I need to cancel my plan. A sign telling me to contact <support> appears, but support is <not available>. Why can't I cancel my plan <at any time> as stated in your page?

Hi How do I cancel my purchase?  If i cancel within in 14 days, is it a 100% refund? One-year contract month purchase. I want to cancel and buy another product.

I have selected some text (such as 9 lines) and I want to use a script to adjust the line spacing. After adjusting the line spacing with the script, how can I add one more line (such as 10 lines) than before?var d = app.activeDocument;var item = app.selection[0];oLinesNum = item.lines.length;//do somethingitem.texts[0].leading = 16 - 1;//Retrieve the selection with one less row//like thisapp.select(oLinesNum + 1)

I want to be able to click the boxes and fill customers information, parts, labor, etc. all digitally. the boxes are already there because we have the empty form printed and then fill them out with a pen. The program just isnt detecting those boxes to fill in digital text boxes. I am doing each individually, but they are not the same size or centered. It will look sloppy if they are not all formatted the same.

Hello,I am a beginner. I don't know what it's called, but I can describe it.I have a Brother CM300 cutting machine and it needs SVG files to cut.I created an SVG file from a photo. The problem is that the machine cut around the thick lines.I can only see the blue middle box when I hover the mouse over it.I need those blue lines because they were cut once. How can I turn everything into a blue line and make the blue lines visible?

my catalog is a complete mess. I’d like to start a new version of Lightroom, and I don’t mind losing any edits. Most of my photos are in my iOS library and in my picture folder. so I would like to start a new clean version of Lightroom using smart previews and not uploading photos to the cloud.I might add that I’m 81 and my brain is not what it used to be. I use Lightroom and photoshop mainly to correct very old b&w photos as well a recent iPhone photos.  So I am not a complete beginner!

WHEN I PRINT A FORM IN ADOBE THE TEXT THAT I HAVE ADDED TO THE FORM WILL PRINT BUT THE PRINT OF THE ACTUAL FORM THAT I AM ADDING TEXT TOO DOES NOT PRINT.

My image was rejected as “Non-compliant Image,” although I correctly declared it as Generative AI content. Could you please clarify the specific reason for rejection?

I’ve been having major issues with InDesign locking up ever since this update. It doesn’t crash so it doesn’t send a report either. At least two times every day, I need to either force quit the app or restart. It is very frustrating!

In lightroom classic (rel. 15.6) when i choose the option to edit a photo from a raw image that is in the catalog in Photoshop 2026 (rel. 27.10.0), save it and return to lightroom classic, then i can't use the lightroom denoise option in the detail tab.  It gives the error “Denoise is not currently compatible with this photo format.”

I'm not understanding how my Lightroom (Desktop 9.4.1) Library is getting so large. Yesterday it was at 320 GB, I deleted it and let Lightroom rebuild it, today it's at 246GB. Despite having my cache set to 50GB. My overall Library size is 1.7TB In the Cloud, and fully saved to a local SSD.When I dig into the Library file, I see a Proxies Folder that is 223GB, it appears to be copies of all the video's I have in my Library. I have local copies of everything in my Library on a local SSD that I always have, I don't need those in the proxy folder and I have my Cache Set to 50GB. 1) Why would Lightroom download the video's to the Proxy Folder when the Cache is set to 50GB? 2) How do I fix it? 3) I would like to keep my Library file to about 100 - 150GB - Anyway to cap it? 4) I have the option- to save all Smart Previews to my Mac, turned on. Is this outside of (in addition to) the 50GB Cache limit, or within it?

Hi everyone,I need to resize several high-resolution photos for website use, but some of them become slightly blurry after resizing and exporting. What is the best Photoshop workflow for reducing image dimensions while keeping the details sharp? I normally export the images as WebP or JPEG. Any recommended settings would be helpful. Thanks!

HI I am trying to uninstall creative cloud from a Mac but when using the uninstaller I get a message "Couldn’t uninstall Creative Cloud for desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer that require it."I then check my installed Apps from the list in the Creative Cloud menu bar and there are none installed. So what am I supposed to do? I do however have some installed on another machine is that a factor? I only want to uninstall creative cloud from one machine and not the other.-Ian

I am writing a Screen Play Titled Las Tias de Puerto Rico By: Migdalia Torres.  I would like to know how I can incorported my Screen Play Music, which comes from Mureke website (www.mureke.ai.genertor.com/migdaliatorres) into the Video Shot.

Hi, I don’t know if this question was addressed before, but I think it would be more than great to add a search option within the brush panel. I used to add brushes as “favorites”. But the list gets longer and longer. And life happened. I needed to reinstall Fresco from scratch, and I lost all my preferences, and my favorites brushes. So now, when I paint in Fresco, I just scroll through hundreds and hundreds of brushes, trying to remember the ones I used to use. I use most of Kyle’s brush packs (the mega pack has over 400 great brushes). Even if they are correctly labelled and it is less tiring to go through them, it is still a bane, especially when you are in a creative flow. It would be soo useful to have a search option within the brush panel, so when I just look for “ink” brushes, they appear all at once. This would help so much, instead of scrolling and scrolling through packs and packs of brushes. Am I the only one struggling with this kind of stuff in Fresco? Let me know.

How [edited by moderator] do I open a chat with someone from support? All the links always lead to the same main page and I cannot find a button to open a chat or a ticket.   Even the "Real help from real people" -> "Start now" button with a headset leads to the same pointless page. I want to contact someone. HOW? Where do I go from here???

I got hacked two weeks ago, and the hacker managed to delete my entire Google account so I’m unable to login to my Adobe account. However, I’m still getting charged for my plan and I want to cancel it. Is there a way I can do so or can I contact someone to help?

Ich kann seit heute auf meinem MacBook  aus Photoshop (inkl. Beta)  nicht mehr mit dem normalen Druckbefehl drucken. Der Druck funktioniert nur mit dem Befehl „eine Kopie Drucken“!

Hi,My question refers to performing a simple Spell Check on PDF documents in Adobe Acrobat DC., CCsoftware..Adobe Acrobat DC comes equipped with a Spell Checking application and Spell Check settingsoptions listed under Preferences > Spelling.  The Spelling.api is even listed as loaded and certified in, "About Adobe Programs."So, why isn't Spell Check working? For your convenience, I've created an easy to follow reference guide in support of my claim. Thanks in advance for your help.  I truly appreciate your effort. Note:  I respectfully request 3rd party developers and/or sellers of Spell Checking Plugins to refrain from responding to my post with an advertisement to purchase software.1.  As seen in the Snapshot below, I set my Spelling Preferences to Check spelling while typing. However, the setting is useless.  Nothing happens. 2.  I also performed a Spell Check on a document intentionally loaded with spelling errors directlywith Adobe DC's user interfa

I have all my files organized in folders. I used to see all the folders at the top when I went to My Stuff. As of last week, it only shows the files and I can’t find a way to view the folders. I am able to see the folders when I save a file but I want them back so I can pick a folder as my starting point, then create a file within that folder. Thanks in advance!
