Unfortunately, myPaypal  account is now limited due to a verification issue. To avoid risks, I'd like to cancel the PayPal payout . I already sent a messege from contributor contact us , but not yet get any reply or update . How to contact with support directly via messege or call ? 

Hi,Recently some of my works have been rejected due to similar content.However, I can’t find those similar assets on Adobe Stock.Is there any way to see which content my work is considered similar to?

Hello,My Adobe Stock contributor account was deactivate 05.02.2026, and I believe it may be related to using a VPN.I have been trying to contact Contributor Support for over 2 months, but I have not received any response.Case number: 00479771I also contacted general support and social media, but they told me that only Contributor Support can resolve this issue.At this point, I am stuck and don’t know how to proceed.Could someone please help escalate my case or advise what I should do?Thank you.

Some of my photos have been approved but do not appear in the public portfolio. Does anyone know the reason of the problem?

Hi everyone,I have a few questions regarding Adobe Stock submissions and performance, and I’d really appreciate guidance from experienced contributors.When submitting images or vectors that do not contain any people is it necessary to always select the “No People” tag? Does it impact search visibility or ranking if this is missed? What are the best practices for writing titles and keywords to improve search ranking? My content quality is strong (especially handmade vectors, icon packs and graphic resource packs) which I believe are in demand across stock platforms, but my sales are still quite low. I’ve noticed an unusual pattern: whenever my vectors get approved, my sales drop to almost zero for 1–2 days and then return to normal. However some of my friends experience the opposite their sales increase after approvals. Is this normal behavior or could it be related to the Adobe Stock algorithm?I’d really appreciate any insights, tips, or experiences you can share. Thank you!

Hi everyone, I want to know what you think about AI image generators. They’re so good now that it’s hard to tell real from AI-generated. Do you see Adobe Stock surviving, or will it decline as more people adopt AI? Sure, some say people don’t know how to write prompts or know the right technical terms yet. I get that—it’s a hurdle now, but I think it’s just a matter of time. AI will get so good and easy that it’ll be easy for everyone. And frankly, I think buyers are caring less over time about the artist’s effort and creativity that goes behind it—they just want cheap, high-quality assets as conveniently as possible. What do you guys think are still the pros of Adobe Stock rather than any AI image generator that would make them still choose Adobe Stock? What do you all think?

Hello everyone,I am encountering a persistent issue while uploading my vector assets. After uploading, the files show a "thumbnail" placeholder and eventually return the error message: "FILE COULD NOT BE ACCEPTED - Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately we were unable to process your file."I have checked my files for common issues (open paths, raster elements, hidden layers), and they seem to be clean. This error appears immediately during the processing phase before any human review.Is this a known server-side issue, or is there something specific in the EPS export settings that might be causing the Adobe Stock processor to fail?I have attached a screenshot of the error for reference. Any guidance from the community or staff would be appreciated.Thank you!

Leider entspricht sie nicht unseren Anforderungen.Mögliche Ursachen:– Nicht konforme Verwendung der Namen anderer Künstler oder Künstlerinnen.– Nicht deklarierte generative KI-Inhalte.– Der Inhalt entspricht nicht den allgemeinen Richtlinien Ich kann den Grund nicht verstehen. Ich habe den vektor selber gezeichnet (war ein Logo für einen Kunden der sich für ein anderes entschieden hat). Ich wüßte nicht was ich ändern könnte. Ich kann leider kein eps hier hochladen. Hi, I’m new to Adobe Stock and just getting started with contributing.I mainly shoot landscapes, flora, and fauna using my smartphone, as I can’t currently afford a dedicated camera. I understand that mobile photography is accepted, so I decided to give it a try.My first set of uploads was rejected due to IP-related issues, which helped me realize I should avoid including identifiable buildings or restricted elements. I then submitted a second set of images focused purely on nature, with no people or buildings. However, those were also rejected, this time citing quality issues (I have attached the images in question).I’d really appreciate any guidance you can offer on what might be going wrong and how I can improve my submissions to meet Adobe Stock’s quality standards.Thank you for your time and support!

I want to contribute to adobe stocks for the first time but i can't sell anything because the notification said i must add my phone number for security before i can continue but when i fill the number with my countries correctly than i push the add button it won't add the numbers at all, what should i do? Should i try again later?

For years, I have contributed my hard work and creativity to Adobe Stock. I invested my valuable time, effort, and skills to build a portfolio that not only benefited me but also enriched their platform. But suddenly, my account was deactivated without any clear reason. Adobe did not explain why, nor did they give me a chance to correct any mistake. One wrong step is possible for any human, but not giving an opportunity to fix it is truly unfair. I feel heartbroken that so many years of work seem to have no value in their eyes. Contributors like us deserve respect, transparency, and at least one chance to resolve an issue. Adobe Stock should remember — without contributors, their platform has no content, and without content, there is no marketplace. I already have an active Creative Cloud plan that is billed monthly for Adobe Illustration. Should I wait to redeem my code or wait for my subscription finish?  I have been subscribed to Adobe Illustrator for two months.

Hi. Last December, I had to reset my computer. As a result, all my autofilled passwords were lost. Since I have double verification, I need a phone number in addition to my email address. But I don't have that number anymore and it's impossible to recover. Correspondence with the help center specialists yielded no results. How can I restore access to my account? I've been selling my photos since 2017. One photo has sold over 500 times, and I'm facing this insurmountable problem.

On February 5th, I was notified of 'suspicious activity,' but I have not received specific details regarding any violation.I believe this flag might have been triggered by my recent payout request to my Payoneer account. Hello,I’m experiencing serious issues with my Adobe Stock contributor account after it was recently reinstated.My account was previously deactivated. I later received a response from Adobe Support explaining that the deactivation was due to re-uploading files that had already been rejected.Now my account appears to be active again, however I’m facing multiple problems:• I am unable to withdraw my earnings — the withdrawal request does not go through• My portfolio is missing• My total balance does not match the full amount I had before the deactivation• The account itself seems to be unstable / partially not functioningThis is very concerning, as I currently have earnings in the account that I cannot access, and my content and income seems to be missing.Could someone from the Adobe team please:• Confirm the current status of my account• Clarify what happened to my portfolio and full earnings• Help restore full access and resolve the withdrawal issueI would really appreciate your assista

An example of a picture rejected for QUALITY issues from my recent submission. The submission was rejected for this reason within 48 hours. It is typical of my work and previous submissions have been accepted. Can anyone help me understand why?

I’m wondering if other contributors have noticed slower review times lately.My recent submissions seem to be moving much slower than usual — some files have been pending for several weeks, which feels longer than what I experienced before. Most of my uploads are travel and town/street scenes, so I’m not sure if the subject type affects review speed.Are others seeing similar delays recently?How long are your current files taking to get reviewed?Also curious:Are approvals generally slower than rejections for you? Has anyone noticed changes in review speed in the past few months?
