A while back I chose the free 10 images option trial which I cancelled and nothing is currently showing in my subscriptions but for the last 8 months £23.99 has been going put of my account. I would like a full refund for each month this has been happening please as if it was, showing in my subscriptions I would of canceled it but its hidden which is sneaky it has been happening for the last 8 months and total £191.92. I would like this actioned ASAP.

How can i open a file when a error appears cant open the file" so now instead of 10 i can use 9 assest. What a pitty.  Its a AI file btw. Weird because its a logo. Anyway i cant open the file. Error.

Even after fulfilling a full year's subscription (with payments amounting to approximately $360), I am now being asked to pay an additional $15 cancellation fee. This is unreasonable and feels like an ongoing attempt to extort more money from me, especially given I have not utilized the service beyond the trial period. Hi I'm just wondering how to use Adobe stock videos. Are they free to use?When I select free and search videos the video clips has  "Free" on the left and "Licensed" on the right, and it either says Asset is licensed and downloads the video or re-download for free. I'm unsure if I can use them for my Youtube videos and monitize it or get any copywrite issues. Please help Thanks

Venció el 27 de Marzo, pero por alguna razon mi tarjeta no se ha cobrado el plan de 103 soles, hubo un error y no se ha procesado el pago. Me sale que mi cuenta tiene problemas con loss pagos y que lo actualice. Si lo dejó así como está se suspenderá el plan que se activó después de la prueba gratuita? o se va ir acumulando cada mes y en cualquier momento me quitan el dinero?? 

Over one whole year ago, I tried to cancel my Adobe stock, but it wasn't working. So I called Adobe Services and they said they would cancel it for me. They gave me a 40 dollar refund, then immediately charged me $59! They DIDN'T even cancel my subscrirption and I've been getting charges of 29.99 each month for over a YEAR. I've added it up and that's over 500 dollars!!! I didn't notice because I have a different adobe account that I actually use. I am SO frustrated. Adobe doesn't answer the phone, and I have nobody to email. I need answers and my money back ASAP - already have a legal team at my disposal - whoever answered the phone at Adobe and didn't cancel my subscription.... yikes. If an Adobe employee sees this, contact me ASAP. I will be satisfied once I get my money back.

J'ai donc sélectionné dans les filtres "pour usage commercial". Hallo zusammen,ich nutze für unsere Unternehmenswebseite (gemeinnütziges Unternehmen) zahlreiche Adobe-Stock Fotos, die irgendwie über den Webseiten-Anbieter Websitebutler lizensiert sind; zumindest hat Websitebutler damals gesagt, dass wir dort Fotos auswählen können, um sie auf der Webseite zu nutzen.Nun würde ich gern wissen, ob ich diese Fotos auch für gelgentliche Beiträge z.B. in unserem Instagram-Account nutzen darf. Websitebutler wusste darauf keine Antwort. Ich habe mir die Fotos bereits heruntergeladen und will jetzt erst mal die rechtl. Sitution klären.Ich habe für unser gemeinnütziges Unternehmen kein Adobe-Konto oder habe irgendwelche Käufe tätigen müssen.  Jetzt weiß ich nicht wirklich weiter.Vielen Dank für Tipps von euch!Verena

i wnat to cancel my adobe stock 16 credit plan. I bought the credit pack on August 22, but i couldn't download the 4K Video. So i couldn't use the credit. i'm a top administrator. but i don't see the cancel button on my plan page.and the payment method management button doesn't work. What should i do to cancel the Adobe Stock 16 credit plan? 

I have an adobe stock subscription and I tried to download a video. It's advertised as over 13 minutes and 29 seconds. When I download it it only gives me the 5 second preview shown on the site. When I open it in premiere's library window and download it from there (shows as already licensed) it still only gives me a 5 second version. So frustrated and have no idea how to access the full length of the clip I purchased. Here is the clip referenced.

Can somebody please help me, I keep on getting a "We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service." error. I tried searching for a solution within the community, but can't find the right solution. And if I want to upgrade to a different plan, I get an "Error" page. Thank you!

I mistakenly subscribed to an annual plan and paid for one month in Adobe stock. I have to cancel my plan because I lost my bank card. But when I go to manage the plan, it says "Your plan has been suspended. Please update your payment details." At this moment, I need to purchase another product from this account. I would like to know if I will be charged for the previous annual plan once I add my payment details again.

Getting the error " We couldn’t load your libraries. Try again by viewing all libraries." when trying to access stock libraries on the website.  It's not a sync issue, all my libraries are up accessible on the desktop apps, but I cannot access the libraries or add photos from the website.Chrome on a PC tried a couple of other browsers and got the same error message.

Hi,I've been a loyal Adobe user for over 10+ years and typically don't post on community forums. However, I feel compelled to address a significant issue I've encountered recently with Adobe Stock.The quality of the stock images has declined noticeably. It seems that the majority of available images are AI-generated, with very few genuine, high-quality photos or stock compositions. Searching for suitable images is already time-consuming, and the added challenge of sorting through AI-generated content is frustrating.I'm concerned because the current quality doesn't meet the standards I expect for commercial use, especially when dealing with brand logos or our flagship brand. This issue has seriously impacted our design workflow and content creation. The images are blurry images with unformed line work that cannot be used.I hope this feedback is helpful and that improvements can be made to ensure the quality of Adobe Stock meets the expectations of long-time users like myself.

I wanted to use Adobe Stock and it suggested the free trial version. Once I clicked on that button, it showed me the different subscription versions and I selected the monthly subscription - thinking that I would sign up for the free trial. But then only after the checkout I realized that there is no free trial and I had to pay on the same day? I would not have subscribed if I knew that was the case.  Has anyone else had this issue and how can I get refunded for this??

Hello. My image below made its second sale about an hour ago today. While looking at the preview of the image, I noticed something strange, but when I looked at the original image, I saw that there were some really bad errors: - The paw of the lion's right front leg is drawn as a human hand, not a lion's paw.- The lion's left front leg is in the wrong place- The gladiator's left hand holding a sword does not resemble a human hand- The hilt of the gladiator's sword is strangely elongated, etc.... I created this image on April 25, 2024, that is, in the early days of starting Adobe Stock. Unfortunately, I couldn't see these mistakes in those days, as time went by, I learned to see the mistakes (I'm still learning), and again, unfortunately, these (and many more) went unnoticed by the reviewing moderator. What I should do now is probably to delete this image from my account immediately. But what about those two people who bought it, what should I do, or what can I do?&n

I just downloaded a vector graphic that states the lines are editable, but when I opened the file, the strokes are expanded.
