Solved

I'm experiencing constant crashes with Adobe Premiere Rush whenever I try to select videos. I'm using a Lenovo Yoga Book 9, which has an Intel Arc GPU. After troubleshooting, it seems that the issue is related to the graphics card. Are there any known fixes for this issue, or is Adobe planning to release an update to improve compatibility with Intel Arc GPUs?

I have a very basic jsx script for illustrator that shows a window. It has two buttons, when you press one of them the window closes. But for some reason it runs the script again that creates the window, if I run the same script from within the Extended Script editor toolkit linked to illustrator it runs the same script to build the UI once.I have tried running the jsx script from the main menu and also as an action and both ways will appear ti run the script again once the UI is closed.

Has anyone figured out a good workflow for creating graphics templates for Adobe Rush for multiple users? We're testing out Adobe Rush as an alternative to CapCut or social media in-app editing tools and the only reason we would move to this software is if it gives us 1) The ability to push graphics templates out to people (even if that means sending them a mogrt) and 2) The ability to create auto-captions. Right now it seems like neither of these functionalities exist in the application. Are they coming soon? If not, it seems like a huge oversight for Adobe if they're trying to compete right now.

Hello,I have a Chromebook laptop with the Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDFs installed. For some reason, there is no print option in the usual place on the top right dropdown menu and the ctrl+p command does not activate the regular print page window. I called customer support and they referred me to this forum as the rep was unaccustomed to Chrome OS (and the Adobe remote access was unsupported...). I tried to uninstall and reinstall the application. The other applications on this device are working with my printer. Is there a way I can resolve this? Thank you in advance!Tzipora Gutmann

Hello,I’ve edited a few videos using Adobe Premiere Rush and would like to share them with another Rush user so they can take over and continue editing. It doesn’t necessarily need to be a real-time collaboration — I’m simply looking for a way to transfer the project files to their Adobe Rush account so they can work on them independently. Is this possible? Thanks in advance.

Is there a looping tool in rush?  I would like to make same change to multiple sections of video.  Thank you.

Could Adobe please make Adobe Rush on an iPhone able to copy and paste from another document? Thank you.

Hello,It started with the video track not showing in my projects — only the audio track was visible, with a black screen. Now all my projects are gone. I saw the message “Are your projects missing? Connect to Wi-Fi or enable the option ‘Allow sync over mobile network’ in the settings.”I’ve done that, but I still don’t see my projects. I’m also unable to add new media or create a new project — the “Create” button remains inactive. Could you please help me solve this issue? Thank you very much!

I get pdf docs for work with numerous embedded links each month. I have Windows 10, Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, and use Firefox as my browser. Before January 1, 2025, I would simply click on a link, and it would open in another window. BUT the links won't open in docs received from the same source after January 1. Instead I get a message that says: However, I can't find any solution to this issue online or on Adobe, and my company's techs are stumped. I also have the newer Adobe Acrobat 2025.001.20432-64bit. Same problem as Acrobat XI Pro. Any help is much appreciated.

I've spent hours combing through the community support pages and have yet to see one definitive answer for this simple question. Yet I'm not the only one who has been left utterly frustrated looking for this basic PS tool. And now, I give up... I cannot waste anymore time searching, I just want to know much like the unicorn, does it or doesn't it exist?

Meu processador não aceita a a versão atual do premiere, como baixar a versão 22.0

I have an old software that I tried to install on a new computer, but it won't accept the serial #.  I used it as a trial for 30 days and now it's wanting me to pay for it.  Does anyone know how I can get this enabled without buying the new version?   I don't want to have to pay for it again as I the old software will suffice.  Thanks!

Hi, Im new day 1 of adobe premier. When I go to export my video its way over-saturated versus what it looks like when im editing. Iv tried all the youtube fix's but nothing works, can someone assist? Attached 2 screenshots

Up until 2 days ago Batch renaming was not an issue, but now when I go to run a batch with all the same steps nothing happens.  It looks like it goes through the process but the file names are still the same.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, purged caches, tried other files etc.

Hi there! I've seen a bunch of posts on this issue, but most of them advise to fix it in Acrobat Pro. My problem is I ONLY have InDesign 2025 (v20.1 x64) I've set the tab order by:Object ... Interactive ... Set Tab OrderWindow ... ArticlesThe form layers (ordering the fields top to bottom) None of these are working when I export the form.  Sometimes the tab order breaks down after the first 7 or 8 fields, sometimes less. I am checking the "Use Structure for Tab Order" when exporting. Can anyone assist? (please do NOT tell me to do it in Acrobat 😂)

When I make changes, they are not directly visible in the view-only link - even though it is called live. Does it not update at all and you have to generate a new one every time or does it take a certain amount of time?

I need to scale a land survey sent to me in a PDF.  I'm a beginner! Which Adobe platform do I need to purchase to be able to do this task?

Acrobat AI Assistant seems to be available to our enterprise users, but we haven't purchased any AI licenses yet.It seems to be working until they click on the 'Obtain access' button, after which we receive a request in the admin portal and they no longer have access. Is this normal normal? Do we have access for a short period of time?Thank you.

I’m experiencing a visibility issue with the Adobe Premiere 2024 timeline. Previously, I could clearly see cuts in my video clips even at minimal zoom, but now these cuts only become visible when I zoom in significantly, although the audio tracks still display fine. This change disrupts my workflow since I need to see these divisions for accurate subtitle editing. I’ve already contacted support but only received workaround solutions that don’t fully address the problem. I’m wondering if there’s a specific setting or adjustment that could restore the previous behavior, where all cuts were visible without needing to zoom in so much.

I converted my pdf file that contain multiple pages into swf file using old tool called swftools now i want to import it into adobe animate 2024 and convert swf file to a video but i see only following in adobe template:   where is problem!? i sometimes get action script 1.0 or 2.0 errors! does swftools is problem?  is there any better tool than swftools to convert pdf into swf file? i want to convert my pdf file pages into a video using adobe animate

I purchased this lower third graphic from the adobe stock images and am trying to export it to my students so they can open the template on their Premiere pro. it does not give me the option to export as an essential graphic. what am i missing? Is there another way to share this template to my students?

Applying metadata and timecode burn-in to an adjustment layer, in order to show metadata related to clips below on the timeline such as scene, log note, source timecode. With regular clips this works fine, but when merged clips are used it no longer works, ecxept for timecode and comments. to reproduce:combine video and audio to make a merged clip, add to timeline.edit scene, shot, description, log note, comment data in the project panel for the merged clips.set the metadata and timecode burn-in plugin to display these parameters, and only the comment metadata will show. Premiere version: 25.1 on Windows 10 (but bug has been around since previous versions)

When importing photos adobe shows the photo count in the folder as 0. The files are in the correct folders. I am a long time Lighroomroom Classic user and understand how Librarys work. I dont move folders or photos outside of lightroom. This is on a Macbook Pro M3 Max with Catalina, everything on the latest updates. Under Privacy & Security Lightroom has been given Full Disk Access, and has been added to Files and Folders. The problem only just started to happen when I relocated my library and my media folders onto the hard drive of this computer. So the files are stored on the local drive, not on an external drive. I've tried Optimizing the catalog, rebooting, nothing helps Interestingly the Previous Import section under the Catalog accordion is showing that I imported 72 photos. So on one hand Lightroom is displaying the correct number, but on the Folders accordion the folder is showing a photo count of 0. See the folder dated 2024-02-18 near the bottom of the phot

Hello, I'm a little curious. I found a product sales platform whose designs are from all my Adobestock portfolio https://www.europosters.eu/search/?q=207644742,Is this really allowed? Do I as a contributor get any benefit from this, or is it the other way around? Thanks!

Hello. I'm new to this forum and apologize if this has previously been asked and answered. My workflow starts in LrC with RAW files, and I do most of my adjustments there. Occassionally I need to do something to the image where I find PS does a better job. Before the latest updates, I simply selected the image and presses Command/E, and the file opened in PS. Now when I do that the files sometimes open in 16 bit, and sometimes in 32 bit. Not a huge problem, but to do what I want to do I have to go through the extra steps to convert to 16 bit. I've looked in LrC  preferences and it is set to open files in 16 bit - and often they do! I'm slightly perplexed as to why the files don't always open the same.
