My Adobe Stock contributor account has been suspended for nearly two months, and I still have not received any clear explanation regarding the reason.I have already submitted multiple appeals through both the Adobe Stock support form and the official appeal form, but I have not received any meaningful response so far.Because I have not been told which content or activity caused the suspension, I am unable to understand the issue or take corrective action.This situation is having a serious impact on my business, as all sales have completely stopped during this period.Has anyone experienced a similar situation?What would be the best way to proceed from here?Thank you.
What is going on with Adobe Stock blocking lots of search results that used to turn up hundreds/thousands of images? Some examples:LGBTQGay marriageHeroinMarijuana…Even Adobe Stock’s own suggestions don’t turn up anything: Interestingly, if I switch my region, some countries will show results for these searches. For instance, switching to Mexico will turn up plenty of images for “heroin.”Please advise on the best way to access the entire catalog of Stock images.
Several years ago, I bought a stock photo.On the License History page, I see the photo in the list of purchased photos.https://stock.adobe.com/ru/Dashboard/LicenseHistoryBut there's no option to download the license on each photo page. There's no such option.What should I do? The copyright holder is demanding compensation equal to 200 times the purchase price of the photo.😓
The InDesign drop shadows have been broken for about 6 months. You can find a longer forum here: For a few months I’ve been able to work around it but now it’s gotten to a point where I can’t. I’m trying to export pngs with drop shadows and they are moving during export. So they look fine in InDesign but then the shadows move and in the png they are moved.Here’s an example: Inside Indesign, the shadows are where they’re supposed to be.Flattened .png files placed as assets in Animate. The shadows moved.I’ve gone back into InDesign and fixed the shadows and reexported and they continue to export incorrectly making it a pretty big problem.It’s been months dealing with this bug on a daily basis, having to resize the assets in InDesign to get it to go away and I’m trying to bring some attention to it so we can hopefully get this bug resolved. Yesterday I’ve opened a request for refund as I got charged without knowing I didn’t cancel the whole plan from on first day of trial. Right away after charged yesterday I opened the ticket. But I got email that please go to help.adobe and all. I tried with the support chat, but ai assistant is keep saying I don’t have any open refund request with this email. I”m trying again n again I don’t know where to request refund or open refund request ?Can you share email or put me direct with the platform where I can get the refund as it’s only 14 days window to request that, and it’s already 2nd day started
I'm just looking for images I can use as general anatomy practice while drawing, and I found this abomination (file number 677462298). I always exclude AI generated images and look for photos, and I immediately knew it was AI because horses do not move like that. It's a biomechanical impossibility. There is no option to report trash like this on the preview page, I looked through the support pages, and the only directions I got from Google - which, btw, are better than what your site gave me, Adobe - were to the forums. Now, I'd've much rather have just submitted a report and called it good, but you left me with no other option than going public with my grievances. Do better, Adobe.

This was an unintentional click. My name is Awnica Browne. I am a Photographer in San Jose, CA. I am a small business that focuses on Brand Photography and Video. I have been a life long Adobe user. I was using your Premiere product to create a movie and used some Adobe Stock footage to complete the video. I was about to use my last credit and thought, this couldn’t be my last credit. I have been paying for Adobe Stock for 4 years, I should have an abundance of credits to download more videos and photos to complete my project. I thought due to not making my monthly payment yet that that was the cause of not allowing me to download more. I called Customer Service to confirm and to my utter shock, I was told that I lost all of my credits. I thought the Generative Ai of 1500 was the number of stock images that I had previously paid for and were sitting there waiting for me to use. That was not the case. Hello, for the past few months a lot of the vector assets i have downloaded are unueaseble for my professional work. They are clearly ai generated (or just VERY poor quality), but not flagged as such, so i can’t filter them out. Even in the preview i can’t spot this, but after downloading the paths are messy, everything is merged together, so i can’t edit them like i want. This feels like a huge waste of time. Sometimes it is so bad that i can’t even find a man made illustration for a certain general topic. As suggested many times there should be a report option for this. When I search for images and use the “exclude AI-generated images” filter, there are still many clearly AI-generated images showing up, which is frustrating. If contributor tagging cannot be controlled because it may be done maliciously, then please allow users to exclude those results for their own protection. I would like to be able to exclude specific contributors from the search results. It would also be useful to set multiple contributors, and I would appreciate it if those settings could be saved and kept once registered. Thank you.
I would like to suggest changing the current generative AI disclosure workflow.Instead of only asking contributors to check “Created using generative AI tools,” Adobe Stock should require contributors to actively choose one of the following options for every submission:This content was created using generative AI tools. This content was partially created or edited using generative AI tools. This content was not created using generative AI tools.When contributors select “This content was not created using generative AI tools,” Adobe should display a clear warning that false or misleading declarations may result in asset removal, royalty withholding, account suspension, and further action if the mislabeling causes legal, licensing, or customer trust issues.This would reduce accidental mislabeling, discourage intentional abuse, and protect both Adobe Stock customers and honest contributors.

I recently called Adobe to transfer my personal account to a business account so that a new employee could download the apps and have access to my stock photos. I asked multiple times if my 4500+ stock photos from the past 10 years would transfer to my new business account and was reassured multiple times that it would. It has been 2 weeks since and I have been on the phone with Adobe more times than I can count on two hands. They keep saying the issue was escalated and I would hear back in 24 hours and I never do. Meanwhile, I am being charged monthly for Adobe Stock and now lost access to over 4500 stock images that I use daily for work. This is costing me a lost of time and A LOT of money. I am not sure what else to do? I have logged back on and checked personal and business accounts in Adobe Stock and both show as empty except for the new purchases I have made over the past 2 weeks. I checked libraries and there are a few photos in there but no where close to the 4500 that I had.

There isn’t an option in the “create a post” to report an image. This photo asset ID 411314525 is a composite showing a location that DOES NOT EXIST, see the Snopes entry. If we had a “Report a problem” with the image at point of use, it would be much more efficient than spending time trying to figure out how to report this in a forum that may or may not be seen. I’ll see if I can copy and paste this post into some post that doesn’t really have a category.

My Adobe contributor account was deactivated in September 2025. This was due to uploading a photo that was similar to a photo I had already uploaded (in my opinion). Is there still a chance my account will be reinstated? I filed an appeal one day after it was disabled. FYI, the stock photo I uploaded is non-AI.
“Find Similar Image” no longer available (just ‘find similar in video’) “More in series” just brings up the one image selected (despite thumbnails preview showing lots of images in series) The whole of the Adobe websites no longer working in Safari

I recently subscribed for a free adobe stock trial, to avoid billing I used my debit card instead of credit card, but now they have charged me after the free trial, I don't have this much of amount to pay and I never utilised my adobe stock as well, so I immediately cancelled my subscription but now they have charged me more someone please kindly help me
Stock image 707671228 is not a vector, it’s a jpeg plopped into a vector and totally unusable for my needs. Please refund credit
