Hi stephenc37976968, in the past, customers were indeed able to receive a Creative Cloud DVD - containing Installer files - directly from Adobe by contacting the Customer Service. However, according to ProDesignTools, it is no longer possible to get one. (Maybe ProDesignTools can chime in and update us on this?! ) Now onto your issue: It sounds like the process isn't shutting itself down successfully when you close Premiere. Could you please open Premiere and close it again, taking a peek at the Task Manager / Activity Monitor and see, if there's still a process with Premiere in its name listed? Kind Regards, Maurice
