 Je viens tout juste de prendre mon abonnement, mais j'ai des soucis avec l'ouverture de mon logiciel malgré que je suis bien connecté par fibre.   

I want to cancel and it's still billing me

Is there a yearly rate for Adobe pro.  I don't want to pay monthly as I don't use the credit card often and it is a hassle just to pay for one subscription. 

First of all, sorry for posting it here. I couldn't find the billing/payment info forum. I pay for my Adobe subscription with my dad's credit card and recently he had to get a new credit card and "cancel" the old one. I forgot to update my payment information for Adobe, but somehow they still found and charged new credit card. What is weird becuase on my Adobe account you can clearly see the old credit card information. I wouldn't think of it as a big deal, but my dad is so angry right now. Does anyone know  how they did that? And if that's legal? Thank you for reading 

i subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Pro free trial  7 daysbut i got charged full amount instantly !!i just canceled my plan but how i got refund 

I recieved an email from mail@mail.adobe.com today on my business email. My company does have Adobe creative cloud and I do get a fair amount of emails from Adobe. The one I recieved today offered a chance to win a $1000, $500, or $100 gift card for participating in a survey, run by Bond Brand Loyalty. The email looked legit and the survey did as well. At the end it even asked if I'd be interested in the Adobe Advisory Committee, saying that I could get paid up to $125 for participating in a virtual meeting to discuss the community further. The only personal information I entered was my age, name and email address. Was this legitimately sent and run by Adobe? If not, am I screwed?  Picture of email included below.

i took up a student plan and then its asking me money to even cancel the plan, i have paid for the months that i have used it for. i don't get it, why is there a charge to cancel something? IM NOT EVEN USING IT. can you guys stop stealing students' money at the very least. you are a big corporation, have some dignity.

Hi. In a stupid move from my side I accidentally cancelled my 20gb photography plan. I contacted support on X but they said they couldn't help me. This is one last ditch attempt to help reactivate my subscription before I start a new one. If at all possible it would be greatly appreciated.

I signed up for the free trial version of Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader about a week ago and immediately canceled the plan, as my sole intention was to sign a single document. However, it appears that the cancellation was not processed, and I am now being improperly charged on my credit card (which doesn’t even have the available limit to make the purchase in the first place). To make matters worse, I’m unable to cancel the subscription without changing the payment method to a valid card. To my surprise, there are perhaps dozens of identical complaints on Reclame Aqui just in the past week, so I suspect there may be some technical issue at play here. I’d like to reiterate that I canceled the subscription at the moment I activated the free trial and I will absolutely not accept being scammed like this.

Buen día,  El pasado 1/07/2025 active la cuenta gratuita de Adobe, cosa que no pude sacar probecho, ya que nunca se pudieron descargar correctamente las herramientas adicionales. El problema radica que la prueba gratis se terminaba el día 9/07/2025, por lo que cancele el 7/07/2025, y me llego un correo de confirmación de cancelación, hasta ahí pense que se había resuelto el problema, pero llegada la fecha de finalización de prueba gratuita (9/07/2025), se me quiso cobrar la suscripción, como si no hubiera cancelado el servicio. Leyendo comentarios me he dado cuenta que que muchos pasaron por situcaciones similares.¿Que debería hacer?, actualizar mis datos de pago?, ya que como no tenia saldo suficiente en mi tarjeta no se efectuo el pago. Pero tengo miedo de que me cobren y despues no se me haga el rembolso. Porque he visto que tambien para volver a cancelar el plan debería de actualizar mis datos de pago, porque no me da acceso a esa función de cancelar por la facturación fa

I cancelled my subscription within 24hrs of purchase, because I realised that I didn't need it. My work has repurchased a subscrption for me. But upon receiving my confirmation of cancellation email, I did not receive any confirmation of a refund. Can someone please assist?

Hi,  Not sure if this is the right place to post this query - please redirect me if not.I am in the UK. I have the all apps 100gb plan. Under manage my plan it shows the cost as £773.86/yr, annual plan, prepaid. However, here https://www.adobe.com/uk/creativecloud/plans.html it shows the price per month as £56.98/month, which is considerably less than a twelfth of £773.86. What am I missing here?(Last night I purchased an additional twelve months redemption code from Amazon.co.uk for a wonderful £339.99 and successfully applied that to my account.)Thank you.

Ich habe das gleiche Problem, Habe auch gleich, weil ich damit arbeiten muss, von einem anderen Konto bezahlt. Zeitgleich ging die Lastschrift dann doch raus. Jetzt also 2x bezahlt und kein Zugang.

 I subscribed Photoshop for a month and then changed to annual plan right away. Basically I've paid twice for the first month, so I should get refund for the first 30,800 won but there's no refund bill generated in my invoice list. Can you check if I will get a full refund on this, and probably also how long it will take?

Hi all! I'm Lanz. I purchased a monthly Photoshop subscription for myself, and I would like to know if I can expect an increase on my next bill. I'm from the Philippines , and there's a new law that states all digital services (including Adobe) will see a 12% rise in value-added tax (VAT) starting June 2025.  I saw the guide on how to update a tax ID, but I think it's not available if I'm from the Philippines. Suppose it only works in other countries. With that being said, will my next bill be = subscription fee + 12% added tax?

llevo 6 meses intentando cancelar mi suscripción, la cual está generando cargos a mi cuenta, sin embargo las opciones que nos dan a todos no ayudan, las opciones para cancelar no aparecen.

Hola ¿cómo lo resolviste? Me pasó algo parecido, tomé la prueba de 7 días gratis que cancelé mucho antes de la fecha límite y me apareció un cobro que no aplica.El servicio al cliente es ineficiente, creo que estoy entendiendo que Adobe sobrevive por la cantidad de fraudes y cobros excesivos que hace a los clientes porque no me explico como sobrevive en el mercado con tantos "fallos" en sus procesos.

Offre d'essai gratuite souscrite et résiliée dans les délais toujours prélevé depuis et aucune réponse à cette résiliation, je compte porter réclamation, dites-moi si vous avez connu cette situation et si vous avez eu gain de cause merci à tous
