I got a subscription for adobe around October 2026 but got charged twice and thought nothing of it. One charge on the 2nd of the month and one on the 6th of the month. I was getting charged £40 when I was only supposed to be charged £20.Then at Easter in April, I cancelled the subscription and paid the remaining amount and thought nothing of it.But I am still being charged £20 on the 2nd of the month by Adobe despite having cancelled this subscription. What can I do, because I simply cannot afford it anymore but I also have no subscriptions running according to my profile?

I done a less than 1 hour trial of using adobe to edit PowerPoint and cancelled. This thriving company continues to steal money from my account even though so do not use their services. It is extremely annoying how u can have access to my account

My Adobe Creative Cloud Student subscription was automatically renewed on June 3, 2026. The renewal was for a full year and the amount charged (€485.98) was more than double what I paid last year.I cancelled the subscription within 14 days of the renewal, but I am worried that I may not be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, this is a large amount of money for me and I cannot afford this unexpected charge.Has anyone been in a similar situation, and is it possible to receive a full refund after cancelling within the 14-day period?Thank you.

I signed up for a free trial a few days ago by accident, my computer was lagging. As I hoovered over the offer constantly moving and clicking trying to get my sensor to connect it clicked on the offer and went through the prompts, all my information was already there due to me having an account before. I was in the account trying to fill out a document, but I didn't have plans to sign up for Adobe again, I had it before and it didn't work out for me. I tried to cancel, it gave me a your subscription will end on June 5th message so I logged out thinking everything was ok. But after a few days went by I went to check my email for a cancellation email, nothing, but I did get an email today saying payment declined. And I'm glad it did! Because it shouldn't still be active! Please cancel
Hello!I successfully purchased a Photoshop single app plan on June 2Since then I have been unable to purchase any additional Adobe products, including InDesign and Creative Cloud ProI have tested:Multiple credit/debit cards from different banks Multiple Adobe accounts Chrome on Mac Mobile phone on 4G Incognito modeNo OTP request is ever sent by the bank, and no transaction attempt appears on the bank side.It seems Adobe is declining the transaction before it reaches the payment processor.Could someone from Adobe billing support check whether my account, payment profile, IP, or device has been flagged by the risk review system?Thank you!
So I reently graduated and heavily used lightroom and other apps. I learned this site was where I could do so: https://filetransfer.adobe.com/ after signing in to both accounts, I attempted the transfer but was unable as my plan is for 100gb and the files are roughly 279gb. Because of this, I upgraded to a 2tb account and when I tried again, it continues to state that I dont have sufficient space and that I am at 100gb but obviously my account states otherwise. Seems like the site has not updated my plan change. I dont know what to do from here. Any suggestions?

Hello,I need urgent help from an Adobe Employee to fix my account status.In November 2025, I purchased a legitimate 12-month prepaid license for "Adobe Lightroom 1TB" via Amazon and redeemed it successfully on ://adobe.com.Separately, I had an older, recurring subscription on the same account which I canceled effective May 30th, 2026. Unfortunately, probably due to a system bug, the cancellation of that old subscription completely wiped out my remaining prepaid Amazon license as well.My account now shows "No active subscription", even though I am legally entitled to use Lightroom until November 2026. I contacted the phone support, but the agent unfortunately did not understand the issue and just insisted that "I canceled it myself", completely ignoring the prepaid history.Could a moderator please look into my account history and manually restore the remaining months of my prepaid code? i wanted to try out the free plan, and i cancalled it before getting billed, i recieved an email and everything confirming the cancelling of my subsription, but then in a few days i got billed and found the plan was still somehow ongoing and thats already unpleasant enough but it was fine since i got a refund and cancelled the plan but now when i got the refund today just about 10h later i was once again billed this time there is no ongoing plans and nowhere on adobe can i find that theres a billing record after the refund. respectfully i feel scammed and want to get a refund and remove my card especially considoring i have seen multiple cases online where something simmilar happens to people and they dont get help. if any sort of proof of a transaction on my side is needed i can link photos i just wasnt sure if i should link them here.
