I accidentially licensed # 474913635 - a premium stock image - instead of downloading only a preview. Help! Can I return the license and get my credits back?   [Moderator cured the topics. Please do select only relevant topics.]

How can i open a file when a error appears cant open the file" so now instead of 10 i can use 9 assest. What a pitty.  Its a AI file btw. Weird because its a logo. Anyway i cant open the file. Error.

Despite my attempts to cancel the service after the trial period, I have been repeatedly charged significant amounts, amounting to over $300 in the first month alone. I subscribed to Adobe Stock under the impression that I could cancel at any time without incurring substantial penalties. However, when I attempted to cancel within the trial period and beyond, I encountered repeated obstacles, including demands for early cancellation fees. Even after fulfilling a full year's subscription (with payments amounting to approximately $360), I am now being asked to pay an additional $15 cancellation fee. This is unreasonable and feels like an ongoing attempt to extort more money from me, especially given I have not utilized the service beyond the trial period. Hi I'm just wondering how to use Adobe stock videos. Are they free to use?When I select free and search videos the video clips has  "Free" on the left and "Licensed" on the right, and it either says Asset is licensed and downloads the video or re-download for free. I'm unsure if I can use them for my Youtube videos and monitize it or get any copywrite issues. Please help Thanks

Venció el 27 de Marzo, pero por alguna razon mi tarjeta no se ha cobrado el plan de 103 soles, hubo un error y no se ha procesado el pago. Me sale que mi cuenta tiene problemas con loss pagos y que lo actualice. Si lo dejó así como está se suspenderá el plan que se activó después de la prueba gratuita? o se va ir acumulando cada mes y en cualquier momento me quitan el dinero?? 

Over one whole year ago, I tried to cancel my Adobe stock, but it wasn't working. So I called Adobe Services and they said they would cancel it for me. They gave me a 40 dollar refund, then immediately charged me $59! They DIDN'T even cancel my subscrirption and I've been getting charges of 29.99 each month for over a YEAR. I've added it up and that's over 500 dollars!!! I didn't notice because I have a different adobe account that I actually use. I am SO frustrated. Adobe doesn't answer the phone, and I have nobody to email. I need answers and my money back ASAP - already have a legal team at my disposal - whoever answered the phone at Adobe and didn't cancel my subscription.... yikes. If an Adobe employee sees this, contact me ASAP. I will be satisfied once I get my money back.

Au lieu de l'agrandir, j'ai vu qu'elle se téléchargeait.Je n'ai rien eu le temps de faire. Je me suis aperçue qu'en plus elle utilisait 750 crédits car c'est une licence "Améliorée".Je n'ai pas téléchargé l'image, je pense que vous pourrez vérifier.Merci de me dire s'il est possible d'annuler ce téléchargement. Hi, I'm on the free trial of Adobe stock - 10 assets a month. I'm able to download the licensed images in  my library, except for asset ID #537359767. When I click download on the asset page/from my library, nothing happens. When I try to download from license history, I get the following error:{ "error": "Internal Server Error", "code": "000", "case": "2001d57cd99059068e90736d5fec5102" } This error does not occur with any other licensed images. I have tried different browsers, logging in and out of my account, and clearing my cache/browsing history. I believe it's the same issue as reported here: Cannot download specific imagesAny help would be appreciated!  Thanks 

Bonjour, je me permets de vous contacter à propos d'une interrogation que j'ai sur Adobe Stock.Actuellement je possède une licence académique dans le cadre de mes études qui me permet de télécharger des images en illimité. Cependant, je recherche des images que je peux utiliser dans le cadre commercial (pour la création de cartes postales notamment). J'ai donc sélectionné dans les filtres "pour usage commercial". Hallo zusammen,ich nutze für unsere Unternehmenswebseite (gemeinnütziges Unternehmen) zahlreiche Adobe-Stock Fotos, die irgendwie über den Webseiten-Anbieter Websitebutler lizensiert sind; zumindest hat Websitebutler damals gesagt, dass wir dort Fotos auswählen können, um sie auf der Webseite zu nutzen.Nun würde ich gern wissen, ob ich diese Fotos auch für gelgentliche Beiträge z.B. in unserem Instagram-Account nutzen darf. Websitebutler wusste darauf keine Antwort. Ich habe mir die Fotos bereits heruntergeladen und will jetzt erst mal die rechtl. Sitution klären.Ich habe für unser gemeinnütziges Unternehmen kein Adobe-Konto oder habe irgendwelche Käufe tätigen müssen.  Jetzt weiß ich nicht wirklich weiter.Vielen Dank für Tipps von euch!Verena

i wnat to cancel my adobe stock 16 credit plan. I bought the credit pack on August 22, but i couldn't download the 4K Video. So i couldn't use the credit. i'm a top administrator. but i don't see the cancel button on my plan page.and the payment method management button doesn't work. What should i do to cancel the Adobe Stock 16 credit plan? 

I have an adobe stock subscription and I tried to download a video. It's advertised as over 13 minutes and 29 seconds. When I download it it only gives me the 5 second preview shown on the site. When I open it in premiere's library window and download it from there (shows as already licensed) it still only gives me a 5 second version. So frustrated and have no idea how to access the full length of the clip I purchased. Here is the clip referenced.

Starting yesterday stock images won't download. It moves them to one of my libraries. It has a Re-download for Free button next to the image. But no matter how many times I click it, the image won't download to my computer. There is nothing inside Google Downloads when I check my browser so it's not even making it to my computer.I've downloaded 100s of images from Adobe Stock before and never had this issue until yesterday. I've tried logging in and out of my account. I've tried a different browser. I've logged off and back onto my computer and nothing is working. 

Can somebody please help me, I keep on getting a "We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service." error. I tried searching for a solution within the community, but can't find the right solution. And if I want to upgrade to a different plan, I get an "Error" page. Thank you!

Hola, me dieron una version gratuita de prueba de adobe stock el cual no uso, se vencio el tiempo de esta version y me generaron un cobro por un año de este producto, el cual realmente no utilizo, que debo hacer para que me cancelen este producto y me reenbolsen el dinero?Gracias

Olvidé cancelar la prueba gratuita y hoy mismo se hizo el pago, como lo puedo cancelar y tener reembolso? Cuándo me voy a la página para cancelar plan no me sale nada de reembolso

I mistakenly subscribed to an annual plan and paid for one month in Adobe stock. I have to cancel my plan because I lost my bank card. But when I go to manage the plan, it says "Your plan has been suspended. Please update your payment details." At this moment, I need to purchase another product from this account. I would like to know if I will be charged for the previous annual plan once I add my payment details again.
