Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Community,I am trying to access Adobe Stock Contributor, but my account shows an “Inactive account” message saying that Adobe’s policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts.I may have an old or inactive Contributor account associated with me, but I do not know the previous account details, including the Member ID or associated email address.I tried contacting Adobe Support through the contact form and selected “Account” → “Multiple account approval request.” However, when I tried to submit the case, I received this error:“We are sorry, there was an error submitting your case.”Could someone please advise me on how I can identify or recover my old/inactive Contributor account and resolve this issue?I want to use only one Adobe Stock Contributor account and follow Adobe’s policies. I do not want to create a second Contributor account.Thank you for your help.
Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Support,I requested a payout of $55.45 to my Skrill account on August 31, 2026. The payout is still showing as Pending in my Contributor account.Could you please check the status of this payout and let me know if there is any issue or if I need to take any action?Thank you.
The bottom line is that Adobe is prioritizing the quality and integrity of its library amid the explosion of AI content and attempts to game the system. In my opinion, Adobe is partially to blame for that explosion, which is not an indictment on them, worrisome would be not fixing a known problem. This has resulted in more aggressive (and sometimes blunt) enforcement, which is why more accounts are being suspended. It’s really simple people, staying honest 99% of the time will not cut it! 100% is a must! Here are some tips everyone should exercise:Submit only high-quality, distinct work. Avoid uploading many near-identical images or vectors. Properly label all generative AI content. Never use artist names, brand names, or real people’s names in titles, keywords, or prompts. Keep metadata clean and accurate. Follow the “up to 3 variations” guideline for similar content. Avoid sudden, extreme spikes if possible (you can’t fully control this, but be aware it triggers reviews). Do not buy yo
Dear Adobe Community Managers & Staff,My primary Adobe Stock Contributor account (REMOVED BY MODERATOR) was deactivated due to a duplicate account issue.Following Adobe's instructions, I submitted the official appeal form on July 15, 2026 (Case Reference: 00525836 / Update: 00525846). In the appeal, I provided all necessary details, including the secondary inactive account (REMOVED BY MODERATOR) to be permanently closed. It has now been over 50 days since I submitted the appeal, but I have not received any response or resolution. My primary account remains blocked.Could a staff member or manager please escalate this case directly to the Contributor Relations / Trust & Safety team?Thank you for your assistance. PLEASE DO NOT POST SENSITIVE INFORMATION IN A PUBLIC WEB FORUM.
Good morning,I received your notification stating “Account blocked: Suspicious activity.” I immediately submitted a review request (ADB-46933681-W2C7), but received no response. I sent an email, but received no reply. The day before the suspension, I noticed some purchases of my videos, so I thought it might be related to those purchases. Perhaps someone bought those videos with a stolen credit card or something similar. But I’m wondering why my account was suspended? I didn’t do anything wrong. And this is causing me serious financial damage.I was also waiting for a payment I requested two weeks ago that still hasn’t arrived.I’ve read that in cases like this, it can take months before the account is reactivated.I’m frustrated that no one is responding, and the mere thought of having to wait months is devastating. It’s not even possible to call someone or chat directly with the Contributors team. It makes no sense.I didn’t renew a subscription plan for an Adobe product, and two payments w
Hello Adobe Staff, My contributor account was deactivated, and I submitted a clarification regarding a technical issue during bulk uploading via StockSubmitter. My support ticket ADB-46967713-M2Q9 was automatically closed without any substantive response or resolution from the Compliance team. I am fully ready to clean up and remove any non-compliant files immediately upon account restoration and ensure strict compliance going forward. Could a staff member please assist in escalating my case to the Trust & Safety / Compliance team for a manual review? Thank you, Yuri Krainov
Hello Adobe Stock Community,My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated, and I submitted an appeal regarding the decision. My case has now been under review for 125 days, since May 8, 2026, and I have not yet received a final decision.Case ID: 00511411I understand that these reviews can take time, and I respect the process. However, given the length of time that has passed, I would appreciate any information regarding the status of my case or an estimated timeframe for receiving a final decision. If anyone from the Adobe Stock team can provide an update or guidance, I would be very grateful.Thank you.
Hi, looking for feedback, since I have not been able to find any natural looking skies from Adobe Stock when I try to do sky replacements in Photoshop, I figured I would upload my own taken with my drone, however these got rejected. I’ve compressed these just a little bit to fit as an attachment. However, they work much better for sky replacements than any of the ones Adobe provides in my opinion, so I’m hoping to make these available to other creators. Thanks!
I already have an Adobe ID and currently live in Vietnam. My Adobe account country/region is set to Vietnam. When I go to Adobe Stock and click “Sell,” or try to access the Contributor Portal, I get: “New account creation is not available at this time.”I am not trying to create a new Adobe ID. I need to activate a Contributor profile for my existing Adobe ID.I also cannot use the Adobe Stock Contributor support form because it redirects me to the same “New account creation is not available at this time” page.I previously lived in Russia, but I currently reside in Vietnam. Could my Adobe ID still have an old Russia country association internally, even though my account settings now show Vietnam?Could someone please help me activate or access the Contributor profile for my existing Adobe ID?
Hello Adobe Contributor Team & Moderators,My Adobe Stock Contributor account (Registered Email: [REMOVED BY MODERATOR] ) was deactivated/blocked recently. It has been 12 days since submission, and I have not received any response or update from the compliance/support team yet. I have $33.22 in pending earnings on the account.Could a moderator please check the status of my case or escalate it to the internal compliance team for a manual review? Thank you for your support.
Why was this image banner rejected for quality issues. Is it the deliberate stippling effect?
My Adobe Stock Contributor Account with 38000 high quality AI generated assets is blocked I have been an Adobe Stock contributor for the past three years and have built a portfolio of nearly 38,000 images through consistent, daily work. Two years ago, I left my job, and Adobe Stock became my main source of income. Recently, my contributor account was blocked, but I was not given a clear explanation of the specific reason.I contacted Adobe Support and sent emails, but I have not received a response yet. This situation has been extremely difficult for me. After investing three years of hard work into my portfolio, receiving a single email that suddenly ended my ability to contribute has been devastating.Same thing happened with my friend with 11000 AI generated files (450$ earning monthly). I respect Adobe's policies and understand that the rules must be followed. If I made a mistake, I am willing to understand it, learn from it, and correct it.I hope Adobe will review my account and, if
My account has been blocked because of suspicious activity. I may have accidentally uploaded duplicate images, which could have resulted in my account being blocked. However, I believe it would be much better if Adobe Stock could have a system in place to detect and notify contributors when duplicate images are uploaded, rather than immediately blocking their accounts.I understand and respect Adobe Stock’s policies, and I hope you can consider this as an unintentional mistake. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my case and consider restoring my account.I sincerely ask Adobe to please give me an opportunity to have my account reinstated. Thank you very much for your understanding and consideration.😢 here is what i wrote and my Case No.ADB-46954797-B7T2Dear Adobe Contributor Relations Team,I recently received an email informing me that my Adobe Stock Contributor account has been deactivated due to suspicious activity.I believe this may have been caused by an accidental du
Hello,My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated 3 months ago without any prior notice or explanation. Right after it happened, I submitted an appeal through the official form, but I never received a confirmation email or a case number.I suspect my account might have been automatically flagged due to an unusual sales spike that occurred around that time. I want to emphasize that I have absolutely no involvement in this traffic, nor have I ever engaged in any fraudulent activities or artificial sales manipulation. I am a legitimate contributor who strictly follows the Terms of Service.Since it has been 90 days without a single update or any way to contact support, I am posting here hoping that an Adobe Moderator can kindly review this and escalate my case to the Compliance Team.Thank you for your assistance.
Hello everyoneMy photowas rejected because it doesn't meet the quality standards. The reason given was: exposure issues, soft focus, noise/artifacts, or excessive filtering. I followed all the correct steps: used the original file from camera, removed metadata correctly without re-saving, did not over-edit, and size is over 4 MP. Could you please look at my photo and tellme specifically exactly what is wrong? Is it focus, light, noise, or something else?I want to fix it properly before resubmitting.Thank you very much you help.
When I am looking up anatomy references, I am coming across way too many photos of VERY young children in nothing but their underwear. I understand that it’s a slight gray area when it comes to “anatomy”, but some of the images I’m seeing are extremely worrying. Even more-so because they are available to be manipulated by Adobe’s AI features. If Adobe is going to allow partial nudity, all photos of children should be outright banned. Otherwise, update the ToS to explicitly state that all images of children should be fully clothed. This is gross. Why is there no easy way to report images like these? Adobe is a multi-billion dollar company. There is no excuse for this sort of thing to be allowed in the first place. Get a real report system, with HUMANS to review flagged images.Do better. https://stock.adobe.com/contributor/205776230/ruslanshug?load_type=author&prev_url=detailhttps://stock.adobe.com/images/strong-healthy-little-caucasian-boy-in-shorts-showing-his-body-muscle-indoors/

Hi everyone,I’m a new contributor on Adobe Stock and I’m still learning about the quality standards for submitted photos.I recently submitted this photo, but it was rejected for “Quality Issues.” The rejection message mentioned common issues such as exposure, soft focus, excessive filtering, or noise.I’d really appreciate your opinion on this. Could you help me understand what specific quality issue you see in this particular photo? And is it something that could be improved through editing, or is it a limitation of the original photo?I’d like to learn from this rejection so I can improve my future submissions.Thank you
I am a long-time contributor creating original photos and videos, shot and produced entirely by myself — no AI-generated content. Recently, my account was suddenly deactivated right after I made my first payout request. This is extremely concerning because:I had been uploading and selling content without issues for months. My portfolio contains only my own authentic work.I received no clear explanation for the ban. After the ban, I contacted Adobe Stock Support immediately, providing all necessary details. It has now been nearly a month with no reply or resolution. This raises serious questions:How can contributors trust Adobe if accounts can be banned right after payout requests? Is this a system error, or is there another reason why payouts are blocked without explanation?Contributors put time, skill, and resources into producing high-quality content. Sudden bans without transparency not only damage trust, but also leave creators unpaid for their work.I’m posting here to request urgent at
Hello everyone,Is the Adobe Stock contributor program truly safe and fair for creators? as My Adobe Stock contributor account (Case #00368169) was unexpectedly deactivated for “suspicious activity,” and I’m at a total loss. I’ve been contributing for over two years on Shutterstock and Fiverr with zero strikes, and my Adobe Stock sales have always been 100% organic and policy-compliant. Key Facts:2+ years on Shutterstock & Fiverr with zero warnings, removals, or policy violationsSingle, verified bank account for all payouts—no chance of unauthorized paymentsRecent Adobe Stock growth driven solely by fresh, high-quality uploadsNever used bots or ranking-boost tools; I adhere strictly to Adobe’s guidelines.
Hello! I am trying to be an Adobe Stock contributor. I uploaded some AI-generated illustrations a couple of weeks ago. The images are simple drawings of pet animals on a plain white background but most of them have been placed under the 'Reminder' tab with a red-banded notice saying "PROPERTY RELEASE MISSING". Can anyone, please, help me out with what to do now? I'm attaching a sample image for your better understanding.
My Adobe Stock contributor account was deactivated on February 10, 2026, due to “suspicious activity.” However, I did not receive any clear or specific explanation of what exactly was wrong. What is this “suspicious activity.” meanI have been a contributor for several years and have always tried to follow all guidelines carefully. I worked honestly, respected Adobe’s rules, and never intentionally engaged in anything that could be considered suspicious or abusive.I contacted support, but unfortunately, I only received generic replies directing me to read the guidelines again. I still don’t understand what caused the issue.I have a few important questions and would really appreciate any insights:Is it possible to restore a deactivated account in cases like this? What steps should I take to improve my chances of recovery? If restoration is not possible, am I allowed to create a new account? Would creating a new account violate the “multiple accounts” rule or another rules and lead to ano
