I cancelled my subscription 1 day after i was charged, I never received an email confirming that i would be refunded. I know the policy is if the subscription was cancelled before 14 days into the billing cycle you will get a refund processed. I just wanted to make sure I will receive a refund.
Two months ago I did a free trial. I used it for one day and didn’t like it so I canceled the trial. One month later I was charged 20 dollars after never using the app. I saw I still had a subscription active after canceling it. So I canceled it and never got my money back. Today a month later I was charged another 20 dollars I have zero subscriptions active. I’ve checked. Yes I’ll renew my card but they’ve taken over 40 dollars from me after never using the app

I want an explanation on my account. This needs to be fixed. I pay with my Amex for this very reason and I don’t have to ask you for a refund but just tell Amex that you are not providing me services and still charged me a payment. They will reverse it. I have tried to contact customer service and that is a horrible experience. Realice la activación de la prueba gratuita, lo cancele antes de la fecha que generaba el cobro y me llego el correo de confirmación de que se había cancelado la suscripción gratuita, sin embargo ahora mismo están intentando hacer el cobro de la suscripción cuando ya se había cancelado (no se ha hecho el cobro efectivo porque tengo la tarjeta en 0), pero tampoco puedo administrar el plan por el supuesto problema con el pago. Necesito que me ayuden con esto.
I had a monthly renewal charge occur on my adobe acrobat subscription one day prior to the automatic renewal date. The renewal date was supposed to be on the 12th and the renewal charge occurred on my credit card at approximately 6:00 pm on the 11th, which was just 30 minutes prior to me going onto my phone to cancel the renewal. I am requesting a refund because this transaction was not a fair process as it contradicts the official date of the renewal date and I was not even given the chance I should have been permitted to cancel it one day prior to the official renewal date. I should be given a refund as I have had this subscription for 2 months and no longer needed it. Please help with the refund. I can provide a renewal transaction receipt that was emailed to me on the 11th showing a charge of $9.99 at 6:01pm on the 11th (one day prior to the official subscription renewal date).

Me metí el otro día a Adobe y resulta que me están cobrando una "multa" bastante alta (y fuera de mi bolsillo por ser estudiante) por "no haber cancelado la prueba gratuita" siendo que si lo hice. Intentaron cobrarme a través de mi tarjeta (que se encuentra en costo $0) y no lograron sacarme dinero y aún así la página habla de que ya cancelé mi suscripción y debo pagar la multa para YA NO TENER ninguna cuenta de Adobe. Intenté comunicarme durante días con un agente y la IA me dice que no hay ninguno disponible. Necesito ayuda urgente por favor sobre qué hacer. Es una multa que sale de mi bolsillo totalmente y yo SI había cancelado la prueba gratuita dentro de los días que debía.
Sempre faturaram minha assinatura no dia 8 de cada mês. Esse mês de abril não renovaram, eu não consigo acessar meus apps, porquê pedem pra eu assinar outros serviços sendo que já assino o Creative Cloud todos os Apps. Quando tento Cancelar o plano diz que eu já paguei pelos dias sendo que nem no meu cartão foi cobrado.Gostaria de entender o que está acontecendo, pois preciso trabalhar e dependo de algumas ferramentas. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the trial before it ended. After the trial expired, Adobe tried to charge my account, but the payment did not go through because there were not enough funds.I was unaware that a charge would be made automatically after the free trial ended.
