Solved

Whenever I want to export a project from AE and choose "add to Adobe Media Encoder Queue", nothing happens. This vital function simply does not work.I can wait forever, nothing loads in the queue. Also manually adding it to the queue doesn't work.I have a recent MacBook Pro with 16GB ram and I7, I always have the most recent updates. nothing ever helps.I see this problem being reported all over many forums and have never seen Adobe offer a solution or even recognize the issue. The only thing that helps is restarting my system and then adding a file to the queue works. But after working a short period of time on other files, it will not work anymore.Having to export a big number of files daily, this is becoming a big waste of time and money for my company.I have had this issue for over a year now and it's becoming such a big problem and frustration that I am considering canceling my subscription and finding alternatives.Any help is more than welcome.I apologize if there is another thread

I spent 20 minutes looking for a way to cancel my membership. It is purposefully hard to find. I canceled last month but they billed me again this month. If they bill me again, I will cancel payment and report them for fraud.

Hello, I can't create any video layer. When I try, the option is greyed out. I've tried different versions of Photoshop, but none of them have the option to create one. I'm using Mac Sonoma 14.7.3 and the latest versions of Photoshop as of today. Any help is welcome, thanks

We are an education enterprise account and I've assigned a user a Creative Cloud All Apps license. When we launch the Adobe CC Desktop app we see all the apps listed and they all have the option of launching the web version or installing. So we install Acrobat Pro. When the install completes, we launch the program and it's telling the Adobe Acrobat license has expired and that we can still use the application for 4 more days. The license is assigned to this user's email address and it shows all of the apps under all apps when she's signed in to the CC Desktop app. It does say on the bottom of the expired pop up... You're currently signed in with your email ID xxxx@xxxx.com . You can also sign out and use an Adobe ID that already has a paid subscription. Now the license is assigned to the user's Federated ID. I don't have the option for an Adobe ID when assigning the license. But again, it shows all of the apps available to use and install when she's logged in. Just getting an

Hi all. I opened Photoshop today and noticed the Inner Shadow option on the Layer style (under blending options) shows multiple of multiple instances!!!  What the heck??? Not sure what happened and not sure how to fix. But...this looks like the beginning of something not good. Can I sequentially remove Adobe updates / patches? Here's a image capture.

I have HTML code, containing dynamic variables, stored in a database in a field named "data',. An example of raw data in that field would be:   <a href="<cfoutput>#application.siteroot#</cfoutput>/?utm_campaign=transactional&utm_source=emails.logo&utm_medium=email"><img src="<cfoutput>#application.siteroot/logo10-180.png"></a>   Within a cfc, I have code that sets this data in a <cfcontent> tag as follows:   <cfsavecontent variable="emailBody"> <cfoutput>#vData#</cfoutput> </cfsavecontent>   However, when I tried to insert "emailBody" into an email and send it, the resulting email does not evaluate the variables in the email body and the email ends up looking like this:   What am I doing wrong?

Hi all: my manuscript is in Google Docs.  I am downloading in .docx format and then placing that file in InDesign.  In GDocs I used several heading styles in the hope that I could map those to InDesign paragraph styles upon import.  So, for example, on the Import dialog> Style mapping> I'm telling InDesign that "Heading 2" should map to the paragraph style called "Section Title".  But when InDesign brings in the text, Heading 2 does not display as Section Title.  Instead it comes in as Section Title+.  Do I have to go through the whole document, manually select all Section Title text and click "Clear overrides"?  Or is there a quicker way to do it?  For example, is there a way to select all Section Title text in the whole document and clear all overrides with one click?

So here's the story 😊I have Photoshop CS5 on a Windows laptop. I very recently acquired Photoshop 2025 on a MacBook. I have several useful plug-ins (.8bf files) in CS5 that I would like to use in PS 2025.  Question - Is it possible to do this?Question - if yes, how do I do it? 😁 I have watched innumerable YT videos, contacted the Adobe chat thingy and I'm still none the wiser. Also be aware I am not a spring chicken (read OLD!) and, while not a tech expert,  I get by fairly well. I am truly hoping someone can help. Thanks, Chrissie

Previously created documents do not show up on the screen. I can choose the document; it asks to find links; the tool windows open on the desktop, but the document does not. Same thing if I try to open as a copy, or create a new doc. I have uninstalled IDCC and then reinstalled. No changes. Photoshop and AI docs open just fine. Thoughts?

The driver of this vehicle risked his safety for me when a stranger was threatening to hit me on the streets for beeping at him because he blocked my car for several minutes.  Luckily I got in my car before I could be attacked.  I owe my honor and life allegiance to the owner of this vehicle.  He is truly an angel because he stopped the man who tried to attack me on the street.   I can pay you if you can help me unblur the license plate.  Or do I need to go to the police and report the attacker and see if the detectives or csi or whatever can unblur the plates?  Because the attacker acted like a felon criminal.  You would be doing justice and truly helping the world  be a better place if you can help me.  God bless you.

Hi - please can someone help with this? I went to use the Adobe Elements program that I paid for with my computer purchase a couple of years ago. I have been using the image editing part regularly , but I hadn’t used the video editing. When I tried to launch the video editor, it asked for the license number (which is weird because it’s all part of the same program) and then rejected my license number because – I think – Adobe has decided not to allow ‘new’ activations of old programs (see link below). Which makes no sense as I HAD activated it and have been using it regularly. I'm guessing that Adobe is treating the image and video editing components of the program as separate software - but that hardly seems fair as they are under one 'Elements' umbrella - one download, one licence number etc. Is there a workaround? Thanks for any help. https://www.adobe.com/au/genuine/landing-dnr.html?sdid=X2PHHY47&gcsrc=ACT&gcprog=FP&gcprogcat=SN&gcpagetype=LP
