I am writing to report a persistent issue with downloading images. Whenever I attempt to download, I receive the following error message: “We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service.”Our account currently has an unlimited image stock quota. My team lead previously reached out to support and was advised to sign out and sign back in; however, this did not resolve the problem.Could you please investigate this further and provide a permanent solution?

We have purchased an Adobe Stock image under an extended license.This image is intended to be used for print products as well as for social media and web advertisements on behalf of a client.This client also has additional subsidiaries or branches in Austria and Luxembourg, which operate under different company names. Is it sufficient to purchase additional licenses per company?What does the clause “No redistribution of the standalone file” mean? Are the subsidiaries also allowed to use the image?Is there another licensing option available for this purpose?

It's standard policy that you can't use a stock image for your logo or trademark. Understood.But it's bugged me for a long time that there are loads of images on Adobe stock that are clearly marked as a logo. I can't see what purpose they would serve for anything else. In fact if you search for "logo" you get nearly 1.5 MILLION results.So my question is ...what are the rules governing a stock graphic that is clearly intended to be used in a logo? Why would Adobe accept them if they are restricted from being used for their intended purpose?I'm currently researching ideas for a water-based logo. There are lots of great splash and droplet vectors that are labelled as logos. Can I use them or not?  It's baffling.Thanks.

Bonjour, je n'ai ni abonnement, ni crédit disponible mais jusqu'à présent, je pouvais enregistrer des images dans une de mes bibliothèques et/ou télécharger un aperçu. Aujourd'hui, quand je clique sur les boutons correspondants, une fenetre pop-up s'ouvre pour que je m'abonne. Les conditions de la plateforme ont-elle complètement changés ou est-ce un bug? Car cela est vraiment dommageable pour la création de maquette à présenter au client. Merci !

I have made some photos with my photos and now when I upload those photos to Adobe it is asking for permission. Now I mean if I upload those to Adobe then there will be an account problem.

In teoria ho crediti sufficienti. Non mi da proprio la possibilità di scelta fra le due standard o estesa. Se provo a fare la stessa operazione su un’altra risorsa mi da la possibilità di acquistarla ma per questa no.

Today, when I log in to Adobe Stock, I can't see any of my Fotolia purchases, nor can I interact with them. I contacted the virtual assistant on the Adobe Stock website, who advised me to email contributor-support@adobe.com. Support advised me to visit https://helpx.adobe.com/support/stock.html for customer support, but I didn't find any helpful information there.Do you have any helpful information for me? I received an email from Copytrack. I need to get the licenses.

The vector quality of asset #1906431508 is significantly below professional standards. The paths are jagged, the curves are poorly executed, and there is a noticeable lack of symmetry in the fork tines. This looks like a low-quality auto-trace rather than a handcrafted vector. I request a review of this asset.

I can't access anything in Adobe Stock from my Personal profile and it will not let me switch it back to my Corp profile for some reason where I should have full access. Please assist.
