TL;DRIn-Person Signing lets a designated host collect a legally binding signature face-to-face on a single shared device, with no email or printing required. It is now available in Acrobat Sign Solutions and Acrobat Sign for Government (not included with Acrobat Standard or Pro on its own). An admin turns it on once at the account or group level, then any sender can add the In-Person Signer role to an agreement. It works online or offline, and every step is captured in a secure audit trail. Printing, scanning and endless email exchanges shouldn’t stand in the way of the business just for a signature. With the improved In-Person Signing feature from Adobe Acrobat Sign, documents can now be signed instantly, making the process faster and more seamless than ever with any device.Whether you are closing a deal, onboarding a client or finalising contracts, In-Person Signing helps keep business moving without interruptions.Less paperwork. Fewer steps. Better Signing Experience. ✍️ What is I

At Adobe, we are committed to empowering users with tools that make document workflows more flexible, efficient, and tailored to their needs. With the introduction of Dynamic Participation, Acrobat Sign unlocked additional control over agreements — both before and after they've been sent for signature. This feature is designed to adapt to evolving business requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration and streamlined workflows at every stage of the agreement lifecycle. In this blog we are covering the evolution of Dynamic Participations in Acrobat Sign until Today: PHASE 1: DYNAMIC PARTICIPATIONS FOR DRAFT AGREEMENTS What's New? Draft agreements are agreements in the authoring phase that have not been sent to recipients for signature. Dynamic Participation was introduced to add a comprehensive suite of capabilities, which allows users to “go back” and fully customize the assigned participants, agreement names and any other details of their agreements before initiating the signing proc
The Adobe Acrobat Sign February 2026 release just got an upgrade and delivers meaningful enhancements that make signing workflows more flexible, more accurate, and easier to manage—without sacrificing compliance or control. From better in-flight changes to improved authoring and recipient experiences, this release is all about reducing friction while increasing confidence. Here are the highlights: 1. Dynamic Participation for In-Flight AgreementsWork doesn’t always go exactly as planned—and now your agreements don’t have to either. With Dynamic Participation, senders can remove recipients from agreements that are already in progress without canceling and restarting the transaction from scratch. Acrobat Sign automatically revokes access, updates reminders, removes assigned fields, and preserves a complete audit trail. This is especially valuable when the additional signatures are no longer needed.Find out more here. 2. Copy Agreements to Move FasterRepetitive work just got a whole lot e

Learn about Adobe Sign transaction limits based on the service/subscription level to send agreements. Adobe Sign currently limits transactions based on the service level of the sending party. A transaction is a document sent from your account for signature. Adobe Sign Individual and Small Business plans include 150 transactions per user per year. Learn more about Adobe Sign’s Use Limitations. Transaction Limit: File size/Upload: Adobe Sign limits the size of each file uploaded. If you attempt to upload a document outside this bound, you get an error under the file that says, "Upload limit exceeded." Pages/Transaction: The whole transaction (all files merged together) have a total page limit. This limit is adjustable by the support team on request for business and enterprise customers. If you attempt to send a document that is larger than your account set limit, you get the error "Adobe Sign was unable
When I send a document for signature, the "FROM" states it is from Joe Robles Jr, Esq which is exactly what I want, but when someone signs the document, it states that the document was signed on behalf of Unt in the "FROM" section, which always scares away the people who just signed the document. I don't know how to change this. I went into the account profile online, and made sure the names are changed and corrected and they are. I went into company, and ensured everything is correct and it is. I also went into preferences>Identity and ensured that was correct to, it is. I don't know how to remove the "Unt" part and it has been aggravating me for at least 6 months. Help please!
Hello,My Creative Cloud subscription expired because my payment failed. My Adobe account is currently set to Italy, but I need to change my account country to Greece because my billing address and payment method (Revolut) are in Greece. I also have a Lightroom cloud library that I don't want to lose by creating a new account. Can an Adobe employee help me change my account country from Italy to Greece?Thank you.
When using Adobe Sign, each signature creates an automatic email to the file originator. The final signature creates an email where the subject line ends in “Signed and Filed!”.The exclamation mark is not an accepted character in Windows file folders, forcing the user to edit the subject line before saving. This is annoying, and the exclamation mark isn’t necessary. Why not remove it?
I have tried several times to send a document to be signed and the recipient does not receive the email notification at all. If I send a remibder, however, the e-sign will show up in their inbox within seconds. Why is this happening? It all started after we got our plan upgraded from personal accounts to business acounts. Thank you
All templates shared within our organization appear to have had their visibility changed to Owner Only. Previously, they were available for all internal users to use.We need assistance restoring the "Available to all users in the organization" setting, as this issue appears to affect all shared templates globally.

Hello, I am trying to create a developer account on adobe sign API. I have filled in the form on the page https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/business/developer-form.html but 30 minutes later I've received no letter to register. The spam folder is empty. A friend of my has the same problem, but he hasn't received the email for months. May be I'am doing something wrong? Could you help me please ? Best regards,Valentina
Is there a setting that has to be changed?
This is crazy. I've now spent hours trying to figure out how to manage old drafts or sent docs, and the deeper I dig the more I find out that we no longer have access to manage our old documents. Can't even view old signed documents. What's worse is that Adobe is completely unresponsive or providing any notice or documentation on how to use this new interface. Adobe are you kidding me?Please at least offer the option to use the old interface while you work out the issues on your end with this new interface so we can offload our documents or move to another service like DocuSign.
No longer seeing signature being populated at signature tag. Is anyone else having this issue? We have 10 customers who we integrate with and send documents for signature through their Adobe Sign accounts. Half of them no longer recognize the signature tag and place the signature at the end of the document, while others are still working fine. Trying to understand what in the new release may be causing this or if we need to make a change going forward.
I sent a document to multiple people for signature. My intent is that each person signs and returns their individual document. The document asks for sensitive information so I do NOT want it shared with others. The confirmation notice says the following:A copy has also been sent to you at... for your records."WorkLab Coaches Contract" was sent for signature.... They will complete “WorkLab Coaches Contract” in any order. As soon as the agreement is complete, all eligible parties will be e-mailed PDF copies. When it says that "all eligible parties will be e-mailed PDF copies" - does that mean of ALL signed docs or just their own? Thanks
I need to sign a document and have my client sign the document. A copy of that digitally signed document then needs to be sent to a third party. After the copy of the digitally signed document is sent to the third party, I need to add an addititional signature to a page of the document (attesting to the fact that I sent the documnt to the third party) and then have the final document with all three signatures, my original signature, the client's signature, and my second signature. Is this possible? If not, this is a fatal flaw in design because there are many instances where a digital signature needs to be added to the original signed document later, but the document also needs to be available before that final signature is added.
I've followed the instructions on other posts and videos, but have had no success in getting my correct name (Kitty Norton) to come up on e-signature documents I am sending out. Instead it comes up with my old screen name, Kittastrophy Prone.I have:Logged into my Adobe Account, the profile name is correct in both Profile Name and Account NameLogged into Adobe Acrobat Sign, then clicked on my name in the upper right corner, then clicked on Manage Account, from there I've tried Account and security in the menu at the top of the page - all instances of my name are correct. And I've also tried Edit Profile from the right side menu, all instances of my name there are correct also. I can not find any instance of the incorrect name anywhere that is appearing in the e-signature documents I'm sending. Assistance is appreciated.Kitty
Hello,I’m attempting to register for an Adobe Acrobat Sign Developer Edition account so I can integrate the Acrobat Sign API into my application. The registration form says I should receive an email within approximately 30 minutes, but no email ever arrives. Here’s what I’ve already tried:Created and verified my Adobe ID. Signed into my Adobe account before submitting the registration form. Checked spam/junk folders. Waited well beyond 30 minutes. Submitted the form on multiple occasions over several days. Tested with a second person (my development partner), who experienced the exact same issue using a different Adobe account and email address.Neither of us has received the provisioning email or been able to access an Acrobat Sign Developer Edition account.Could someone please verify whether there is an issue with the Developer Edition provisioning service or check whether our registration requests are getting stuck? If needed, I’m happy to provide the email address(es) used for registra
Hello, I currently have a form I used in DocuSign as a powerform. I am moving it over to Adobe as a web-form. I need to have a hyperlink in my email to clients. I need two signers (they can be the same or different). The first person will complete the form and the second signs off on it. The link will be clicked on by different clients and will change. How can i set up the web form that way? I can’t seem to get pasted the email box without putting in an email (which I won’t have)
The agreement went back to the first signer, but there was none of my prefilled information.
Feature Request: Add a Final Recipient Review Screen Before SendingAs a frequent Acrobat Sign user, I'd like to suggest an improvement that would save users a significant amount of time and help prevent mistakes.Currently, after entering recipients (signers and CCs) and clicking Next, there isn't an easy way to review or modify the recipient list while placing signature fields. If I realize I need to add or remove a signer or CC, I often have to go back and redo many of the signature and date fields I've already placed.Suggested ImprovementsOption 1 (Preferred): Allow users to view and edit the recipient list at any point during document preparation, without losing the fields they've already configured.Option 2 (Minimum Improvement): Before the agreement is sent, display a final confirmation screen that clearly shows all signers and CC recipients and asks:"Are you sure you want to send this agreement to these recipients?"This would give users an opportunity to perform a quick sanity ch
