MONEY HAS BEEN TOOK FROM MY BANK TWICE IN THE SAME MONTH CAN SOMEONE POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION SO THIS CAN BE RESOLVED

18.05.2025 I bought free trial of creative cloud and lightroom at your page Adobe. After three days, I decided to cancel the trial. I cancelled the trial and I was sent an email with the approval of cancellation the free trial. Today (26.05.2025), I was given a message that adobe have tried to charge the fee for annual subscription. 

Dear Adobe Support Team or anyone in the community who can help,I'm reaching out because I’ve noticed an incorrect debit on my account, and I believe it may have been charged in error. I haven’t been able to find another way to get in touch with Adobe customer support, so I’m hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.Could anyone advise on how I can dispute this charge and request a refund if needed?Thanks so much in advance for any help or guidance!

Utilizaba el programa para hacer 1 edicion solo una! y despues de ello al segundo dia cancele la prueba de 7 dias, en la misma seccion que ponen los moderadores en los foros tal cual, decia cancelar prueba lo hice y santo remedio, pero oh sorpresa! ahora me deicen que como no me llego el mail de corroboracion la opcion de cancelar cuenta no funciono aunque le des en cancelar y despues viene el intento de cargo y oh sorpresa de nuevo, la empresa desabilita la opcion de cancelar hasta que pagues, en mi caso me quieren cobrar 7 dias de la prueba gratis mas los 2 dias que se estan sumando en sus cuentas mochas por mas de $800 y sin poder cancelar y esperando que cedas para que te generen una cuenta giagantesca y demandable! ESTAFA DE ADOBE!

I have previous cancelled all subscription to adobe but am still being charged for it, I do not know how this has happened but I'm not very happy so please watch out. Does anyone know how to stop it?

I have been charged monthly for this so-called "ADOBE *adobe 4085366000 65.31 Usd Inc and my Adobe account shows nothing about this billing information. My bank account can track, though. Also, in January 2025, I cancelled all of my Adobe subscriptions and paid the extra required fees. You still keep charging me. This is criminal!  I am concerned about my personal information and how Adobe would use it. Reach out to the Adobe help contact support, and I was chatting with a robotic chatbot without real solutions. It's so hard to access a real-person customer service.  Very frustrated!  

25.2.25일 첫 결제하고 잘 사용했습니다.필요한일이있어서 4월까지 잘 이용해서 5월에 플랜취소를 하였는데 진행이 안되어서결제가 오늘 되었어요 매월 25일 결제되었는데 좀전에 다시한번결제되었더라구요일단 플랜취소는 다시신청한상태인데 당분간 프리미어는 사용할일이 없어서5월결제된 금액 환불받고 싶습니다.

Hi ! This is my first time trying to get a refund from adobe. It's harder then what you think. You would assume that getting a refund is easier , but it's not. I am actually very disappointed with adobe. There customer service is not very good. Is there anyway you guys can refund the programs I had. I had it less then 2 weeks maybe a week the most, the pricing is outrageous. 

hello , I canceled my plan before but adope continued charging and get money from my visa card . Then , I asked from an agent about the problem and they assured me with fully refund  in 7 days . 10 days passed already but I haven't got my money back yet . Can someone help me with this problem

Tengo problemas con mis pagos con Adobe yo solo pago Ilustrador pero este mes me hicieron un cobro triple primero no entiendo por que ya que nisiquiera contrate otro servicio y quisiera pedir un reembolso por esos cobros pero solo me deja cancelar el producto no reenbolsar pedido, que se supone que debo hacer?

Adobe take my money every month and have now stopped me from using the products I have paid for because I have no internet connection! Well done guys- I can't open photoshop because you can't verify- I've been well and truly stitched up by you 

Read title.Paying $63/mo for this amatuer crap. Already cancelled subscription. Moving to Gimp unless this is fixed soon.Don't have the time to deal with this crap.

Al poner los datos de mi tarjeta me sale lo siguiente: una transacción puede fallar por diversas razones. vuelve a verificar y asegúrate de haber introducido tu información de pago correctamente. si este problema persiste, es posible que debas utilizar un método de pago diferente o ponerte en contacto con tu banco.y no se que hacer.

Hi, Money was deducted from my account right after I signed up for a free trail. No invoice was generated. The 'Orders and invoices' page shows the cost as 0.00 but Rs. 1100 was anyway deducted.  Date of sign up: May 22, 2025Order number: AD03426704181CIN Attaching screenshots for reference. Please refund the amount as soon as possible. 

Why am I receiving this message after already being charged for my subscription for the month? I have the 100GB plan.   

Cambié de plan al creative cloud standard, me cobraron el plan anterior y de nuevo me cobraron el nuevo plan. No me parece justo que hagan eso pero bueno. Me llegó un correo (hace dos días) de EBANX/Adobe de que el reembolso ya se había hecho y no se ve reflejado en mi cuenta bancaria. Cómo soluciono esto? 

I started my free trial with Photoshop, forgot to cancel it and I had to pay 22.99$ on 04/29/2025.Then I cancelled it on 04/30/2025, which is with 14 days.I would have received my refund. In fact, I received billing for my refund (My order number is AD03377302933CVN).However, today is 3 weeks from the day I cancelled, and I haven't seen my money back on my credit card.Please support.

Bonjour, Souhaitant resillier mon abonnement sans frais, j'ai besoin de connaitre la date exacte de mon contrat. Or, cette information est introuvable puisque l'historique de mes factures sur CC ne me permets pas d'aller au dela de trois ans. Idem pour Paypal. Hello Adobe Community,I am facing a serious issue that needs urgent attention.I signed up for the Adobe All Apps 100GB Annual Plan (billed monthly) and started the free trial. I canceled the subscription on the very first day to avoid any charges. Despite this, my SBI debit card was charged ₹1915.14 on 20 May 2025.When I contacted Adobe Support, shockingly, they claim they never received this payment and told me to check with my bank. But my bank confirms that an e-mandate linked to Adobe is still active on my card ending 2747, meaning they can continue charging me!This is unacceptable.Why was I charged during a FREE trial?Why is Adobe denying the payment when my bank statement clearly shows the deduction?How do I get a full refund immediately?How do I cancel this e-mandate so no more money is taken without my consent?I am worried about being charged again without authorization. This situation is causing serious distress and loss of trust.If anyone has faced this or knows how to force

Quiero darme de baja yo no firme nada y resulta que ahora mecobran 25 euros mensuales y me quieren penalizar por dejar de pagar ese dinero con 108 euros porfavor que vergüenza es esta, yo nunca firmé ningún contrato y no uso adobe 

Anyone know how to talk to a customer service rep without an active account?  I can't get past the AI bot, because my account is inactive.  Of course their billing department is still charging me.
