saben si me pueden facturar al comprar photoshop en mexico y que sea valida aqui dicha factura ?

I have six months left on my 20Mb Creative Cloud account.Does anybody know what will happen if I purchase a 1TB redemption code and apply it to my account? i.e. will it extend my validity by 12 months or reset the product giving me 12 months of cover as a 1TB account therefore losing the six months left on my 20Mb account?

I need assistance with an issue regarding my Adobe trial. I was on a trial for three days and canceled my subscription afterward, but Adobe still debited my account. I would like to request a refund. Thank you 

Hallo, habe ausversehen den Gutscheincode zum Konto hinzugefügt und nicht zu dem bestehenden Abo um es um ein Jahr zu verlängern. Es laufen jetzt zwei Abos mit einem Jahr. Kann man das noch zusammenlegen um auf zwei Jahre zu kommen?Danke

Hallo Adobe Community, mir wird angezeigt, dass mein bisheriges Foto-Abo (20GB) für 17,99 €/Monat bzw. 141,94 €/Jahr nicht mehr verfügbar sein soll. Stattdessen wird mir nur ein "Fotografie"-Abo mit 1TB Cloud-Speicherplatz für 23,79 €/Monat oder 284,03 €/Jahr angeboten.  Mal ganz davon abgesehen, dass der Rabatt von 12 * 23,79 zu 284,03 vollkommen mikrig ist: Ich brauche keine 1TB Speicherplatz. Ich möchte mein bisheriges Abo behalten. Ich brauche auch keine Credits für generative KI. Ich möchte einfach nur meine Fotosammlung verwalten und ab und zu ein Foto bearbeiten. Dafür 284 € im Jahr ausgeben zu müssen ist vollkommen überteuert.  Falls das alte Abo nicht zurückkommt, hätte ich gerne eine Kaufversion von Lightroom und Photoshop, die ich dann  unbegrenzt nutzen kann.

I've been using Photoshop for almost 20 years, bought the suite a long time ago and now am paying monthly. Today I'm trying to edit graphic art for a coloring book and am getting the message that there is no add or delete anchor point pen. Apparently I'm now on Photoshop Express instead of regular Phtotoshop. Does anyone know what happened?  

Hi! I’ve noticed that I’m making a monthly payment to adobe from my account! Is this a scam or can you help me stop this. It’s 426,25 euros every time.

I have purchased lighroom mobile premium two days ago for Rs. 999 and it was working fine till this evening suddenly it shows I don't have a premium. I logged out and signed in and it shows the same and I tried restarting the phone and clicked on restore purchases too but it isn't working. It still shows in the adobe website though but I can't access premium features 

I normally log-in through Google, this time round when I log in, I am forced to change my password and I was asked to verify my id with verification code through email which I clicked resned to many times and never recieved. It's on another email not this one. my another account is "EMAIL REMOVED" could somebody help send me a link to re-set my password. Thank you

I had subscribed for a free trial a while ago, but realised i hadn't cancelled today. I didnt notice the payments going out. I got an email payment had failed earlier and have realised i am being charged monthly. I would like to cancel but i cannot due to the suspended account. I cannot pay the subscription right now. Is there any way i can cancel my subscription now?

Hi, I used the free trial over a year ago and requested a cancellation of my account immediately. I have now seen that Adobe has been charging me monthly for over a year. How can I request a refund on all the charges I have incurred? Thanks,

Hola, saben como puedo hacer para hablaro con alguiende. adobe?Tenía el paquete de todas las aplicaciones y lo cambio por el plan fotografico que es mas barato. Al cambiar decia que me iban a reembolsar el restante de los dias que me faltaban de mi paquete anterior y todas las aplicaciones se cancelaban en ese momento. Ya van dos meses y ahora dicen que no hay ningun rembolso pendiente. Saben que puedo hacer? 

I am being charged monthly for this so called "ADOBE *ACROPRO SUBS 4085366000 CA" $20.00 yet my adobe account shows nothing about this (I have a 39.99 monthly plan that I use) and am unable to sfind our what it is for an how to stop it.  I suspect that this is an od account for which I have no longer the access email or password and wonder how to get to the bottom of this and stop this payment.Thanks for any help.JT 

Hallo, ich habe gestern bei einem SW-Onlinehändler für 79,95 € eine PS-Lizenz gekauft und über Amazon Pay bezahlt, danach allerdings festgestellt, dass es sich um eine Lizenzverknüpfung des Adobe Händler-Accounts mit meinem Aobe-Konto handelt. Ich habe deshalb meine Bestellung widerrufen, der Händler lehnt dies jedoch ab mit der Begründung, dass die Verknüpfung bereits erfolgt sei. Dazu habe ich 2 Emails von Adobe erhalten, die dies bestätigen sollen. Meine Fragen an die Community: 1. Weiß jemand, ob es rechtlich zulässig ist, Kontoverknüpfungen der beschriebenen Art gewerblich zu vertreiben? 2. Hat jemand von euch Erfahrung mit dem SW-Händler Lizenzpate (www.lizenzpate.de) und kann bestätigen, dass diese Art Lizenzverknüpfung funktioniert und von Adobe geduldet wird? 3. Verschickt Adobe Emails unter der Adresse notifications@adobe.com oder handelt es sich hierbei um eine Fälschung? Hi, I accidentally subscribed to a full year subscription, I forgot to cancel during the seven day trial as I had no intention of using the app. Will I be able to get a refund? 

Fiz a assinatura mensal do Adobe pro, não consegui me adaptar ao programa e solicito o reembolso do valor que paguei, já que fiz o cancelamento no mesmo dia, estando dentro dos 7 dias grátis.

I cancelled all of my Adobe access and continue to be charged. $19 here. $14.98 there. This is quite frustrating that there is no definite cancellation and Adobe is on so many platforms, as the only way to read documents.I used Adobe for work one year, with issues concerning words overlapping and the document remaining in a frozen state for periods of time. I attempted to cancel on 5/2/24 and again on 8/13/24. I even had to dispute my 11/19/24 payment. I lost the dispute because it was said that I agreed to the subscription. So, once again, I have a charge of $19, as of 1/15/25, for a service that I no longer use. Why am I unable to successfully cancel?I just want to completely cancel my subscription(s). Who do I talk to? How do I contact them? And how long does this process take? 

why did i get an error in the app that i am from russia and adobe is no longer working. i am from israel!!!!!

I cancelled my annual subscription that was billed monthly like 3 months prior from completing 1 year. It said a certain amount will be deducted and i cancelled but no amount has been deducted from my account. Can anyone tell whats up with it?
