I don’t understand why my iPad does not get the same features that my phone and laptop get. I pay for a premium subscription and I’m logged into my same adobe account on all three devices, however, my iPad does not have access to these features. What’s the deal??
On the 22nd of May, money was deducted from my account 20,747.50 & 4,837.50 which I later cancelled the subscription almost immediately cause I don't need the service at the moment. I was promised that in the next five working days I will be refunded and up until now my money has not been refunded. This is the 32nd day and my money has not been refunded. Why ?
Last June 13 when my husband notice a payment go through on his (Gotyme account ) twice first is 1891 and second is 441 even his card is locked and it was taken by adobe , he reach the bank but they instructed him to reach out the merchant to request the refund since he did not authorized the transaction or the payment. this account is not supposed to be active since i only use it once and i never use it again since i dont really need it . Im not jus aware that the account will be linked to his card and will be deducted automatically with out his permision
Hi. I signed up for a 7 day free trial and cancelled it ahead of the deadline. I was charged anyway and somehow on my account it appears I will be charged monthly. How do I stop this? I did receive an email from Adobe saying the subscription had ended, so I don't understand why I was charged and why it appears I will be charged monthly! want to ensure that I get refunded for €7.92 which I was charged; and ensure also that I will not be charged again. I need to be removed from the monthly subscription which I did not sign up for.

VERY poor service, and VERY unprofessional to get charged without being warned about price increase. I ABSOLUTELY want a refund and i don't want to hear anything about it. I can't even begin to describe how furious I am.

I made a payment on May 30. Two days later, I tried to cancel my subscription and thought it had gone through, but it seems it didn’t. I finally canceled it on June 14, which means more than 15 days had passed. Is there any way for me to get a refund in this situation?
I started a free trial for Adobe Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant for Acrobat. The welcome email stated that after the free trial ended on May 24, 2025, Acrobat Pro would be billed at CAD $40.94/month and AI Assistant would be billed at CAD $9.44/month.I later received a cancellation confirmation email stating:"You cancelled your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. You will continue to have access until May 21, 2025, after which your account will revert to a free membership."Despite receiving this cancellation confirmation, I continue to be charged CAD $9.44 per month.It appears that cancelling Acrobat Pro may not have cancelled the associated AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription, or the billing system is continuing to charge after cancellation. Is the CAD $9.44 charge for AI Assistant for Acrobat? Why did that subscription remain active after Acrobat Pro was cancelled? Can the subscription be cancelled immediately, even when it does not show up on my account?

I recently installed a perpetually licensed Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 on a new machine. I went to Products → activated devices to remove it from the old machine and I do not see any activated devices. When launching the program, I do receive a warning about not being able to use the product in 30 days. In the past there was a list here of every device. Also, do the documents need to be in English, or are Vietnamese documents accepted? Can the verification documents be submitted as scanned copies or clear photos? Hello! I was charged by Adobe after my trial ended yesterday. I forgot to cancel my trial and I haven’t been using the application ever since I signed up for it. When I go to “Manage plan”, is says “Unable to manage, You must resolve an issue with your payment details before making any changes to your plan.If you take no action, your plan will be suspended.” How am I able to resolve my issue without my card getting charged for incase I put some money in it?
