Hello everyone, I'm a contributor on Adobe stock, I make Mogrt templates. I have a question regarding Adobe Firefly-generated images used inside MoGRT templates for Adobe Stock. In some templates, I would like to use images generated with Adobe Firefly, for example as background element that are part of the Mogrt template.My questions is, if  is it allowed to include Adobe Firefly-generated images inside Mogrt templates? I have an active Crative Cloud Pro subscription.I want to make sure everything follows Adobe licensing terms and Adobe Stock submission guidelines before publishing.Thank you for your help.Saso

I am having an issue when trying to select premium graphics templates inside of premier pro version 26.0 When going to the graphics templates window and choosing adobe stock then dragging a premium template into the sequence I am given the error below. The free templates work normally. The motion graphics template media folder also gets updated when a new free template is added however this is not the case with premium templates. I am able to download the templates from the adobe stock website and manually upload them but it will not work inside of premier when dragging and dropping from the window.

Hello,I designed images of national flags on a background of geometric patterns like fabric texture, but I was surprised to find that the images were rejected on the grounds of “Intellectual Property Refusal” and “Non-compliant Image.”Please explain this to me and give me some advice.Thank you!

Since my company set up my Adobe CC subscription earlier this year I've had this issue from the very beginning.    From time to time the message "Your plan includes unlimited Adobe Stock downloads" appears in my Creative Cloud dashboard. However, whenever I search for an image and the browser window pops up with the results, every result has a blue button when you hover that says "Free with trial". When I click the download button, the filename has "preview" in the name and there are diagonal watermarks all over the image.   Maybe I'm misunderstanding something. I already have a plan that my employer pays for. The app itself is telling me that I have unlimited Adobe Stock downloads. Hi,I wanted to clarify the necessary license for a specific use case. I need a legally valid answer from an Adobe rep - not a community answer. I tried the email stkmktg@adobe.com which is referenced on the license terms page https://stock.adobe.com/license-terms for further questions to experts but I get an error message that the email address doesn’t exist.Can anyone please give me an alternative email address which works and answers specific questions.Best regards!

I still cannot believe there is no reporting feature. Obviously this is done on purpose since users have been requesting it since the second AI image generation was launched. It shows up for me despite explicitly excluding AI-generated assets. SMH

Hello everyone,I am having an issue where I cannot find the SFTP menu option on the Adobe Stock Contributor upload page.According to the official documentation, there should be a "Learn more" link right below the blue drag-and-drop circle to access the SFTP credentials. However, as you can see in my attached screenshots, this link is completely missing from my dashboard.I have already tried troubleshooting by logging into my account using different browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari), but the SFTP option remains hidden in all of them.Could someone please help me resolve this issue so I can upload my video files via SFTP? Is there a setting I need to enable or a new step I missed?Thank you in advance for your assistance!chrome Safari  

This tight, long, slow panning down of a pubescent girl in a bikini, described as a "pretty young teenage girl" is crazy to have been accepted. The entire series is questionable.

Recently downloaded an asset from Adobe Stock (https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/building-web-icons-in-line-style-hotel-hospital-apartament-city-town-house-mall-coffee-collection-vector-illustration/780136570?prev_url=detail) - this asset has clearly been created from a very poor quality image trace in Adobe Illustrator. These are also not editable strokes. I would imagine that all of the similar assets from this creator are the same.  Adobe needs a way of reporting slop like this. I would also like a credit refund for this rubbish.

Hello everyone! I have a featured request to adobe team. I have some complaints about the Adobe Stock Contributor system. If someone files something wrong or breaks the rules in Adobe Stock Contributor, Adobe blocks the account directly without any warning and also does not have any system to withdraw any dollars in the account.I think Adobe Direct should give the contributor some time and opportunity by giving a warning instead of blocking the account. Because it takes a lot of time and effort for a contributor to create an account and build a huge portfolio. Adobe should keep this in mind. And even if the account is blocked, Adobe should have a system in place to withdraw the remaining money in the account.Thank you for attention to this matter.

I downloaded this image (#1833245290) and when I went to open it, it said it could not find the linked .eps file. The file was esentially blank which was frustrating. I haven’t been able to find a way to report it and possibly get the credit back.

I just came across an image (535300163) that has multiple conflicting keywords – alberta, british columbia, manitoba, lake ontario. It’s a photo of a neighborhood of houses, presumably in one of these very different places. So which province is it? It makes no sense. My search was for a specific city in Ontario.Is it the Submitting Photographer making bad choices with keywords? Is it a Reviewer doing a terrible job – whether human or (more likely) robot? The problem of bad search results has been persistent with Adobe Stock. I guess my question is (again), why is there such bad quality control, Adobe? Or perhaps my question should be… What has taken me so long to switch to a competitor for my stock needs? At this point, it’s clear you’re not going to fix your search results. But you are good at raising the subscription price!

Hello, I get Error 503 accessing Stock . I can sign in but can't get to my previously purchased items or libraries.  (Bad Gateway for libraries)  

Hello, for the past few months a lot of the vector assets i have downloaded are unueaseble for my professional work. They are clearly ai generated (or just VERY poor quality), but not flagged as such, so i can’t filter them out. Even in the preview i can’t spot this, but after downloading the paths are messy, everything is merged together, so i can’t edit them like i want. This feels like a huge waste of time. Sometimes it is so bad that i can’t even find a man made illustration for a certain general topic.
