Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hola soy Juan Felipe me inscribi al plan de editar PDF en adobe el 9 de mayo 2024 segun decia la publicacion 7 dias gratis sin embargo me debitaron de la cuenta de ahorros, y luego a los 5 dias, osea hoy, me volvieron a cobrar el mismo monto de 115.000 pesos colombianos, y se ven debitados de mi cuenta 2 veces que debo hacer para que me devuelvan 1 de esos pagos

I use Acrobat (free) on an iPad to access OneDrive pdfs. This is accessed under the Locations->Browse more files menu. I have marked several folders in OneDrive as favourites. My issue is these favourites dropdown sometimes show up and sometimes isn't there at all.When the favourites dropdown isn't there I need to navigate to the locations->OneDrive and through all the subfolders. This is annoying for me and too difficult for other staff. Why does the favourites dropdown sometimes disappear?? Thanks

I am really unhappy about the facr that I wouod have to pay an additional cost on top of the subscription I already pay each month to access your AI. I think its crazy. Its enough to push me to start looking into orher options. There are so nany other services out there. And everyday there becomes more and more options. Thats not going to stop.  I would keep my subscription if the AI is included. Im offically looking for alternatives.  If anyone reading this knows of an alternative please let me know. I will come back amd post alternatives I find. 

I want to cancel my subscription and I am unable to do and I don't know how to. please cancel my subscription immediately and give me peace of mind. Don't ask for payment again and again 

Merhaba, Adobe uygulamasına ücretli abone oldum. İşlem başarıyla gerçekleşti ve ücret tahsil edildi. Ancak uygulamaya girdiğimde hala daha abone olun uyarısı veriyor ve premium özellikleri kullanamıyorum. Uygulamayı kaldırıp tekter yükledim ve güncelledim ama hala aynı 

I am using Samsung Note 9. I have two accounts of WhatsApp in one mobile where as i am Unable to open or forward PDF documents in one account of whatsapp and the other account is working fine. Kindly help Regards Lucky

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9, and while using Acrobat Reader mobile version 19.8.1.10668, and opening a PDF document with embedded links, the links do not work. If I open the same document using the desktop version, the links work just fine. Please help.

Does anyone know why the app corrupts a file when receiving a phone call or reading a message, and then deletes all notes made since the document was opened. It even corrupts a file while just working on it for more than +-20min, then all progress is lost.

I can't subscribe using Apple payment gate. It says error. 

I've just spent about four days editing a file, and all of a sudden a message came up saying there was an app error and it couldn't save the file, then it deleted all of the progress I made. How do I recover the file??!!

Hi there,I have the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader app for Android on both my phone and tablet, the former on Android 9, the latter on Android 11. On my phone I can fill and sign and change the colour e.g. of the text, but on the tablet app I don't have that option? Just have the option to change font size. Any tips?

Hello,  I am having difficulty sending a file for signatures. An error comes up stating file unable to be sent for signatures due to size. I then tried compressing the file to then send out for signatures but an error reads "unable to compress" without any further reasoning. Any suggestions will be helpful. 

Utilizo o app em um computador Windows 11 e iOS 17.5, porém percebi, como anexo, algumas informações estranhas quanto a versão apresentada na Apple Store e no detalhamento de aplicativos do iPhone. Please address the problem with the App Jumping out without automatically saving the progress. It makes us as users redo our work over and over. As I have read on Reddit many users have this same problem please fix this issue I even thought paying for a subscription would resolve the issue, but nothing changed. It is frustrating and I'm probably gonna break my iPad in the next couple of days.

Hi all. I'm having trouble opening an Adobe shared file on my IPad. It's telling me I need to upgrade to the Adobe that's compatible with Apple. I cannot find an APP. Please help.

Documents stuck in pending status pending  

Purchased acrobat mobile around march and logged out of my apple id on my ipad to check some files on another icloud email but when i opened the app again, the premium subscription suddenly disappeared. i tried logging out and restarting my device and logging in again but i didn't do a thing, also tried restoring purchases but it said a subscription was found but i needed to log into that account. what irks me is that the icloud email i used for that premium subscription is what i already logged in to. please help, this is such a waste of money if i can't recover the purchase. 

My e book in which I commented and highlighted a lot of things with Adobe Acrobat reader tools disappeared from the phone. I am unable to find that pdf with highlighted portion. This happened when I re downloaded the same book from my e mail. I suppose new e book replaced the old one, but I couldn't understand how is it possible. Please help me to retrieve my old edited book. 

Hello, I have created a form with Adobe. Inside the form are text lines and dropdown list for reciever to fill up. However, my drop down list does not work when opened with a mobile app(iOS). Request for a solution to go about this as most users will be filling up using mobile.
