Many vector assets are falsely described as “Editable Stroke” or not marked as AI Generated and after downloading turn out to be either live-traced slop or AI generate and not usable for my needs. I make sure to toggle ‘Exclude GenAI Content” on every search as I don’t want any AI generated images. This is a waste of credits. I wish there was an easier why to report problematic AI generated images besides posting on this forum.@Contributor1The following images are my most recent issues:193209407420146011341649857678

J’avais appliqué un filtre de recherche d’images vectorielles. Le fichier télécharger est un .svg (donc fichier vectoriel) cependant, c’est une image jpg déguisée fichier svg. Pas déllements vectoriels dans le fichier.C’est un procédé fallacieux et trompeur.Je souhaite également que ce (s) se soi(ent) plus accéssible via la recherche avec un tag d’images vectorielles car elle ne le sont pas.Dans l’attente d’une suite favorable à ce litige, je vous souhaite une bonne journée.  

I signed up for a free Adobe Stock trial, entered my credit card numbers, and was okay. I see in my plan it's there, but when I hit Access My App, it shoots me to the Adobe Stock site, where it still offers me a free trial. When I go to an image I want to download, it says I have to either sign up for a free trial or can't do it. I have tried logging in and out to no avail. I have tried clearing my cache to no avail. I am not a computer maven, and I do not know what to do next. 

I would like to report some AI-generated images that are of poor quality or don’t make sense (not technically but visually).Of course no one is “forced” to license such low quality images, but In order to maintain the overall quality of Adobe Stock, and to not make it more difficult to find good material by "cluttering" the collection with poor quality images, Adobe should be more strict when approving AI-generated images for the database. Examples:823810261105308541810180494129132749879691535129691533519759204051018049412…Check also the corresponding collections for more similar poor results. Best regards,Till.

Hello everyone,I am an Adobe Stock Contributor (Displayed Name: byerenyerli) and a digital entrepreneur. Recently, I had to format my computer and phone, which unfortunately resulted in me permanently losing access to my Google Authenticator and primary registered email address. Therefore, I am completely blocked from accessing my contributor panel and cannot access my verified trade portfolio or earnings. I am an individual with health issues and unable to work normally. Stock content creation is my primary source of income.I have already contacted General Live Chat Support (I have the case email code and live support redirection. However, they are passing the buck to each other). The supervisor stated that they do not have the technical authority to modify contributor accounts from their panels and directed me to contributor email support. However, when I emailed them, I received an automated response telling me to return to the Help Center chat. I am currently stuck in a frustrating

Recently I have had some poor experiences with the Adobe Support Chat. As a last resort I am wondering if the shame approach might prove fruitful.I just clicked on an asset by mistake and cancelled the download yet a credit was taken away immediately.I asked an agent for help. At first he said he has helped many times (stock response, oh the irony!!) then he said it is not possible upon realising what the request was.I notice two posts where the license has been cancelled and the credit restored. Any help would be appreciated. I will be happy to DM the details.

After clicking EDIT IN PHOTOSHOP in Illustrator, the file wont open and Photoshop cant open any other file, v. 27.7.0, Mac OS. I need to force quit the app to open a file again. It happened a lot of times. No file is open and the options to create a new file and open file are grayed out (pic). Only option is OPEN RECENT, but if a choose a file it wont open. The app doesnt close too. Need to force quit it.  

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone could help. I am designing a product label for a sauce that will go on sale in UK. The initial print run will be under 500,000. Is this classed as a product for resale, and therefore I need an extended license?Or, is it ok to just use a standard license?Many thanks!Molly

Phone verification loop — Cannot access Contributor portfolio (Indonesia)

Hello,I have purchased and downloaded two vector files in Adobe Stock. The asset IDs are #2015102521 and #2015105687. When I open them in Adobe Illustrator, I receive an error that says, "could not find linked file." It appears the graphics for both of these files were linked rather than embedded, and as a result, the files are empty. Please advise.Thank you,Lorie

Photoshop Beta. Randomly can’t use keybinds to select tools or execute menu actions.

There is no feature that allows us to report poor quality photos, or vector images that are poorly executed. There is no feature that allows us to report images that are clearly AI when they are not tagged as such. Furthermore, the search results are often ABYSMAL – and they have been for years. People have clearly asked for these features/improvements and Adobe has not provided what we need. Will you just continue raising your prices and giving us ever more AI without responding to our needs? Seriously.

From the creative cloud I go to Stock, and there is no way to filter for free resources there. I have to go to google and search “adobe free stock” to get a link to the free section, which has the same URL but looks completely different.

I am super frustrated at the increasing amount of live-traced slop allowed on Adobe. I am a professional and use this site to download professional assets. It is impossible to tell what is traced from the tiny thumbnail provided on the page. I’d list them individually, but there are quite a few in their portfolio that appear to be mis-tagged.
