 Does anyone have this problem? The images I download have some kind of glitch on them. I'm a graphic designer and my colleague has the same problem.Do you know where this is coming from?

I accidentally clicked the License button on an image I had no interest in, that was on the homepage. I did not use the image and deleted it from my computer. Image number: 1030319105 I would suggest implementing a confirmation window when licensing images.Thank you

Hi Adobe, When I search 'Boredom' or 'Bore' I get this..... Either the people uploading are misspelling boar or adobe serach thinks I can't spell (Please God I hope I don't misspell anything on this post). Here's some lovely pictures of some boars. Maybe I'll try and search some bored boars. Can you improve your search please. Maybe this is just a massive missspelling from a small group of uploaders who tag it with a spelling mistake. I don't want to search for pants and then Adobe Stock shows me a bunch of plants.

I signed up for the free Stock trial. But I can't download any images from the trial.When I click on an image it says, "Download free with trial."This directs me to a series of windows. The first one directs me to select a monthly or annual subscription, even though I've already done that and I'm signed in.The next popup says, "Good news, looks like you already have a plan."It seems others have had this issue and someone at Adobe waves their magic wand to fix it. Can you please wave the magic wand in my direction?

Anyone have this problem? It says we have "no plan" and our marketing agency most certianly does. We weren't even out of credits. This is a huge issue with our workflow and has happened multiple times.

Hello, Adobe Stock is charging credits when I'm just trying to download a preview. I do an image search, then when I hover over an image, three icons appear near the top right corner of the image. I click on the 'download preview' icon but it's behaving as if I've clicked on the 'buy' button. No warning that it's going to use a credit or that I'm being charged. It's happened twice today. I only get 10 credits per month - I can't afford to purchase every single image I want to preview. Is anyone else having this issue?I'm using macOS Monterey version 12.7.5 and Google Chrome which says it's up to date.

Hello,I have been using Adobe Stock on my Enterprise Plan by my College for the past few weeks just fine, until today when I no longer had the "Unlimited Images" in the header of the website, and I no longer can license images, as whenever I search it claims "Licenses cannot be purchased online in your region." Despite the fact that I am in the United Kingdom (England specifically, where Adobe Stock does work and has worked in the past.) Also, when I go to account.adobe.com on the profile I use for stock, it still states "Your plan includes unlimited stock downloads."What is happening? Why can I no longer license images? I'll supply images of all screens I am seeing below.

I think I saw a link where you can report violation of generated images user guidelines. Does anyone know anything about it?

I am an Adobe Creative Cloud subscriber. The plan says that Adobe Stock is included, but when I log in it asks me to subscribe. Does this happen to anyone else? Has anyone resolved it?

Hello, I am unable to use any adobe stock credits due to a system error (65 credits on my account). When I try to licence anything (image, video, ...) there is only the attached error message. I read some of the other posts describing the same problem but there was no steps the user can take to fix it, so it seems to be an adobe system/server specific problem.6 Credits from an older Credits-Pack will expire on October 11, 2024 so it would be great to be able to use them up before they are lost.

HiI am going to subscribe the annual plan of Adobe Stock for our marketing team, but I find a tricky issue: the monthly plan is NT6,300 per month with VAT, so it should be 63,00x12=75,600 annually.  But it shows 76,650 if I subscribe annually. (or it only happen in my country?) I would like to know why it costs more than monthly plan because ideally I prefer to choose annual pay so that I don't have to send invoice to my company every month. (BTW your online customer service said I can choose monthly plan,  but I don't think that is an ideal solution for me.) Terry

The stock photo image id 688589684 has some weird sections that render it unusable, however I didn't spot them until I had purchased the image. Can I get a refund? I attached a screenshot with the aberrations circled in hot pink.

I just bought some visuals with titles to "Arohim Art" contributor. It says that it can be "100% editable, words and fonts can be changed". But as I open it in Illustrator, everything is vectorized, impossible to edit (I tried with other contributors with the same informations about editable text effects, and it works perfectly).Is that a bug or a scam from this contributor ?

Hi.I accidentally downloaded the wrong image from Adobe Stock (#626343359), I need another one (#628916280). They are similar, so I am confused. Can I exchange them?

This seems to be a recurring issue with Adobe Stock. I need to download a 1gb file, which would take about 10 seconds on any other stock site. I've been waiting an hour. Getting around 500kb/s tops. This has happened in the past and always been written off. But, as someone who has paid thousands to Adobe, I'd appreaciate a better answer than just "clear your cache." Yes, I've tried different browsers. My speed test was 800/800. It is 1000% Adobe's servers throttling.

I keep recieivng the error "For some reason, this action cannot be completed. Please try again shortly." when trying to download audio preview files from Adobe Stock.I'm on an Enterprise account at my workplace using Google Chrome. MacOS Sonoma 14.5.Is there any solution?

Dear Adobe, Please stop allowing your Stock service to be flooded by awful AI images. This is not a Grand Piano:https://stock.adobe.com/images/grand-piano/815187365?prev_url=detail No one should use an image like this, but this isn't at one-off. Your files are rife with uncanny and untrue representations of real things. I know you have a tiny disclaimer on these files, and I know it's possible to filter them out. The issue isn't AI; the issue is bad AI. You need humans to check this crap because your contributers are just shotgunning uploads in the hope that they'll get downloads. It has to stop. Please.

Hello there community!I wrote about this problem to a customer support about a week ago, and still didn't get an answer.So I changed my email connected to my Adobe Contributor account, I've got email that it was successful etc. But when I log in, I see the completely new account with empty portfolio,  no tax form filled, some random letters instead of name etc.  Adobe contributor website saying that my old email is not connected to any account. And I also lost the access to my old email in case to get proofs, old letters etc. But I still see my portfolio on Adobe Stock, and I don't understand who has access to that.  The Customer Service is not answering, and I would really like to restore access, there are some money and pictures on that page, and I want to keep using that.I feel very frustrated. Can anyone help me? 

The map of Indonesia I downloaded from Adobe Stock has a serious typo. https://stock.adobe.com/images/indonesia-map-and-flag-n-illustration/152807127  The province of ACEH is misspelled, using an "n" :  ACEN. Someone needs to fix this!
