Hello everyone,I have uploaded 535 files (AI generated , vector, JPG & PNG), but only around 300–350 more or less files are visible on my public profile. Most AI-generated images are not showing. Also, my downloads are extremely low (0–4 per month) even though I've uploaded enough quality content. So my question is - Why all approved files are not visibleWhether my content is properly indexed and searchableIf there is any issue affecting my account visibility or downloads. If anyone knows about this issue please help me.
Hello, I would like to ask input on one more comparison. The bird on the left was rejected, but the bird on the right was accepted. Is the problem the slight part of the crest that is out of focus? When I do searches on the stock online, many photos seem to have much less technical quality, but I suppose they are just really cracking down now with a need for perfect shots? Thank you.
I am a new contributor and would really like to undertand the specific reasons for the rejections of the vast majority of my photos. I’m mostly a wildlife photographer, but do a variety of photos, with landscapes and some people. I’d say at least 60-70% of my photos have been rejected, which is quite a blow to the ego! The point of confusion is the (to me) is the seeming lack of difference between ones that were accepted and ones that are rejected.I was going to upload 4 photos - 2 rejections and 2 acceptances - but I can only upload three. So I will use these for illustration. The top photo of the tanager was accepted, but the wombat and toucan barbet were rejected. I took them with the same camera, did similar amount of processing, and had similar camera settings. Granted these are all animals, but to me they at least reflect the (to me) lack of contrast in quality).I am very tempted to stop uploading to Adobe altogether, but if I understood what the issues are with my photos, perha
I have 11 works like this that were rejected due to violations of intellectual property rules.Could you explain where the violation occurred? Title : AI Document Icon. Hello everyone. I’ve been uploading photos to Adobe for years, taken with different cameras and mobile phones. For the past few months, I’ve only been uploading photos shot with a Google Pixel 7 Pro. I think there’s no need to explain here what this little machine is capable of in terms of the image quality it can produce. The issue is that, as is happening to many others, a lot of my photos have recently been rejected for technical quality problems. Do you think that if I submitted photos taken with a full‑frame camera, for example, I could avoid these rejections? Or is this happening to many people regardless of the equipment they use to take their photos? Thanks and have a nice day

Hello,I’m trying to activate my Adobe Stock contributor account, but it appears to be blocked due to a duplicate account or phone number issue.I contacted support, provided the requested Adobe ID information, and opened a second ticket referencing the original case, but I have not received a response in over a week.Case #: 00482749 (original)Additional Case#: 00486918I opened the second case after not receiving a response to the first.Could someone please help escalate this or check the status? I’m ready to begin uploading content.Thank you.
I create images in a non-standard 4:1 aspect ratio specifically to meet a clear market demand: banner-friendly visuals. These wide panoramic compositions are designed so buyers can use them directly without aggressive cropping. However, most of my submissions are rejected with the reason that they are “too similar to content already available on Adobe Stock.”I understand that similarity is a valid concern in a large collection. But in this case, the issue seems misaligned with actual marketplace needs. While there are indeed many similar themes and concepts on Adobe Stock, there are very few images created in a true panoramic format like 4:1.From a buyer’s perspective, this creates a real problem. When searching for banner images, users are often forced to crop standard formats (such as 3:2 or 16:9), losing more than 50% of the original composition. This frequently results in visually unbalanced and unusable designs.I recently experienced this issue myself while searching for banner vis
Hey, I'm trying to understand the reasons of rejection of series of shots, but can't figure it out - the histogram looks fine, there's no obvious noise (artifacts in the bottom left corner?). The rejection was quick, as if it was done automatically. What could be wrong here? I'd appreciate any help, as I'd like to avoid this happening again. (Quality of the image was reduced, only 80%here because of upload size limitations).
I shouldn’t eat that much chocolate anyway.
I've written to the support, but after 3 weeks there is no answer (I can't find any reason). They blocked me when I ordered 1st payment - so be aware people.

Hello! I apologize in advance for any mistakes; English isn't my native language, so I'm using a translator. I'm a newbie and tried to upload my first AI-powered image for stock photography. I was rejected and told to post it on the critics' forum, and the link led here. I assume I should just create a thread with my question, since I couldn't find anything similar... which is strange... but here I am, and I need your help. Something's wrong with the image I created for stock photography. Please help me figure it out. (I also apologize in advance if my image violates any moral standards or concepts; I'm from another country, and we just don't understand the situation.)
I would like to clarify when Adobe sends invitations. They invite accounts based on specific criteria: accounts that remain active, consistently engaged, and meet the mission requirements are considered. Once an account is invited, it must complete several tasks. After those tasks are approved, the invited members receive certain benefits. In short, only accounts that fulfill these criteria and stay engaged will be invited. Thanks all
Hello everyone, first try to become a contributor here, I uploaded several pictures, several themes, but receive bad news and none was accepted, mostly on this repeated message: Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise. ie this image of the sunrise-church was taken in iso 100 and F 11...🤔 and the one of the red bench in ISO 100 f8, so what is it? my lightroom preset? Thank you for your comments
I’m curious about how you all view your work on Adobe Stock. Are you treating it as a hobby, a side income, or is it your main source of revenue? I personally feel that most contributors use it part-time, just as an extra stream from their art, but I’m not sure—maybe some of you do rely on it full-time. What’s your experience—am I on track, or is it more of a mix?
I’m facing a payout issue and would really appreciate your help. Here’s exactly what happened step by step:On August 13, I successfully connected my Payoneer account to my Adobe Stock contributor account.I then made a payout request. Normally, when using Skrill in the past, my payments would arrive within 7 days. With Payoneer, I expected a similar timeline, but even after 11 days, I did not see any upcoming payment notification inside my Payoneer account. The payout still shows as pending in my Adobe Stock dashboard.Thinking something was wrong, I disconnected my Payoneer account from Adobe Stock. Now, when I try to reconnect the same Payoneer account, I get the error message:“Payout Information not accepted – Please use a Payoneer account that is valid and unique to your contributor profile.”My Payoneer account is fully active and verified with no restrictions. The issue seems to be on the Adobe Stock side, possibly because the payout was already in process when I disconnected the acco
