The subject process took place in LrC 13, it commenced in v 13.2 and completed in v 13.3. As a result of this transition if users wish to sync images to Adobe Creative Cloud to Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based) they are required to use LrC v 13.3 or later. If users wish to upgrade from a LrC version earlier than 13.2 (including Lr 6 original version) directly to  the latest version 14 they will get an errror that indicates their catalog cannot be upgraded. They will need to use LrC 13.2 to upgrade their Catalog then use LrC 14 to upgrade the Catalog to v 14. During the past few months there have been many threads related to this issue. I am suggesting a pinned thread along these lines, amendments or corrections welcomed.

SInce the latest Illustrator 29.3.1 update, the Workspace has completely broke.  I can't get previously save Workspaces to appear, and when I attempt to re-setup a New Workspace, I'm not able to save it or even Manage existing Workspaces, as the Menu/Windows/Workspace options are deactivated (never seen this).  See attached screenshot. Please help me. Why, when selecting previously saved Workspace it won't appear? Why am I not able to Manage existing Workspaces? Why can't I create a New Workspace? Apple iMac 2020, 3.8 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i7, AMD Radeon Pro 5500 XT 8 GB, 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 RAM, Ventura 13.6.7 macOS

Is it required by CreativeCloud however? If I currently have no CC apps installed, do I really need Adobe Application Manager in my utilities folder? Would it not just get reinstalled the next time I to a trial version or get a CC subscription and install Adobe applications.

In Xd demo's images are directly placed into containers from its original size to be automatically resized in the container when you place it, but how much image size does this add to the project file? Does Xd compress or "redraw" images so they don't carry the original weight? If I throw a bunch of large highres images into thumbnail sized containers in my layout, does this add the original file size and does it slow down the prototype when its published and shared on the Adobe server?

Photoshop CC is suddenly missing its ability to save as/export files as a bitmap file. This happened overnight, because I saved a file to bitmap just yesterday. What gives? I use photoshop on my iMac Pro.    {Thread renamed by moderator}

Hi,I have changed my email address. One week have passed my payment is pending. Does email changing any issue for the payment.Thank you

Hello, we are currently facing a problem in my team when working with Indian languages using InDesign versions 19 and 20 (2024 and 2025).   This is how it looks when we open the file in 2024 and 2025 versions   and this is how it looks (as it should) using 2023 verision   both files are using the exact same settings, fonts, etc, the only difference is the version of InDesign used. I have tried to download again InDesign v18 but is not available any more in the Creative Cloud. We work in a big team and only 2 of the older members have access to InDesign 2023 and that's a problem for us. Are there any solutions for this? Either fix the bug or provide installation for v18 Thanks.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Elements Organiser 2025 has an Auto Sync (Beta) feature that I am unable to deactivate: the Auto Sync preferences settings are always being reset to on! Is there a fix to stop uploading and deactivate Auto Sync? If so, how can I apply it - my update option is greyed-out!

Hello community,I have a request for technical advice about Photoshop CS6 (version 13)? I have request from customer to update hardware of Photoshop installation. Can you confirm please that feature to deactivate and activate the product works well? Product is a legally purchased, albeit years old, installed on Windows 10. As I wrote hardware needs to be upgraded. I'm concerned whether it will be possible to do the deactivation and activation on a new pc. Either due to technical issues or version restrictions. Thanks so much for any insight or comment.

After latest update of Adobe Reader (Desktop) : Comment pop up opens up whenever I underline a text. This is happening even when I have not selected "Automatically open comment pop ups for comment other than notes" in Commenting Preferences. This is very irritating when one wants to have a continuous reading. { Though pop up not opens when Comment App(pan) remains opened, but that is not reader friendly.} Also, after underlining, I cannot scroll down the page using keyboard; all time I have to select hand cursor--> click somewhere on the document--> then I can scroll down. Is there any solution?

Super frustrated with the process of trying to make a custom dynamic stamp work in Acrobad Pro DC, and if there's a community area for just downloading stuff contributed by people who've made this work, someone please tell me. I am trying to make a custom dynamic stamp based on the provided stamps. I want a simple box, like the provided dynamic stamps, with the text "POSTED" and the date and time that the stamp is applied. I've tried making my own and EITHER:A: the timestamp field doesn't update and every stamp contains the time the stamp PDF file was saved; ORB: the stamp includes the whole white page around the graphic, and overlay of a full page sheet on top of the document I am trying to stamp. Neither of these serve the purpose. What I want should be very, very simple, and yet It. Does. Not. Work. And trying to make it work feels like a colossal waste of time at this point. Attaching my latest attempt in the hopes that someone knows what they're doing and can t

I am having a problem where lines of text are highlighted yellow for no reason. I checked paragraph styles and made sure no rules were applied, turned off highlighting for hyphenation and justification, and it still shows. Any ideas on how to fix??

How can use the lasso tool by point-clicking out a selection, rather than just freehanding drawing? For example, I'm trying to make a irregular shape with straight edges as my selection, but the lasso only allows me to "draw" out a shape. The rectangular or ellipse marquee tool isn't what I need either, because those are just simple rectangle or circle selections. This is simply an option-click with lasso tool in Photoshop, why not in Illustrator?

Hello everyone,I recently built a powerful PC and I'm planning to use it extensively for Adobe software, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop. Here are my system specifications:CPU: Intel Core i7-12700KFGPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GBRAM: 64GB DDR5 6000MHzStorage: 3TB NVMe SSDOS: Windows 11 ProCooling: DeepCool AG620 BK ARGB Air CoolerMy question is:Are these specifications suitable for professional work in After Effects? And what kind of medium to heavy projects can I handle with this setup? (e.g., 4K video editing, motion graphics, visual effects, 3D animation...)Also, if you have any suggestions for creative project ideas that match this setup, or tips for optimizing After Effects performance, I would greatly appreciate your input.Thank you in advance!

Lightroom to Photoshop photo transfer not working. Photo never appears and quiting Photoshop does not ask if I want to save the photo, reinforcing the fact that it never made it.Thoughts? LrC 14.2, Photoshop 26.6, MACOS 15.3.2

Hello, I'm currently working on a documentary and after updating Premiere to the latest version (25) some clips are out of sync and shifted in time. Looks like its interpreting some footage at a different frame rate or sample rate, although the image is also shifted. I can hear audio bits out of place and weird cuts start happening here and there.I've downloaded the old version of Premiere 24 and opened an old auto save made also in Premiere 24, there I can see the sequence is identical to the one in V .25 and works perfectly. Once I try to open that old project into the new Premiere 25 the problem shows again. I have a ton of work done by now on the new version of Premiere and my project is now a mess after the update, what can I do to fix this?I'm working on proxies on a laptopMacBook Airm224 gb ramSonoma 14.0

I can't seem to figure out how to remove the footnote numbering in ebook. I tried unchecking the box in the settings that says restart every after.... also, the footnote para style doesn't have numbers. This started as endnotes but for some reason indesign can't export maybe because there are 91 endnotes...so I converted it to footnotes and now I have this problem.  PLEASE HELP!

I design a publication for print and web in InDesign. The document contains lots of images and a couple hundred hyperlinks, which I set up in the ID hyperlinks panel. When I export it as an interactive PDF, everything looks and works fine, but the file size is almost 10Mb. If I Save As Optimized PDF, it is reduced by about 3 megabytes and still looks good, but many hyperlinks quit working. In particular: if the link text is all caps; if the link text is in a shaded/colored textbox; if a long link breaks across 2 lines (oddly, some that break still work fine). In addition, any hyperlink destinations for a specific page within the PDF completely disappear. I've unchecked everything relating to hyperlinks and bookmarks in the Optimization options, to no avail. What am I doing wrong?

As some of you know I am in the process of gathering information so I can purchase a new computer. (My last post was very helpful in making up my mind on hard drives...I sincerely thank those who commented on that thread.) Video Cards are proving to be a real pain! Adobe in the past listed recommended video cards, but apparently they do not do that anymore, but if I am wrong please let me know. The local company that built my last 3 computers is wanting to put in a GeForce RTX 4060 WINDFORCE OC 8GGraphics Card, but are there cheaper, as reliable, other options? Please note: I don't do this as a full time business, but I do love photography as it keeps my mind, and body active. (I just want to keep the price down if possible without sacrificing performance.) Another company wants to put in an Intel Arc B580, but is Intel as good as Nvidia in regards to Photoshop? Everything I read says Nvidia or AMD. Any comments are greatly appreciated! Julius

I've been using Photoshop for a over decade, but this latest update has definitely caused some random issues that I simply cannot work with. For device information I am on a 13-inch Macbook Pro M2 (Ventura 13.5), and using a Wacom Intuos Pro M tablet (latest drivers)  I have a button on my stylus set to right-click. Since the last few PS updates whenever I create a path, I cannot right click anywhere on the canvas to select options like fill path, make selection, etc. I used to be able to as this process is almost a habit to me now. Right-clicking anywhere creates a new node which is then the start of a new second path. The only way to select the first path is to right-click on the path itself, which also creates a new anchor point, which THEN gives me the option to fill path, make selection, etc.Another issue is I have multiple artboards in a file. Typically I can select all of the artboards, even deselecting some that aren't needed, I used to be able to right-click and sele
