I signed up for Adobe’s 7-day free trial but missed the cancellation deadline and was charged. When I tried to cancel, Adobe asked me to update my payment method. So, I added the same card again and I did end up paying just so my account wouldn’t get suspended and received a receipt for the payment, but Adobe still shows an outstanding balance. Why isn’t my payment being recognized, and how can I cancel my subscription and get a refund.

AI Denoise consistently fails to complete on my machine. This is 100% reproducible and has persisted across multiple Lightroom Classic and Intel driver versions, including the current pairing of both.System:Lightroom Classic 15.4.1 [202606201310-b9f148a4], Camera Raw 18.4 Windows 11 Home 26200 Intel Core Ultra laptop, 16 logical cores, 32 GB RAM Intel Arc 140T integrated GPU (16 GB shared), driver 32.0.101.8860 WHQL (current, verified in Device Manager) Files: Fujifilm RAF (X-Trans)Symptom:Click Denoise. The background progress indicator (top-left) immediately shows roughly 10% progress, then never advances — waited well over an hour. The photo becomes locked: "AI processing is in progress for this photo. Editing is temporarily unavailable." Task Manager shows the Arc 140T near 100% compute utilisation for the entire time, so the GPU is actively executing something — it just never finishes. Exiting Lightroom during this state leaves orphaned Lightroom processes that must be killed in T

Illustrator has this annoying bug where it adds 1 pixel to an exported JPEG or PNG if the artboard it originates from has got a decimal value in its position. This is very frustrating for someone that pays for these programs and requires precision. Is there an easy way to remove the decimals without always having to click on each artboard and check? It is appalling.

Why has this version of Acrobat 26.1 been causing my computer to freeze so frequently recently?

Hi all,I'm using a four-year-old laptop with an 11th-generation Intel CPU for LRC. The AI-driven features, especially noise cancellation, are incredibly slow. I've decided to buy a new, future-proof laptop, but what CPU/GPU should I get? LRC used to not use a GPU in the past, but now it does for AI-powered features. But some of the latest processors, like the Intel Core Ultra 7 258V, support AI without graphics acceleration.I'm curious what are your experiences which is the best solution? Does anyone uses Intel Core Ultra 7 258V with LRC? Could it be enough for AI supported functions? Or go for a good CPU/GPU like the Asus ProArt 16 which has AMD AI 9 HX 370 + RTX5080? Or should I switch to MacBook Pro which is also could be case. Regards,Jani

Hi, I'm fairly new to using Audition so bear with me. So I've been cutting out the commercials from some mp3 files (with Audition 2024) and everything was going fine, but then I get one in which the waveform isn't showing the full length of the mp3. It only goes up to 15 mins and stops. The file length is 3.5 hours. When I open the file in in my Windows media players, they will play the full 3.5 hours just fine. Does anyone know how I can fix this so that Audition shows me the full length of the mp3? Thanks in advance.

I signed up for a free trial of Adobe Scan Premium through the Google store on my phone, I went back and cancelled the subscription after a couple of days as it wasn't as useful as I'd hoped.Unfortunately it seems that there was an error or the cancellation didnt go through as I now have a pending charge for  $104.99 on my card. As soon as I noticed the charge I went back to the google store and found that the original cancellation can't have gone through.  Im hoping that since I cancelled the same day it tried to charge my card and have not used the app at all that I can be refunded as the issue was a technical error. Trying to navigate the website for help is useless, hence posting here. The Adobe website tells me to refer queries to Google but they then refer me back to Adobe......some clarity would be great

I used to use HDR editing all the time and one day about 2 weeks ago it stopped working and says it's not compatible with my Pixel 10 Pro XL. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps.

When I open PPro I get this message followed by the note:"Grant access to this application in security & privacy preferences, located in system Preferences".The problem is when I go to privacy settings I don't even see PPro, I only see Media Encoder. So I cannot allow access. I am working on MacOS Sonoma 14.0Premiere Pro V25.0 I did see another post with the same question, but no valid answer.I have already tried to uninstall PPro, and restart computer, with no luck. Thanks

How do I disable GPU acceleration here? Premiere won't let me switch to "software only".

I am trying to get an inkbleed effect on just the text not the whole image. I have threshold and the blurs activated how I like but its effecting the whole image. I tried doing a clipping mask but nothing happened so I took it off. What is the option here? Thank you.

Sometimes when I export images via File > Export > Export As…, the exported dimensions don’t seem to maintain the expected aspect ratio when I change the width or height. For example, I have an original image that is 8507 × 6381 px. As far as I can calculate, this isn’t an exact 4:3 aspect ratio, even though I’ve used the Crop Tool to crop the image to 4:3.When I export the image and set the width to 6000 px, I would expect the height to be 4500 px. However, Photoshop sets it to 4501 px instead. If I then manually change the height to 4500 px, Photoshop changes the width to 5999 px.I know this is a minor issue, but I’m curious about why this happens and whether I’m missing something or doing something wrong.Any input would be appreciated!Photoshop version 27.11.0

NO! KNOCK IT OFF!   Seriously. (Profanity removed by moderator) are you thinking? I think I know how it went: "You know.. we haven't done anything to really make people hate us lately... let's do something stupid!"If that's not how it went, you shold really be asking yourselves: Why do the majority of our users hate our guts.. and why do we seem to not care at all?

Hi all - I have a subtitles track on my timeline and want to move it in sync with the audio track. Is this possible? I can move the audio track but not the subtitles track. Thank you in advance. Paul

Is there a way to buy additional Generative Credits without starting another monthly plan?  7000 credits goes really fast at 400 per generation (while also factoring in that most of the generations don’t follow the prompts but still fine me the 400 credits anyway).

Hello good timeExcuse me, I don't have a good financial situation and I need Photoshop software, I wanted to see if the old versions of Photoshop are free so I can use them?

Is there any way to turn off the automatic upload to cloud feature ? There should be.Give users the freedom to choose if they want to upload the file or not.
