Is there any way of changing the video thumbnail image presented to buyers. The action in a video often starts after the first few frames and the ability the present the best frame to the buyer could be crutial in getting a sale.

Hello Adobe Community, I'm experiencing an issue while trying to verify my phone number on my Adobe account. Every time I enter my number and click to receive the verification code, I get this error: An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later. Here’s what I’ve already tried: Using Google Chrome on PC (also tried Incognito Mode) Clearing cache and cookies Turning off all browser extensions (including ad blockers) Using a different browser (Firefox) Ensuring VPN is turned off Trying a different phone number Writing the number in the full international format (+8801XXXXXXXXX) Unfortunately, nothing worked. I need phone number verification to log in to Adobe Stock and use other services, but I’m completely stuck due to this issue. Hi Everyone, Heads up! I find it hard to believe that it's been almost a year since the nomination process began for the Adobe Stock Free collection. Starting tomorrow, June 7 some of you will have the opportunity to re-nominate photos that are currently in the Free collection, or to nominate new photos for consideration. The window to nominate your photos will be open until June 22. If you do want to nominate photos for consideration, I recommend you sign into the contributor portal tomorrow to take care of this. As before, we will be paying 5 credits for each photo approved for the Free Collection after the nomination window is closed. Photos that are approved will be in the Free collection for 1 year with a non-exclusive commitment.    There was a slight deviation to the agreement that you will see tomorrow. Hello,Since June 30 my account has been completely blocked from submitting new files.I have no pending files in review, and the only response I have received from Adobe Stock Contributor Support was a generic message stating that "submission limits depend on various factors".It has now been well over a month without any further reply or explanation, despite me following up. I currently have over 6,000 approved files in my portfolio and have always followed the contributor guidelines.What is the reason for this block and a specific timeframe for when it will be lifted? The lack of communication is extremely frustrating, and it prevents me from keeping my portfolio active.Could you give me any advice, please?Ula

I started contributing ai generated images. Some of them are selling very good , but my question is , in the "In rview" tab , there are some of my images that are in pending for 4 months , there not even gtting rejected so that i can get some more space for new file upload , does anyone face this, and know hoe to tackle this ? i would be very happy if someon from this community helkps me to figure this out. Hello, I hope everyone is doing wellI have a question I already have a contributor account where I mainly sell, vectors and Ai generated images. So it's a pretty messy stock account. Recently I have been thinking about polishing my portoflio with high quality illustrations on a different contributor account and eventually get enrolled in the premium collection. Am I allowed to have another account? 

I receive emails daily for the photos that have achieved the highest sales, but I do not see the money added directly to my account. How long does it take for the money for the highest-selling photos to be paid to me in my account? The number of downloads is also not shown in the statistics.

Just tell me your thought process and what makes you think that piece of work will succeed.For me I been researching a lot on how to make better content and not useless images that nobody will use (I only use AI).
