You can now filter out generative AI images from your search results, or you can view only generative AI images in your search results, or you can continue to view all generative AI and non-generative AI images in your search. AI Studio has seriously damaged the Adobe Stock search experience. I use Adobe Stock professionally to source images, not to generate or edit them. Previously, clicking an image allowed me to inspect the asset properly and, crucially, browse other images from the same shoot or series. The new AI Studio behaviour removes that workflow and makes Stock much slower and less useful.Please restore the normal asset detail page as the default when clicking a Stock image, or provide an account setting that allows users to disable AI Studio or toggle it on or off. AI tools should be optional, not forced into a paid professional stock-image service.

I would like to highlight that these assets are specifically designed as functional production materials for creative professionals such as graphic designers, textile artists, and 3D modellers who require precise, repetitive tiles and high-contrast surface maps for their daily workflows.While I understand the visual standards applied by the automated and manual review processes, these files are technical assets created to serve immediate commercial and utility needs in surface design.Could you please have a senior moderator perform a manual review on these files? I make botanical clipart for stock. Wreaths, pine borders, mistletoe, juniper. Every one has to ship as a PNG with a genuinely transparent background, and cutting them out used to be the worst part of the day. I tried the usual chain: the web tools, then rembg locally with u2net, then BiRefNet, then RMBG. They all failed the same way. A wreath is a ring, and inside the ring there's background that has to go — what I kept getting was a haze in there instead. Not opaque, not clear, a grey-blue smear that looked fine as a thumbnail and looked awful the moment a customer dropped it on a colored card. Pine needles came out as mush. Thin stems vanished, or came back with a colored rim baked in that no amount of levels would remove. Then I looked at what those tools actually do, and it stopped being mysterious. **rembg feeds BiRefNet a 1024×1024 copy of your image, gets a 1024×1024 mask back, and scales that mask up with LANCZOS to your original size.** On a 4096×4096 render that's a 4× upsca

Bonjour.Je commence à avoir de sérieux problèmes avec les fichiers vectoriels recherchés et téléchargés depuis AdobeStock.Les fichiers sont de piètre qualité par rapport à avant. On se retrouve avec des fichiers généré par IA qui ont été vectorisé ‘’à la rache’’ , considéré comme fichier fait par un utilisateur (donc trompeur) et on se retrouve avec des fichiers comme celui là : 1996584424, 2061766440 ou 2114808533.Il y en a de plus en plus. On ne peut rien récupérer et rien faire dans ce fichier. C’est une bouillie sans nom ! Seit heute öffnet sich beim Klick auf ein Bild im Suchergebnis AI Studio.Ich will aber nur eine ganz normale Bildsuche durchführen, wie früher.Ich brauche die Option, weitere Bilder einer Serie angezeigt zu bekommen etc.Wie geht das jetzt?So kann ich mit AdobeStock nicht mehr arbeiten!Ich muss Bilder finden und nicht bearbeiten, dass mache ich in Photoshop.

I downloaded AdobeStock_538890993_Video_HD_Preview earlier this month. And now I would like to download the 4K version, which I cannot find anymore as the video looks to be missing. Is there any way to download it after all?

I've licensed an Adobe Stock vector (File# 399343242), but thus far, I am unable to remove the black checkered background in Photoshop or Illustrator. Is this file faulty somehow or am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated!

I shouldn’t have to post on a forum to get this resolved, especially with the rise of Ai and how many times I run into this issue.Anyway, an asset I downloaded from Adobe Stock was listed as an SVG and is not. It is a pixelated rasterized image. File 2061700400Please remove this asset, refund the credit and add a feature on the site to report for this exact issue, instead of just copyright infringement.

2061136146 Is listed under the Vector Files but it is a jpg inside an .ai Illustrator file.

While trying to add a Bangladeshi mobile number to my Adobe account for verification, the system shows an error and does not allow me to proceed. This issue persists regardless of the number or attempt count. Steps to Reproduce:1. Log in to Adobe account.2. Go to the option to add/verify phone number.3. Can I use Adobe Stock images labeled 'Editorial Use Only' in a published policy research report from a think tank NGO? The report is our own institutional research output, distributed publicly.

Aktualisieren Sie Ihre Zahlungsinformationen." Das hatte mich sehr gewundert, da sich bis heute nichts verändert hat, keine Kontoänderung, Änderung der Anschrift oder des Namens, auch ist meine Debitkarte (Zahlungsweise per Lastschrift ist ausgewählt) nicht abgelaufen und funktioniert ordnungsgemäß. Auch diese wurde mir zwischenzeitlich nicht neu ausgestellt. Dennoch habe ich dieses Problem.  Beim vorgeschlagenen Button "Zahlung aktualisieren" öffnet sich ein Fenster mit der Meldung: "Es liegt ein Problem mit Ihrer Zahlung vor. Aktualisieren Sie Ihre Abrechnungsinformationen, damit es zu keinen Unterbrechungen bei Ihrem Dienst kommt." Egal was ich ändere (und viele Möglichkeiten gibt es nicht) - es tut ändert sich nichts. 

Hello, for the past few months a lot of the vector assets i have downloaded are unueaseble for my professional work. They are clearly ai generated (or just VERY poor quality), but not flagged as such, so i can’t filter them out. Even in the preview i can’t spot this, but after downloading the paths are messy, everything is merged together, so i can’t edit them like i want. This feels like a huge waste of time. Sometimes it is so bad that i can’t even find a man made illustration for a certain general topic. https://stock.adobe.com/images/vineyard-workers-harvesting-grapes-in-summer/2059988361This vector illustration seems AI-generated, despite of not have been labeled as such, despite of my search filters.The edges of the elements are not clear or defined, shapes are generally messy and unprofessional, the background elements do not exist and removing foreground elements only creates holes in the background.As such, the file is unusable professionally.I ask for removal of this file from Adobe Stock and potential banning of the uploader. When removing elements there is nothing behind them so no one human created this file 

Dear all,apologies if this has been solved before, I haven't seen it. We have accumulated a number of stock credits via the subscription that adds 25 credits a month. We do not need the subscription on that account any more and cancelled it. What will happen to our credits, will they remain usable for purchases until the amount is depleted?Kind regardsBSG

I searched “security monitor” with 4 tags: photos, exclude gen-ai, commercial use, and exclude people. The first result contiained: gen-ai, was therefore not a photo, and included people (one of which who was missing legs in the preview.) Adobe Stock has become a miserable user experience and a complete joke compared to other Stock websites. The tags do not work, nor does the AI labelling system. It is a major frustration and issue that clearly AI assets that were uploaded before the AI filter are able to bypass basically all safeguards and still get bumped to the very top of results. This isn’t even mentioning the flurry of assets that are mistagged. There is no way to report them, and there is no function AFAIK for untagged/pre-AI tag assets to be properly labeled. The vector for stock id#1944462845 is horrendous once purchased. Th vector is all blurred together and up-close details are bad even though it should be simple shapes such as circles for the eyes.
