Experiencing the same issue others have trying to get PS Express to stop spinning the loading wheel and actually work. Yes, I uninstall/reinstalled and reset my phone, yes I have ample space on my phone, yes I logged out and back into my Adobe account, etc. PS Express was working fine and I was able to use it no problem until a couple months ago and now it’s just stuck on the loading screen and won’t load into the app. Literally can’t click on anything to log into my account or change settings or any of that. iPhone 14, running iOS 26.4.2, 38GB of space left available. Couldn’t find any solutions in here that worked and have been using a free version of Canva for basic photo features that I already pay for with Adobe. Anyone actually gotten this issue resolved yet?
Dear Photoshop I hope this message finds you well, In photoshop express on IPad when the user tries to use the functions within the face section > up and down, left down. It crashes out of the app immediately, this has been happening for multiple times already. User has already tired multiple solutions such as resetting iPad and deleting app and retry. Thanks
I’m using the remove objects feature in Heal > Remove Objects, and whenever I try to remove anything it just says “Results could not be generated.” This has been happening multiple times and i’ve even tried doing it with an easy object to select in an image and it’s still not removing/generating anything. How is this able to be fixed?
My PNG files continue to show on a white background for any watermark I’ve ever used. I’ve double-checked them in Photoshop and elsewhere and there’s nothing wrong with them. I have a paid subscription for Photoshop Express on my iPhone, so this is very disappointing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The screenshot is an example.

Ever since I got a new phone a week ago, I’ve logged back into my Photoshop Express app, which I’ve been using for my freelance artwork, and now the “Combine Photos” feature is gone. This is absolutely crucial for my job, and without it, I am unable to work.
Face option zooms in then crashes when moving up or down. Happens daily on iPhone 16 Pro Max. Already tried reinstalling and restarting.

I have Photoshop Express in an iPhone Pro 12 and an iPhone 17. The 12 shows “Combine Photos” as an option (I use it all the time). The 17 doesn’t. So I cannot add layers. And nothing happens when I tap “#Combine Photos” right under the search bar

Very disappointed with the removal of Photoshop Mix, the app worked perfectly. My Photoshop Express App shows no options to combine photos (or videos), or options to add layers. I can only edit a photo or create a collage. I signed up to premium on the assurance that the Mix features were present in Express, but that is not the case at all! Adobe's website is misleading, as it says you can combine photos by selecting the "combine photo" option from the home screen - this simply doesn't exist! I have cleared data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still no Mix features in sight.
Since the latest Update 26.14.0.8704, the App crashes on startup. I‘m using an iPad Pro 10,5 with iPad OS 17.7.10. Support Chat told me, that iPad OS 18 is now necessary and I can‘t use the App any longer. WTF!?Why is the AppStore installing an Update which makes the App unusable on my iPad?Interestingly, as Apple Photos extension, everything is fine with the „simple“ functions. But I need to do advanced modifications which is only possible when starting the App directly from the home screen.

One day the combine photos was there on the app then it was gone. I have an iPhone. I Seth things about android but I am having this problem on iPhone. What happened to this? How do I restore it? Really feels like getting gypped when paying for a subscription with very few features and some they’re taking away.
Hello There, This is a late reply to this post, however did you ever manage to resolve the issue with downloading the uncompromised file? I am still facing the same issue, all my images are downloaded at 40% of original image size after using PS Express on iPad Pro M4. I have tried all the usual steps, including reinstalling app, maximizing the save quality, clearing cache etc. however any image for example 30MB will be around 12MB after using PS Express. This 60% reduction has been consistent across all my images and I just cant find a way to avoid this loss in image.
I'm using Photoshop Express running under Windows 10. After editing a photo I click on the red X at the too-right of the screen to close the application. The system then brings up the 'Save changes' box in which I click 'Discard' and then the X in the top-right of this box. I then get the blue circle which goes round and round for a while but doesn't close the application. I then click on red X again on the top-right of the screen and get a message 'psexpresscore is not responding' with a choice of either waiting for the application to close or to close the program. Choosing the former does nothing. When I choose to close the program I get a message that the problem is being reported to Microsoft after which the application closes. Whilst this is all happening I've checked Task Manager and found that there is sufficient free memory and that the CPU is well below 100%. Not sure how to fix this. Ideas/suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you.

In the Heal option I am trying to use the Remove Objects AI option and cannot. How can I access my Remove Objects AI option?
When I use the text feature, it will not allow me to format it to one line of text. If I select the text box, it brings up transform, which only changes the size (or skews/distorts it). I want all words on one line. It's not a space issue, because I can transform the text box to a tiny size. When I write just two words it does multiple lines. When I write a short sentence, it will divide the words up on different lines with no rhyme or reason. I don't want to use the premade text styles. I've searched online for an answer and it seems a lot of other people have the same problem with no solution. I'm not asking for fancy text edits; I just want to do basic text formatting!

Photoshop Express no-go for .CR3 RAW files! Why?☹️It's the standard RAW file type on almost all current Canon mirrorless cameras. Talk about an open goal!!!! Cue corporate side-step excuse incoming!Dumb move, really - I am introducing a group of new photographers to editing/post processing. Most use Canon EOS R cameras of some type. They know to shoot and edit in RAW - .CR3. I want to start their editing activities in a free, simple app... Photoshop Express... and then they might, as others have, progress and graduate to Lightroom and Photoshop... i.e. REVENUE GENERATING!!!! But not now with NO .CR3 support. Poor show.Please explain this glaring omission. (Shakes head in disbelief...)
I am enjoying using the updated version of Photoshop Express on Windows but I do not like the Save button's default behaviour. Save As should be the default behaviour, having Save overwrite the original image without warning is not a good idea in my opinion. I always want keep my original images.Save As should save the edited photo inside the original folder alongside the original image and add a suffix to the filename (e.g. _edited, _copy, _#).Photoshop Express should not ask if I want to Save my edit after I have already used Save As. It is a bit annoying to have to click No every time I want to select a new image or exit the program after I have already Saved my edit with Save As.
Hallöle, ich benötige mal Unterstützung- Danke. Ich nutze Photoshop Express mit einem iP17 P schon sehr lange und habe ein Upgrade damals vor einem Jahr nicht angenommen. Immer wieder wird mir nun bei Programmstart folgendes mitgeteilt: "Ihr Speicherplatz in der Creative Cloud ist fast voll.Aktualisieren Sie Ihren Plan, um mehr Speicherplatz zu erhalten, oder löschen Sie Projekte dauerhaft, um Speicherplatz freizugeben." Ich habe diese Cloud nie genutzt, wie lösche ich alle diese Projekte auf einmal auf bzw. Mit dem iP? Wo muss ich diese Syntonisation ausschalten. Ich hatte immer diese Version genutzt die jährlich ca. 30 EUR gekostet hat. Ich habe schon die App. gelöscht, neu eingerichtet und habe das Problem mit der Creaticcloud immer noch. Danke für die Hilfe. Was muss ich wo genau tun, wäre sehr hilfreich. 😉🙏
