Hello everyone,A few weeks ago I activated the free trial of Adobe Photoshop (annual plan, paid monthly). I used it only once or twice during the 7‑day trial and then forgot to cancel before it expired.Invoice date: April 18, 2025Charge date: April 25, 2025According to Adobe’s refund policy, I’m eligible to request a refund until May 9, 2025 (within 14 days of the charge). However, when I check my transaction history, I only see the charge—no refund is pending. What I need:1. A full refund of the April 25, 2025 charge.2. Immediate cancellation of my monthly subscription without requiring prepayment for the rest of the year.Has anyone here (users or Adobe agents) been through a similar situation or know how I can escalate this to a live agent? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Why Adobe don't let us to cancel trial. Keep asking for payment....Why? Whe there is no single click unsubscription or automated method after trial ends, to automatically deactivate if user dosent want to stay?
Two years ago I retired from 30 years as a graphic designer but kept my Creative Cloud subscription in case a client asked for changes to their files, or needed them for some other reason. Now, I have decided not to renew my subscription. All of my client's files are stored on my computer. Because of that, am I correct in thinking that I will have them as long as needed and if I do need access to them, all I have to do is subscribe again, probably on a month-to-month basis? Also, do I understand correctly, that if my client's files had been stored on the cloud, 30 days after my subscription ended I would be limited to 2GB storage and would lose anything over that limit?
I switched my Lightroom Mobile subscription from monthly to annual through the Apple App store in March. A month later Adobe notified me my account was has suspended for non-payment. The money definitely went through on my credit card and Apple says everything on their end shows that I'm paid up until March 2026. Meanwhile when I try to access some features in Lightroom Mobile I get a screen that says I must pay through Adobe or start a 7-day trial. To my knowledge I haven't done anything to start a 7-day trial. Adobe's AI assistant can't comprehend the problem. Two calls to Adobe support say it's Apple's problem. Now I seemed to be either locked in a loop of "Preparing your subscription..." or get "Subscription Expired" on both iPad and iPhone. The "Preparing your subscription" message can go on for a day or two before I'm locked out of editing in the app again. If I sign out of Lightroom and then sign back in advanced features sometimes work, but then I'm locked out in a day or
I canceled my annual subscription and want to request a refund, because the transaction was without my consent, please help me on how to do it
Olá, gostaria de saber se meu reembolso será feito, não fiz uso do aplicativo e a assinatura foi renovada automaticamente sem que eu quisesse, desde já agradeço!!
So here’s what’s going on:I started taking jobs through the Behance platform and linked my PayPal account. I’ve completed 3 projects so far, but I’ve never received the full amount I charged.I even paid for Behance Pro, specifically to avoid platform fees, but that doesn’t seem to change anything. On my most recent project, the final payment was supposed to be $210. But when the payment came through, I only saw $189. And after PayPal took their cut, I was left with just $176.That’s almost $50 gone.So where is that money going? If I’m paying for Behance Pro, why am I still losing this much? And more importantly, why did $30 vanish before it even hit my PayPal? Money just disappears between the invoice and what actually lands in my account.
I got billed yesterday a second time for my Adobe Premiere Pro plan. I did not have enough money in my account when the billing cycle came around but when I deposited money into my bank it billed me. It says there was still and billing issue so when I clicked retry payment method it charged me a second time. Can I please have some help getting a refund for the second charge? I was already trying to cancel my plan because I got billed and didn't want to continue it for the next month, but the bug still says billing issue even when it charged me twice. I provided a screenshot of it.

Hi, how can I get a refund since I have just started a new month with my Photography plan and paid 18 Euros, but I switched to Lightroom only (no Photoshop), and I have been charged again for the new plan, but haven't used the old one. Can somebody help me contact Adobe directly?
I can't disable plans or disable the card, it throws an error on the site in any actions
At 11:55 a.m. MST, I received an email from message@adobe.com regarding a $450 transaction I'd ostensibly made via Paypal. Since all email authentication indicators passed, I logged into my Adobe account and indeed found that there was a message in my notifications list identical to the one in my email. I made no such transaction, nor did any such transaction appear in either of my Paypal accounts. The email truly does appear to be from Adobe, since it's in my notifications list also, but it's clearly a scam; I'm hoping you'll investigate.

Hi everyone,I need some help with an issue. On April 23rd, I noticed that my free trial had expired and I was charged £47.99 for a subscription. I immediately canceled it, and now there’s nothing showing under my account except the invoice for £47.99.I haven’t received a refund or any confirmation of the cancellation. Under the “Plans” tab, there’s nothing listed, and the main page only gives me the option to renew the plan. What should I do next? Thanks in advance!
