We recently changed our company account and following the change we no longer have the e-sign facility in Acrobat. Ran the help desk and they said it is a backend issue, and after I was transferred, my call was ended. I do not how to reach the anyone for assistance.

I was moved to a business account earlier this year and alongside it, my personal files and behance account, however, when I was let off of the company, I lost access from all of my personal files and accounts without any proper warning and can't seem to revert that. I haven't found any solution to that issue yet.

I made some illustrator files several months ago and saved them to the cloud. Now I am trying to open them and it says "Can't open file. The account you signed in with doesn't have access to this file. Contact the owner for more info." I am the original creator and I have an adobe account using one email that has both a personal account and a school account (which I can't remember if I've ever used this). The files appear in-app under "Your files" but if I go to assets.adobe.com it says "You have no cloud documents." Since I made them I've gotten a new computer and my original subscription ended and I am currently on a 7 day trial on my personal account. Also I'm a student and my institution paid for the subscription originally. I don't remember if I made the files after being signed into a personal account or a school account. When I'm signed into my school account if I try to go to assets.adobe.com I get: "Error 401: Unauthorized. You are not authorized to access this site." I'm just

The user has been deleted but still appears in Storage as an alphanumeric string and has not been moved to inactive accounts, preventing file management.

Hi, we have 5 x Creative Cloud license which got renewed last month. However the users do not have access anymore to the licenses, and as a admin i have reassigned the users to the licenses however, no succes. Error message on user account is "No Access". Please help

Currently, from adobe we don't have any commands to manage the adobe creative cloud desktop application for to disable the auto updates. As most of the Organizations manages the updates by themselves and in our organizations we have 6000+ users affect by this non functionality. Can you please implement this feature as this is great help us to manage the adobe creative cloud desktop as well.

Hi everyone,I’m currently facing an issue with signing in to the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App (version 6.6.0.611) on Windows 11 (build 22631) in combination with a Federated ID and Conditional Access setup. When trying to log in via the menu “Help > Sign in using your browser”, nothing happens—the default browser (Microsoft Edge) does not open. All other options under the Help menu work fine, but this particular login entry is completely unresponsive. Hi Adobe,There are many URLs missing in the KB article about Network Endpoints (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html). I’m not just talking about optional URLs but also essential URLs which affect the look & feel of your products - means they affect the real usability and product experience :( Moreover there are general inconsistencies. Everyday mutliple times a day i am accused by Adobe for sharing my account, which I do not do, Anyone else getting bombarded with pop-up messages telling me:"Your Adobe account can be signed into two computers— but only used by you. If you're sharing with team members, ask your admin to purchase additional licenses. If you're sharing with family or friends, encourage them to buy their own plan." NO ONE ELSE IS USING MY ACCOUNT BUT ME! Everytime, there is a learn more, and i always hit the not helpful button with this message:"STOP WITH THE POPUPS IM NOT SHARING MY ACCOUNT. I SWITCH BETWEEN MULTIPLE COMPUTERS FROM HOME AND OFFICE. LEAVE ME ALONE. I OVERPAY ALREADY. EVERY TIME IT POPS UP I WILL REPORT IT. STOP IT." Anyone else getting spammed from Adobe asking for more money like this??? I mean I'm already a share holder(not by much but still) this is so annoying of Adobe to constantly accuse me of sharing.

One of our colleagues has received a new device with Acrobat installed. He is signed in with his account to which the Acrobat Pro and AI-assistant for Acrobat licenses are assigned. The Pro features are perfectly activated, however the AI tools are missing in his interface.We already updated to the latest version (26.001.21431) and I have removed and added the license to his account again. Both without a result.   

I’m new to Firefly, and I’m following along with the Adobe tutorial https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/platform-learn/tutorial-one-adobe/production/crpr7/ex1. I noticed that each time I added nodes to the pipeline, I had to re-run the entire thing. The first step is Remove Background from an image - I already know this works the first time I run it, so as I’m experimenting and iterating on building the pipeline I want, this step doesn’t need to re-run. Yet, it re-runs every time, wasting credits and time.What would be nice is if the output from previously-run nodes can be used for subsequent runs. In the Background Removal example, lets say I have a background replacement after that using Composite Images. I run the pipeline, and see that those nodes do the job correctly, but now I need some color correction, so I add an Auto Tone node before the final image output. Is there a way to hide the Benefits tab in the Creative Cloud Desktop app. We don't want our users to be able to see all the miscellaneous items in our enterprise plan but what is more recently frustrating is that there are “Partner perks” advertisements listed now, such as redeeming 3 months of LinkedIn Premium which should not be shown for an enterprise level license. We have tried editing the ServicesConfig.xml to append “BenefitsPanel” to “False”, similar to AppsPanel but it appears not supported in the same way.

I have been having issues with Photoshop and wanted to update the program, but when I clicked on update it brought me to a blank white box. I tried to get to Creative Cloud directly and got the same blank box. I tried repairing Creative Cloud with the uninstaller and it went through the steps successfully, but would not launch, and when I launched it manually it was still the same white box. I went ahead and updated my Mac to Tahoe 26.4.1 to see if that would help, but it did not. I then did a full uninstall and reinstall of Creative Cloud. Again, it did everything successfully, but when it launched (this time at least it launched) it was still a white box. I downloaded the Cleanup tool and ran that and it got rid of everything (I think.) I did another install and it is still the same thing. Photoshop is not fatally flawed and I can still use it, but I can’t update or uninstall it. I have searched the boards here and on the internet and done all of the steps everyone said worked for th

Adobe Express has been inaccessible for me since I started my paid subscription 2 weeks ago.Since yesterday I get “This site can’t be reached” and ERR_FAILED when trying to open Adobe Express. It fails on Chrome and Safari, including the normal browser page, not just the app-like version. I already cleared cache and cookies, and the problem persists across browsers.This is critical because all of my designs are stored there and I cannot access my work. Please help

I received an email that said “Leah, you no longer have system administrator rights for (COMPANY)-Deleted-Org.” At the same time, the other users of the business account received an email that said “You no longer have access to Creative Cloud Pro in organization (COMPANY)”I’m the only admin on the business account, and I didn’t initiate a contract cancellation or anything like that. Hi, We bought a perpetual license in 2015 for 170 users. The definition of perpetual license is a license grants the purchaser the right to use software indefinitely, with no expiration date We are less that 10 years into our license and we can no longer use our licenses purchased. After talking to several departments I was in touch with the perpetual license department where ultimately they pointed me to make a post here. I was told As the product is outdated I am unable to transfer to the dedicated team. Hence I request you to post you query and our dedicated team will get in touch with you. I am hoping to get this resolved as Adobe should have had a solution already in place for changing their licensing for those "grandfathered" in to a perpetual license.
