Can I use Adobe Stock images labeled 'Editorial Use Only' in a published policy research report from a think tank NGO? The report is our own institutional research output, distributed publicly.
Hello, for the past few months a lot of the vector assets i have downloaded are unueaseble for my professional work. They are clearly ai generated (or just VERY poor quality), but not flagged as such, so i can’t filter them out. Even in the preview i can’t spot this, but after downloading the paths are messy, everything is merged together, so i can’t edit them like i want. This feels like a huge waste of time. Sometimes it is so bad that i can’t even find a man made illustration for a certain general topic. As suggested many times there should be a report option for this. I contacted the support chat and they suggested i post the assets here, as i have a very long list i will just start with my most recent downloads.#1957485896#1968842490#1957487115#1971484829#1940463627#1660034431#1637673717#1939741038#1949048879
https://stock.adobe.com/images/vineyard-workers-harvesting-grapes-in-summer/2059988361This vector illustration seems AI-generated, despite of not have been labeled as such, despite of my search filters. The edges of the elements are not clear or defined, shapes are generally messy and unprofessional, the background elements do not exist and removing foreground elements only creates holes in the background. As such, the file is unusable professionally.I ask for removal of this file from Adobe Stock and potential banning of the uploader. When removing elements there is nothing behind them so no one human created this file
Dear all, apologies if this has been solved before, I haven't seen it. We have accumulated a number of stock credits via the subscription that adds 25 credits a month. We do not need the subscription on that account any more and cancelled it. What will happen to our credits, will they remain usable for purchases until the amount is depleted?Kind regardsBSG
I searched “security monitor” with 4 tags: photos, exclude gen-ai, commercial use, and exclude people. The first result contiained: gen-ai, was therefore not a photo, and included people (one of which who was missing legs in the preview.) Adobe Stock has become a miserable user experience and a complete joke compared to other Stock websites. The tags do not work, nor does the AI labelling system. It is a major frustration and issue that clearly AI assets that were uploaded before the AI filter are able to bypass basically all safeguards and still get bumped to the very top of results. This isn’t even mentioning the flurry of assets that are mistagged. There is no way to report them, and there is no function AFAIK for untagged/pre-AI tag assets to be properly labeled. I do this out of spite basically, not because I believe anything will ever improve. The vector for stock id#1944462845 is horrendous once purchased. Th vector is all blurred together and up-close details are bad even though it should be simple shapes such as circles for the eyes.
I need a refund please
Merhaba,Son zamanlarda gönderdiğim videolardan biri reddedildi.
Many vector assets are falsely described as “Editable Stroke” or not marked as AI Generated and after downloading turn out to be either live-traced slop or AI generate and not usable for my needs. I make sure to toggle ‘Exclude GenAI Content” on every search as I don’t want any AI generated images. This is a waste of credits. I wish there was an easier why to report problematic AI generated images besides posting on this forum.@Contributor1The following images are my most recent issues:193209407420146011341649857678
This happens in Safari, but not Google Chrome.Clicking on a stock item from the filter search results used to open the details of the item and preview. Now it opens an “AI Studio” (whatever the f that is - I have no interest).Does anybody know how to stop this happening in Safari? Obviously the work around is use Chrome instead, but it’s irritating.
Since a week or so ago, every time I click on a stock item - video or image - it opens an “AI studio” instead of opening up the file details for the item. This happens in Safari but not Google Chrome.Of course the work around is to use Google Chrome, but it’s irritating as I use Safari for other tasks.
I haven't been able to upload my work as a contributor all day. Does anyone know what's wrong? I've tried using different browsers.
I have just licensed 3 images that are meant to be editable and usable vectors, but they are flat vector, and uneditable and unuseable due to the background being there. This is really frustrating as my wi=ork is now on hold as I cannot source usable images Images62625534613974676571546289240
I'm just looking for images I can use as general anatomy practice while drawing, and I found this abomination (file number 677462298). I always exclude AI generated images and look for photos, and I immediately knew it was AI because horses do not move like that. It's a biomechanical impossibility. There is no option to report trash like this on the preview page, I looked through the support pages, and the only directions I got from Google - which, btw, are better than what your site gave me, Adobe - were to the forums. Now, I'd've much rather have just submitted a report and called it good, but you left me with no other option than going public with my grievances. Do better, Adobe.
I downloaded an ‘editable stroke’ file. It is not editable. It removes a download from my licence. Download number is: #2104595918 and by contributor ‘Peace’. Anyone got some advice?
no puedo acceder al historial de elementos generados, la pagina se queda cargando y no muestra nada

Right now, the ‘report issue’ mechanism is insufficient. At present you can only report on 2 issues - names of people included in the artwork and IP infringement. In brief, we should be able to report on issues such as:• poor quality• inappropriate/explicit/insensitive content• unflagged AI content or image traced AI vectorsSince adobe have shown no particular inclination to moderate the content that ‘contributors’ are producing, at the very least they should allow users to report/flag content that does not meet quality expectation as well as unflagged AI images, AI images that have been image traced and passed off as human creation, images that claim to be vector but are an embedded raster image (downloaded one of those the other day) or images that may be culturally, morally or ideologically problematic. In a few other posts, there’s also been suggestion of user ratings for content, which I fully support.
