated November 2019, the forum page mentioned there was closed February 2019): {"_links":{"self":{"href":"https://cc-api-cp.adobe.io/api/v2/limits","type":"application/hal+json"}},"small_file_upload_limit":52428800,"rendition_size_limit":2048,"copy_job_subtasks_limit":1000} I couldn't find any reference about what my error code (#16) means. Can anyone please help?

I need some help. I have designed an interactive portfolio that I have already exported several times with the ''publish online'' tool (where I first published the file to create a link and then published it in this existing document/link the times after).  Everything went fine until I tried to export it again yesterday and got an error #16. ''There was an error uploading your document. Please try again. Error #16''I've searched the internet for solutions and tried a few things, such as permissions in the SLStore and Adobe PCD files and opening Indesign as Administrator. Nothing worked! This is crazy since I was able to upload it within the same document/link the days before. Even when I upload it as a new document I get that error code! I am working on a Lenovo Ideapad and using the 2020 version of Indesign. Does anybody know what the problem might be, or better: have a solution?
