I cancelled my Adobe Illustrator free trial before the trial period ended, and I even received a cancellation confirmation email (screenshot attached). However, despite this cancellation, my account was charged on 4 September. Vor ca. 4 Wochen ging bei mir beim Starten von InDesign zum ersten Mal ein Fenster auf, dass mich darauf hinwies, dass mein Account von mehr als einer Person benutzt wird. Ich habe ein Ein-Personen-Abo, darf es aber auf zwei PCs gleichzeitig nutzen. In dem Fenster stand, dass ich mein Passwort ändern soll, andernfalls würde es von Adobe geändert.Der Chat mit einem Mitarbeiter ergab, dass ich tatsächlich ein Abo für zwei PCs gleichzeitig habe (schön, wenn man es auch noch bestätigt bekommt) und dass ich das Passwort ändern sollte, sowie einen ggf. 3. PC aus der Liste der erlaubten Geräte entfernen soll. Es gab keinen 3. PC, ich sollte dennoch alle Geräte aus der Liste entfernen. Das habe ich auch getan und das Passwort geändert – doch nun taucht die Meldung wieder auf.Früher konnte man in einem Fenster, wenn dort 3 PCs angezeigt wurden (meine Chefin nutzte manchmal noch die Programme, macht sie aber nicht mehr), einfach ein Gerät deaktivieren. I have a Creative Cloud subscription and the price suddenly changed in September without any notice or anything. I didn't really think anything of it and continued to pay. But I recently dropped out of school so I can't work as a student anymore and I can't afford a subscription. Neither can I afford the cancelation fee. The little money I had on my card has been withheld today and I really need it back but I can't find how to ask for a refund. Please help. I'm unemployed and I really need that money back
i was offered a free trial, i submitted but had to intention to keep it after the trial period.the last day i was surprised to see it renewed without a reminder, though it said before they would. the payment was failed due to insufficient balance. and now i cannot cancel it on the website. i want to cancel it not renew it. i am not willing to pay anything.
I changed my Adobe Acrobat Pro plan to Incopy, and my AI assistant for Acrobat to Lightroom. I was supposed to get refund for the 4 plans since I cancelled them. So far, I only received the refund for the Incopy, AI Assistant, and Lightroom. I keep telling them that they haven’t refunded my Adobe Acrobat Pro which is amounting to 314 pesos, but they insist that they did. And when i tell the to enumerate the plans that they refunded, they keep telling me they refunded AI Assistant for Acrobat for PHP 94.42 (84.30 + 10.12 tax) For InCopy its PHP 314.72 (281.00 + 33.72 tax) and for Lightroom plan with 1TB its PHP 377.44 (337.00 + 40.44 tax. But I am asking for the ADOBE ACROBAT PRO which is also PHP 314.72. Can someone help me with this?
I have Adobe All Apps and I’m close to the end of my first year on the annual plan. I can’t find out what the monthly subscription fee will be in my second year. Anyone know where I can find this info? Thanks.

I keep getting charged for a subscription that I have to cancel through the app store. When I go to my app store subscriptions, all of my adobe subscriptions are canceled. But when I go to delete my account, it is saying I have to do it through the app store and cancel my subscription. My subscription has been canceled already and I am still getting charged! I don't know what to do and I just want to stop getting charged and cancel my account.

Every day when I open Adobe I get a prompt telling me to change my password due to multiple users using my account. I check the devices on my account and there are only two. My home desktop and my work desktop. I use both daily and have never had this issue. I changed my password the first time I got the pop-up, but it persists daily. Usually I can bypass the pop-up by by hitting "learn more" and have been doing this for the last week. Today Adobe forced another password change. I chatted with a live agent and the agent told me I should sign out of a computer every time I'm not using it or upgrade to a team subscription. That seems ridiculous to me considering Adobe allows two computers per user.Is this a new Adobe policy or do I need to change something on my end?
On Jan 21 I was charged NZ$29 for my Photography plan for the month. On Jan 22nd I changed to pay annually, which would save me over NZ$100 over 12 months. On screen it mentioned that the monthly NZ$29 charge would be partially refunded as the new plan would take effect. Adobe Chat says no refund for my account is currently in progress. Was the monthly NZ$29 paid in arrears or advance?
Today I got an email from Adobe saying I was logged into more than one physical location. I am not. I have my account on two machines. I had to reset my password and log back in. One explanation could be that someone got the password to my account and used it to login. In that case it would have been helpful to know what that location was, and the IP address. Sometimes I get emails like that from other companies that say “We noticed a login on a new device. if this wasn’t you, then you should change your password. “ But Adobe started by accusing me of giving someone else access to my account and reminded me that one account can be used by one person on two machines and that I had violated Adobe policies. In other words, Adobe went straight to accusing me of being a thief and created an adversarial relationship with a customer of over 20 years. For that, I am extremely angry. I recently purchased the free trial for Adobe Acrobat, and was charged for the first month of a subscription. I asked Adobe for a refund and was told it was processed. I did not receive an email so called back and was then told I need to contact Google Play. Upon asking them for a refund was told I am ineligible. As the refund policy in Adobe states a full refund is allowed within 14 days (I have only had the subscription for a couple days), I am wondering how to receive a refund..??
I use Lightroom on iOS in Moscow, Russia. I have an active Creative Cloud Standard subscription expiring in 2027. Two days ago the app prompted me to "upgrade to premium" and all features became unavailable. The web version works perfectly. It seems like the app doesn't recognize my subscription anymore. This is a known bug and there are dozens of reviewers on the App Store complaining about the exact same thing. Please fix this.

Hi all, I have see some threads on this and I was able to use this link to close the session on old laptop but I still can’t activate the license on the new laptop. It’s for Acrobat X Pro https://account.adobe.com/security/ I bought a new laptop - old laptop dead and in bin so can’t deactivate and getting the actvation limit reached. Tried online chat - no help, tried calling and the wouldn’t help as don’t provide support on old one off products as we know as they want you to buy a subscription. Totally not worth that. They told me to post in this community to see if someone could help! Any other ideas.

!!! URGENT !!! Hello Authorities, I signed up for an Adobe Reader trial in June 2025 and a payment was deducted from my account today because it was the first time money had been deposited. As soon as I saw this, I immediately canceled my account. AND UNTIL TODAY'S PAYMENT, I WAS USING ADOBE FOR FREE, SO MY 14-DAY REFUND PERIOD HAS ONLY JUST BEGUN.
