Solved

I used to use the Live 3D painting in Photoshop to paint directly onto 3D models. Adobe have removed this, which is really annoying as it was part of my workflow. Is there a viable alternative? The new 3D features seem to be for embedding OBJs into a PSD, which is not what I need.https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/photoshop/using/3d-painting-photoshop.html

I Need Help On How to Unlock My Video

Hello! I was hoping someone here could advise on the ideal, best settings in which to export my film to send it to SimpleDCP to make a DCP for exibition. Generally when I export I use one of the default settings - but typically I'm going to stream what's exported on Vimeo or something, I have never been tasked with final delivery of the file where the master DCP that will play in a theater will be created. I realize there are many options / variables -- For example -- the final graded verison of the film came from Company 3 (who did the grade) - the EDL they sent me was a ProRes 4444.mov file (1920-x1080) --  Other than a handful of VFX shots I have cut into that file/time line  (those files came from my VFX artist as: 1920x1080 Apple ProRes 422 HQ) -- and I added in final mix (stereo, not 5.1).  Those are my elements. I did not do the exporting to Co3 for the grading - and VFX artist used the Co3 ProRess file -- I had another editor on to do that deliver

I've just updated to Creative Cloud. I need ITC Stone Sans. Where's best?

I first purchased Acrobat DC and then paid for Acrobat Pro a few days later. However, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the software, my version remains Acrobat DC, and I cannot edit or convert any PDF files. A prompt appears, but when I follow the link to the webpage, it says I need to purchase the software. However, the webpage also states that I cannot purchase it again. How can I resolve this issue? Thank you!

My ipad pro 9.7 is not supported beyond iOS 16. I went to install Fresco from the app store and it requires iOS17 or later. Adobe website states iOS16 is supported. Is there a previous version of Fresco I can install?

Hello everyone! I'm having trouble with many text layers and shape layers that need to be aligned and scaled. Doing this manually would take a lot of time, so I want to write a script to help automate the process. I previously tried using AI for this, but it didn't work well. All text and shape layers are grouped together, and sometimes their order isn't aligned properly. Usually, I select the text layer and the shape below it manually, center them, and then scale the shape. I do this by selecting the text, expanding it by a certain number (e.g., 100px, 45px), and scaling the shape to cover it while maintaining its proportions. Not all text layers have a shape below them, so I will skip those. I've attached a PSD sample for reference.Does anyone have any suggestions? If you can help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your interest in this topic!

I have an image with 2 illustrations and a logo in it at 354x220px. They are all smart objects.  I want to export the file at 2x, but when I do so, only the logo becomes extremely low-res and blurry. I exported the logo at 600DPI from illustrator so I don't understand why only this part of the image suffers (the illustrations are fine...)Can anyone explain this to me? I can't provide the file for security reasons.

I'm getting aria-labels tags (such as <div id="page6" role="doc-pagebreak" aria-label="2" epub:type="pagebreak">) added throughout my EPUBs and it seems arbitrary. Although it is easy enough to remove them using Regex, they are screwing with my footnote output on export. Like the following, where the second footnote is as expected, but the first footnote has an aria-label in a <div> tag and it causes the <p> tag to be placed after the footnote number. <aside id="footnote-016" class="_idFootnote" role="doc-footnote" epub:type="footnote"><div id="page205" role="doc-pagebreak" aria-label="201" epub:type="pagebreak"><a class="_idFootnoteAnchor" role="doc-backlink" href="File1.xhtml#footnote-016-backlink">13 </a></div><p class="FtNtTxt">. Sample text 1.</p></aside> <aside id="footnote-015" class="_idFootnote" role="doc-footnote" epub:type="footnote"><p class="FtNtTxt"><a class="_idFootnoteAnchor"

I've gotten used to older versions and each time I'm adjusted it seems that something has changed and it's really aggrevating.Once upon a time when you moved a video track up the audio would move down in the same manner. Then it didn't move up but it was still connected so when you moved it sideways it would atleast be attached and synced. Now it's not attached at all, even when the options say that it is. I went through and edited a few sequences with the video thinking that the audio was still attached, but it was all messed up. Now not only do I have to start over but I need a way to keep them together so I'm not constantly dragging & clicking the audio with the video to move them around. It's really irritating and has slowed down my workflow; especially since they don't move onto another track automatically. You guys are quickly becoming less useful than mac by trying to appease everyone. What, if any, way is there to connect the sound & audio so that they're right where I n

Good day! I kindly ask for your help, what problems do I have with these photos, the reason for rejection is quality issues. I’m just starting to learn, and I would be grateful for any indication of my mistakes. Thank you all very much!

Lines lose opacity as their pixel width is reduced and its ruining my workflow! I'm working on a 1920 x 1080 wide canvas with 300 dpi, so I know it's not my resolution. Please help!

Has anybody seen any issues with the latest Adobe Pro patch (March 13th 24.001.20604 )?We have the Adobe online logon prompt disabled via the Acrobat Customization wizard and it's worked well until the latest update. After installing the update, a user recieves the prompt after opening a PDF or if any PDF is in the "recent" list on the user's homepage. If we revert back to a previous update, the issue goes away.

I frequently print documents which have a mix of letter and legal size. Therefore I always use the "Choose paper source by PDF size" setting. Today, after a Windows 10 update, this no longer works. The setting is checked but it is not printing mixed sizes. Any idea how to resolve?

Anyone else experience colour picker problems??  Pressing ALT on Windows PC, the RGB & HSB values should update as the cursor passes over different colors - But it spends most of it time being blank.See red rectangles, top right hand corner. The values will update after a tiny movement of teh cursor, but then go blank again after a nother move. I can't tell you how infuriating this is. - well I can, but it involves lots of Anglo Saxon words.
