I have Adobe Pro. My plan includes generative AI but it is not available without paying more. Please help.

Hi everyone! My daughter have an Adobe account and active plan but she cannot logging in into account because of some problem with the email: we can send any mails and they are get to recipient but we can not recive any mails. (Adobe sending mail with verification code but we cannot recive this mails and not only from adobe) Its a personal email adres of my daughter from school but for now admin from school cannot solve this problem. We can send an email from this original email adress to confirm that this is our email adress. And the best option will be to change it to another email adress. I kindly ask you for help, someone from assistance, real person who can help to solve the problem. (Virtual assistant is cannot help) Thanks with best regards.Egor 

Muy buenos dias, me acabo de comprar los dos planes de Photoshop , el primero en donde viene el PS cunto con el LR y el otro donde el PS viene solo y en ninguno de los dos la aplicacion me quiere instalar el PS y solamente me aparece prueba o compra ,¿que sucede? , a ¿que se debe eso? . Aqui les dejo las imagenes para que lo vean , no entiendo que es lo que esta pasando, espero que me ayuden y me den alguna solucion.

Bonjour, Je suis dans le même cas que vous et j'ai annulé avant la fin de la période d'essais !!! Impossible d'avoir un humain au téléphone que des robots qui vous posent des question sans rapport et sans apporter de réponse !! c'est allucinant !!!

Nach Ankündigung der Preiserhöhung für die monatliche Zahlweise möchte ich mein Abo auf eine jährliche Zahlweise umstellen (Jahres-Abo, Prepaid) um weiterhin meinen alten Betrag von 11,89 Euro zahlen zu können. Diese Umstellung gelingt mir nicht. Ich benötige bitte Hilfe. Fabian

Hello, I wanted to sign in on my laptop to use adobe software, and i get activation limit reach message. There are many many devices with same name, look at the dots how many devices are connected...it looks weird.Is it some adobe software issue, or the acccount get hacked ? Im using 3 devices and switching between them. It worked normally last week... I Don´t know what happend.Thanks for help !

Hi,I have a friend who has a problem with her email address while creating a new Adobe account. The form says "This email address is not allowed. Please use a different one.". I thought that maybe she had the account in the past and deleted it or something, but that's clearly not the case, because when I tried to create a new account with the brand new email (which I created like few minutes ago) I got the same error. Thank you for your help

Bonjou, je me suis tromper d'abonnement je voulais prendre un abonnement uniquement sur 1 mois et pouvoir annuler, la je me retrouve avec un abonnement sur 1 ans et c'est beaucoup trop j'aimerai pouvoir annuler svp sans frais car 130 euro c'est beaucoup trop chers pour moi je voulais juste me faire une expérience. est-ce possible de contacter adobe en leur faisant un mail pour ma demande ? 

Please Assist. I signed up for a trial which was converted to a subscription  I cancelled the subscription within 14 days but am still yet to receive my full refund. It has been 10 working days.

Hello, everybody! I subscribed for free trial to Adobe and then I forgot to cancel it. I have a annual subscription for all the products (24 euros/monthly) :((, I didn t pay attention to it. I don t need the services, I just install it for writting my CV in pdf and now I m in trouble.  To cancel my annual subsciption, I need to pay 140 euros taxes and I know it s my mistake, but it s not confortable for me to pay in vain, even not using Adobe anymore. Or to continue with the plan, paying 24 euro every month or to change my plan with that for 15 euros.  None of this options fits me, because, as I said, I don t neee Adobe anymore and also it s a difficult period for me with money and I can afford right now to pay it. Do you now or have any solution for this, please? Thank you!

I want to cancel my free trial for Acrobat Pro. I’m doing all the right steps, but when I’ve answered the final questions and try to submit, I just get the message “Unable to download data”. I’ve tried several times, but I’m stuck.

I have the 20 GB plan today and pay yearly. Is it then possible to increase to 1 TB for a month?

I have the some problem for some time now. Adobe even changed my password several times without my permission. I have a desktop and a laptop, not sharing any apps with anybody. Depending on my location I allways work from one machine.

  6/1 첫 플랜 결제 후, 매월 1일 39,600원, 14일에 17,600원이 결제되고 있으나 저는 첫 구독 월 이후에 전혀 사용하지 않았습니다. 이에 대해 환불 요청드립니다.물론 갱신을 인지하지 못한 건 저의 과오가 맞지만, 14일에 결제되는 17,600원은 전혀 아는 바가 없습니다. 게다가 9/1 결제된 이후로 지금까지 3일밖에 지나지 않았습니다. 전체 환불이 어려우시다면, 7월이니 8월부로 시작된 플랜 갱신 건에 대해서라도 환불을 간곡히 요청드립니다.

Hola, tengo el Plan fotográfico (20 Gb) de pago mensual y Adobe me dice que deja de funcionar, pero que puedo cambiarme al mismo plan pero con pago anual , para dejar el precio que tenía hasta ahora. Hallo,   ich habe am 26. August 2025 ein Ai Illustrator Monatsabo abgeschlossen, benötige es aber nicht mehr, will also kündigen. Die Zahlung des Monatsabos ist am 29. August 2025 abgebucht worden. Im Adobe-Konto steht nun aber seit einigen Tagen bereits: Die Verwaltung dieses Abos wird in Kürze möglich sein. Abrechnung und Zahlung   Wir haben die Zahlung für dein neues Abo erhalten. Die Verwaltung dieses Abos wird in Kürze möglich sein.   Was heißt "in Kürze" und kann ich dann das Abo inkl. Erstattung kündigen? I got the same problem in Gemany: want to change my monthly payment into a yearly payment.But got the answer, that this is not possible! Why and what can I do now?
