Hello,I need help with an existing Adobe Stock Intellectual Property case: Case ID 963612.The case concerns an old Fotolia licence for Asset ID 90816138. I licensed the image through my former Fotolia account, but the historical Fotolia licence history is no longer accessible in my current Adobe account.Adobe requested additional information from me on 21 August 2026, and I provided everything requested the same day. I have followed up several times since then but have not yet received an update.A rights-management company is waiting for Adobe's verification and has now set a new response deadline of 7 September 2026.Could an Adobe employee please check whether Case 963612 can be reviewed or routed to the team that has access to archived Fotolia licence records?Thank you very much.Andreas
Hi everyone, I’ve been an Adobe Stock user for years, mainly downloading high‑quality, professionally produced vector illustrations. Recently, though, I’ve started noticing a growing number of extremely complex vector files that are clearly AI‑generated images auto‑traced in Illustrator. These files look fine at first glance, but once you open them, they’re filled with thousands of unnecessary points, messy paths, and chaotic structures that make them nearly impossible to edit, customize, or even work with efficiently. What used to be clean, intentional vector artwork is now being replaced with AI‑generated “sloppy vectors,” and it’s becoming a serious issue for those of us who rely on Stock for production‑ready assets. This isn’t just about aesthetics, it's a workflow problem. These vectors are a lot, disorganized, and not suitable for professional use. I think it’s important for Adobe to look more closely at the quality control of vector submissions, especially with AI
Recently I had issues with many supposedly ‘vector’ files that I have downloaded, which then turned out to be images embedded into .ai file. I think they’re all AI generated slop. I can’t seem to be able to report this, especially frustrating as I used up a credit for these. I can’t directly contact support and I can’t imagine IT administrator of a large company will be chasing every credit and stock issue. A lot of vector files are also AI slop with many AI artefacts, and there’s no way to easily report this or get the credits back. Adobe is getting away with more and more scammy tactics these days. This is one of them:https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/colorful-illustrated-collection-of-open-oyster-shells-with-pearls/2123064433?prev_url=detailhere’s ai image example:https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/colorful-seashell-pattern-vector-background-cute-beach-shells-and-ocean-summer-clipart/2169157235?prev_url=detail
I used ai tools to create 8k wallpapers of UNESCO World Heritage sites in Italy (Pantheon, Naples city center, Roman theater at Taormina etc) and am now unsure about whether they are still “kosher”. Italy has certain provisions for protecting/licensing cultural monuments. My representations are photorealistic and present the monuments in a beautiful, not satirical way. Is there a clear way forward? Thanks in advance,Scot
I’m asking if i can sell my Mahjong sets thru Etsy, Amazon and other Mahjong companies with a stand license subscription. Most of the images I downloaded were vector images.
Hi Adobe Staff,I am trying to complete my Adobe Stock Contributor account setup, but I cannot complete the mandatory phone verification step. Every time I enter my Bangladesh (+880) phone number (+880*** moderator deleted private data ***), it shows: "An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later."I have tried:- Clearing browser cache and cookies- Using multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox)- Entering number with and without country code/leading zerosIt seems to be an SMS gateway/backend issue for Bangladesh (+880) numbers. Since I do not have a paid subscription, the support bot does not connect me to a live agent. Could an Adobe Staff member please assist in resolving or manually adding the phone number for my account?*** moderator deleted private data ***
Does anyone else using Google Chrome have massive issues trying to access their stock library? I can view it, but scrolling through, trying to open older graphics to download or even just the hover over download options are a constant painful glitch / bug and makes it almost impossible to access older files to re-download etc.
I’m at a loss as to why these photos were not accepted. I have a well-established portfolio of travel photography, and similar images have been accepted on other stock sites without any issues.Adobe’s rejection reason was simply “Quality Issues.” The photo below is a typical travel illustrative content, shot on mirrorless full frame, minimal post-processing: Carved pātaka storehouse and palisade, Te Parapara Garden, New ZealandOk, this photo was processed as HDR to bring back the shadows. There is a bit of grain going on in the rocky part of the mountain, but I wouldn’t think this to be a reason for rejection: Car approaching Mount Ngāuruhoe on the Desert Road at dusk, New ZealandThese mountain parrots are quite rare, so I was very happy to get this shot in the wild. The bird’s eye and feathers look sharp to me. The background blur cannot be avoided: Kea close-up on rocky summit near Mount Luxmore, Kepler Track, New Zealand I am open to constructive critique. Just trying understand wh
Hi everyone,We never migrated our Fotolia account to Adobe Stock back in 2018.Is there still a way to get the license/download history for some images we licensed from Fotolia account? When we try to log in on fotolia.com i’m automatically redirected to Adobe Stock and the old migration process no longer works.Any advice?Thank you!
I am expressing my severe frustration with a recent change to the Adobe Stock browsing experience.Currently, when I click on an image simply to inspect it or take a closer look, the site automatically redirects me to the Studio page. This forced redirect is completely breaking my workflow.Because of this, I can no longer access the standard image details page. This means I have lost the ability to do basic, essential tasks like:Clicking to search for similar images.Clicking on the contributor's name to browse the same artist's portfolio. This is a ridiculous and highly disruptive design choice. When I click on an asset, my goal is to inspect that specific image and explore related content—not to be pushed into the Studio interface against my will. It makes finding and sourcing the right images incredibly difficult and frustrating and making me question using Adobe Stock.
I used to be able to right click on an image in Adobe Stock to download a comp image which had the image number in the filename. Now, I am unable to even click and download a comp image. How can we do this with the new AI Studio window that comes up when I click on an image now?
Dear Adobe Stock Review Team,I am writing to respectfully request a re-review of my recently submitted assets , which were rejected under the quality standards category. These submissions consist of specialized geometric patterns, seamless textures, and surface design materials . I would like to highlight that these assets are specifically designed as functional production materials for creative professionals such as graphic designers, textile artists, and 3D modellers who require precise, repetitive tiles and high-contrast surface maps for their daily workflows. While I understand the visual standards applied by the automated and manual review processes, these files are technical assets created to serve immediate commercial and utility needs in surface design.Could you please have a senior moderator perform a manual review on these files? I believe they bring valuable diversity and practical utility to the Adobe Stock catalog.Thank you for your time, consideration, and continued support
I make botanical clipart for stock. Wreaths, pine borders, mistletoe, juniper. Every one has to ship as a PNG with a genuinely transparent background, and cutting them out used to be the worst part of the day. I tried the usual chain: the web tools, then rembg locally with u2net, then BiRefNet, then RMBG. They all failed the same way. A wreath is a ring, and inside the ring there's background that has to go — what I kept getting was a haze in there instead. Not opaque, not clear, a grey-blue smear that looked fine as a thumbnail and looked awful the moment a customer dropped it on a colored card. Pine needles came out as mush. Thin stems vanished, or came back with a colored rim baked in that no amount of levels would remove. Then I looked at what those tools actually do, and it stopped being mysterious. **rembg feeds BiRefNet a 1024×1024 copy of your image, gets a 1024×1024 mask back, and scales that mask up with LANCZOS to your original size.** On a 4096×4096 render that's a 4× upsca
Bonjour.
I downloaded AdobeStock_538890993_Video_HD_Preview earlier this month. And now I would like to download the 4K version, which I cannot find anymore as the video looks to be missing. Is there any way to download it after all?
I've licensed an Adobe Stock vector (File# 399343242), but thus far, I am unable to remove the black checkered background in Photoshop or Illustrator. Is this file faulty somehow or am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated!
I shouldn’t have to post on a forum to get this resolved, especially with the rise of Ai and how many times I run into this issue.Anyway, an asset I downloaded from Adobe Stock was listed as an SVG and is not. It is a pixelated rasterized image. File 2061700400Please remove this asset, refund the credit and add a feature on the site to report for this exact issue, instead of just copyright infringement.
2061136146 Is listed under the Vector Files but it is a jpg inside an .ai Illustrator file.
Whether it’s a poorly traced or GenAI, it is unusable as a vector and must be removed or flagged.https://stock.adobe.com/images/scenic-autumn-forest-path-with-falling-orange-leaves-a-beautiful-vector-illustration-for-a-fall-season-background/1668574785
Can I use Adobe Stock images labeled 'Editorial Use Only' in a published policy research report from a think tank NGO? The report is our own institutional research output, distributed publicly.
