When I open Firefly, I don't see any window that shows me previous images I have generated. In other programs, it just shows you all others you have generated at the bottom of the screen. I don't see any tab or anything, so where would they be ?  As I understand it, every single image you create using text, is unique, so even if you use the exact same sentence of input words, the program will never give you those exact same results.  If my images are gone, then Adobe, please have a tab for your previously generated images.  Thank you.

I living in Turkey and purchased an annual subscription (from adobe.com) Creative Cloud ALL APPS 100 GB on 03.04.2024... I was using that original apps on my iMac and Macbook Air. AND I did not share my password with anyone.Yesterday i just received an e-mail stating that my account has been canceled due to fraudulent activity. When I check my account, I see that it has been converted to a free membership.I don't see any reason for my account to be closed. In rare cases, VPN may be turned on on my computer, but I live in Turkey and had been using it authentically for a long time before this annual subscription.I occasionally (once or twice a month)  go to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and used the IP there, but this country is only recognized by Turkey and the same currency is used there.I can't see any other reason for my account to be closed. During my conversation with the customer representative yesterday, she said that this review would take between 5-7 business day

Hi.  Does anybody know how to print edge-of-the-page crop marks using the print module?  I want to print an image that will end up 11x14 is size (with a thin border) , but I have to print it on a 13x19 page.  I hope to have 11x14 crop marks printed so I can easily trim the paper.  Thanks for any help offered.

Hello, I just updated all of my adobe apps (photoshop, illustrator, indesign, etc) and when I open them indivdually the main home page is blank, there are no tools unless I actively open a workspace, and I can't open a new document. I can open saved documents but I am afraid to be forced to save those in the new version so I don't want to open them. Just wanted to see if others are having the same issue. I need to get work done and this is hindering my job. Cheers!

I animated a character from Adobe Character and then converted it to a video from Adobe Media Encoder and I want to open a video from Adobe Character and edit it

Is there any chance this will be updated in the future? I am getting a lot of heat from the security people because the scans keep coming back with log4j vulns. The analytics service is using an old version of elasticsearch that requires log4j-1.2.17.jarDoes anyone know of anyway to not usre the analytics service and still run the API manager or know of any work arounds to use a new elastic search? I know we can remove the jndi classes and put some flags on the JVM but the security folks see the file and thats all they care about. This is the case for both coldfusion 2021 api manager and coldfusion 2023 api managerExample directoryC:\ColdFusion2023APIManager\database\analytics\lib

Hey folks, been working with this all day. Just trying to create a simple "printed" stamp with the time and date on it.   Here is what I did.1. Created the printed.png file.2. Used Create Custom Stamp, selected my .png file, categorized it as dynamic, named it, and saved it. 3. Open up the stamp from c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\adobe\acrobat\DC\Stamps.4. Used Prepare Form, created a text field, lined it up right below "printed" and added the javascript code.  (I saw the time and date appear in the stamp.5. I saved the stamp and moved it to c:\program files(x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\plug_ins\Annotations\Stamps6. I closed Adobe Acrobat.7. I open Acrobat and choose a .pdf file to open.8. i try to stamp it, but all I see is "Printed", the dynamic date and time do not appear. If I browse to the stamp .pdf and open it, I DO see the time and date, but when I use it as a stamp, I do not. Why?   I cant figure it out for the life of me.

I am trying to create a custom JavaScript but literally have no idea what I am doing.  I created a custom evaluation scorecard with 15 opportunities for points. Various sections may be N/A. My dropdowns are named "Dropdown1" through 15. My total is "Total" - Each time I calculate it with the presets Acrobat provides, it gives me 6,000.00%, but I need this ONLY to show 60%. Each dropdown has the option to get 0%, 50%, 100%, or N/A. Can someone help me with a custom JavaScript to correct this issue?

Randomly my brushes stop being centered in Photoshop.  Usually happens after some sort of update.  I've tried resetting the brush settings.  Closing Photoshop and restarting and it will not correct.  It doesn't always off center in the same place either. Sometimes it's to the left, right, top or bottom.  Here is an example image and an image of the brush settings. Please help! Thank you!

There does not appear to be a simple way to select multiple objects without having to use ctrl+ and mouse click every little tiny line and object. Why does the select tool not allow you to draw a box around objects you want selected so that you can move them or do whatever with them? Is there a tool or way of doing this?

When I click on "Album" or search by "Keyword," Elements 2025 finds the photos but doesn't let me click on them and make updates to things like date, or keywords.  Is there a way to do this?  I don't want to have to keep scrolling through 20,000 pictures to find the one I want to update tags, date, etc. Thanks for your help!.

I have to click so many places now to get to the color i want. It used to be that if I wanted an orange I can select that color range on the right and the intensity of it on the left, now I get these really light color selections and I have to click who knows where to get the color I want. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. The only reason I keep Photoshop now is that it works with PDFs better than anybody elses program. Photoshop gets worse by the day.

If that is not possible, how to I lock it on each one?[Moved from the Forum comments forum (which is for issues with these forums themselves) and into a product-specific support forum - moderator]

I would like to use Global lighting on all 3D objects in a scene in Illustrator. I have not found where I can do that. Any advice?

We use Premiere Pro to edit .MTS files.  We have constantly experienced problems with Premiere Pro not importing sound.  Usually, updating everything (not just Premiere Pro) will solve this.  We currently have one machine were nothing is working, and right this second, we are deleting Premiere Pro to reinstall and try it again.  This nonsense of constantly battling to get Premiere Pro to import sound has been going on for months.  Why is this such a horrible ongoing battle?  Is there something we can do?

I am a well-seasoned book designer working on a recipe book. Because of the nature of this type of book, and the fact that in inDesign, the pages are designed in several linked text boxes/columns, etc., this book MUST be a fixed-layout ePUB. (Please, do NOT suggest exporting to a reflowable ebook because FXL is out-dated—it's not an option.) The problem is, when I export to fixed-layout ePUB, random pages are dropping the headers and footers/page numbers. I have even tried moving these items from the master page to the actual page, but they still disappear! Any thoughts on why this is happening? I have read in other forums that exporting to IDML might help, but it doesn't, and in fact, the IDML file opens up with broken formatting (I lose all of the painstakingly placed linked text boxes and columns), basically it dumbs down the whole design, but even doing so, when exported to FXL, the headers/footers still disappear. I also have 16 different master pages because the au

1.) Numbering Properties / Chapter, from the Volume Tab> enter Volume # 13 (image 1)2.) Select the Continue Numbering From Previous Chapter in Book, rodio button. (image 1)3.) Select the, Set (No Undo) button. (image 1)4.) From the Chapter tab, this sets the #13 into the Chapter # entry box. (image 2)Now when I try to do this on #14 the Chapter tab sets #1 into the Chapter # entry box. This should be #14. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you tell me how to solve the problem with the rejection of works? When watching the video, there is no audio, black frames, I don't understand what the problem is. The acceptance rate is somewhere around 40%, which is very low [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
