Hi Adobe Community,I recently signed up for the 7-day free trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro and provided my card details during the trial. However, I am now seeing billing issues related to ₹1,596.54/month and ₹398.84/month plans, which I did not intend to continue after the free trial.When I try to manage or cancel the plans, I encounter a message saying:"You must resolve an issue with your payment details before making any changes to your plan. I never thought I would have to use a messaging board to try and connect with someone who can actually help me. Anyways back in October I subscribed to Adobes 7-day free trial to edit a document for a scholarship. The day of, I cancelled that subscription so I would not be charged. A couple months later I look at my billing history on my credit card and see I have been charged $19.99. Apparently I have been getting charged for the past few months AFTER I canceled my 7-day free trial. This is absurd and I want a refund of the times I've been billed AND my subscription cancelled without the cancellation fee. I am a college student and am barely scraping by. The last thing I need is hundreds of dollars from my bank account gone over a program I used once. I find it very slimy for this company to do this and not even send an email letting me know that I am being billed, I am very unhappy about this.
I purchased a one-off lifetime subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC in 2016 and it allows me to put the program on 4 separate devices. When I log in to my Adobe account, I cannot see my product there in order to change the devices I have instaled the program on and when I called Adobe they say they do not support my product any more. I have installed the product on an old laptop that I no longer have, so I cannot physically uninstall it on that device. I want to puit in on my new laptop but when I try, I am told that the program is already on 4 separate devices. How can I now alter the device list for my product and free up 1 device so I can install it on my new laptop??

Dear Adobe,i subscribed to a 7-day free trial 2 months ago and even though i cancelled my subscription before the 7 days were over i am still being charged 35 € every month.There is the possibility that my card is being charged by another account as i misstyped my email when creating my account and you dont require any kind of email confermation to activate the trial.Nevertheless please cancel any subscriptoins that are still open so that i do not get charged again this month. Hi, I just got a mail from Adobe saying “Fraudulent activity detected on your Adobe Account” So I just got the subscription 2 days ago using my card and i was on a trail period. Though it shows “As a result, your subscription has been cancelled and you will no longer be able to access the included Adobe apps and services.” But, my genuine concern is will I be charged after the trail period ends or my subscription got auto cancelled and i have nothing to worry about or should i connect with the support team regarding my subscription or charges?Please Help

Hello,I received a refund from Adobe for ₦34,507.50. Adobe confirmed the refund has been processed and settled. They provided a Credit Memo and refund reference 0vk4a69j.However, my bank cannot locate the refund. They have asked me to provide the RRN (Retrieval Reference Number) or ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) so they can trace the transaction.Adobe support has only provided the internal refund reference 0vk4a69j. Could someone from Adobe or the community advise how I can obtain the RRN/ARN or another payment trace number?Thank you.

I want to migrate Acrobat Pro 2020 to a new MacOS Tahoe laptop (bought July 2026). When booting, it freezes on the “Acrobat Licensing Application” screen - NOTHING appears on that screen. I have deinstalled, reinstalled & given full disc access permissions to Acrobat but it will still won't boot (My Adobe account that shows I have Acrobat Pro 2020 and the serial number). Any suggestions?
Hello everyone, I bought the original full version of Photoshop CS6 v13 for over PLN 2,000 a few years ago, bought on an invoice for my small company, currently Photoshop is activated on 1 laptop with Core I5 4th gen. with Win8.1 and I have a used new laptop with I5 8th gen. win10 I want to install CS6 on a new laptop so I can continue working, but unfortunately, neither the installation by entering my product key directly, where it also appears as active and registered in my Adobe account, nor the offline installation option works :( After generating the request code, after installing CS6, when I go to the page where I enter the request code, then my product key, and the response code should be generated, the entire Adobe system says my key has been invalidated :((( It looks terrible and I feel totally cheated because I spent a lot of money :( And they're telling me the key has been invalidated, even though it works on my old PS6 laptop, and I hope no one from Adobe disables it beca

Soit.Faute de temps, j'ai validé mon éligibilité après le 6 mars 2026. Mon abonnement annue a été automatiquement renouvelé au plein tarif. Depuis la vérification (et mon compte Adobe mentionne bien mon statut “enseignant” vérifié), Adobe continue de prélever le tarif fort 76€/mois. Posteriormente cancele la suscripcion y luego de un mes se volvio a realizar el cobro. En mi cuenta dice que no tengo productos activos entonces no se que hacer.
