I’m already subscribed and the app still isn’t working it wants to me to pay again 

Acrobat is fine for pdf writing but NOT practical for reading. Do it like Web browser side-by-side tabs. I am reading and comparing the knowledge on the pdf documents. Read one, close then open the other and close, open another.. annoying, tiring and unnecessary and absurd. 

I was charged for the Adobe acrobat sign and edit. However, I tried editing my pdf, but the app says I have to subscribe first.I already have 1 year subscription that is supposed to end November 2026. I have cancelled the subscription, but I already paid for the 1year. Am I not supposed to still have access to use the product until November? Please look into this.

Cancele mi suscripción y me siguieron cobrando, me hicieron deuda en la cuenta porque no la pagaba y cuando la pague siendo que no era mi responsabilidad porque ya habia cancelado mi suscripción, acrobat no me dejo ni borrar mi cuenta ni cancelar mi suscripción despues de eso y me sigue apareciendo que tengo deudas

Why is it that files put on adobes cloud are regularly impossible to retrieve ? Sometimes impossible to delete ?

I am still unable to print documents downloaded to Adobe Accrobat into my mobile phone and filled using my Brother printer which requires the use of its iPrint&Scan app to initiate the printer.  I posted this months ago but it remains unresolved.  Brother has been contacted and is unable to assist as this appears to be controlled by the "$hare" feature on Adobe.  When tap to share a filled form, then "send a copy" , the copy transmitted to the printer is stripped of all the filled data so a blank form is printed.  I need to print the form complete will all filled data.

I called one number he said whats the email address of you I told him they said my account was been used from USA do I live there ? I said no I have not used adobe since no longer free. when i called another number the guy said it was 25.99 a month and this other company said it was one time pay its mine for good so I dont know what to do. I need for I mac and a PC Laptop. the 1st number i called hung up on me . So if I buy from the company that has 1 time purchas for i mac hoiw do I make ity defult and what is the purpose of adobe?

Hi, I have a problem. I created the account with my Apple ID “sign in with Apple”,on my phone, but now I need to log in from my computer, but I can't because I don't have a password. Has this happened to anyone? Could you please help? Thanks.

I gave a subscription that is active but I’m listed as a free user and can’t edit pdf files for my job I’ve been doing this the last year without any issues but today it’s not allowing me to edit. I’m far being on work what’s the issue this is frustrating . When I first got the app I may used it under Apple forwarded email but I tried both and the app isn’t allowing me to do my job today 

Why after unable to cancel this has it never worked. I ended up paying a whole year and I still can’t get it to work right. So I get no refund and no actual service.

I have login in free trail of acrobat but on the same say i cancelled it through the safari login and it says u sucrssfully cancelled ur premium but today there is a mail coming of 40 dollar

So, basically I opted for a free trial in acrobat for acrobat premium subscription.But,now I don't need it anymore . But I forgot to turnoff Autopay . So , the money are automatically deducted. Could u please guide me how to get refund or any other alternatives to get my money back ? And the payment is done just an hour ago.So,I sincerely request you to look in to my issue and resolve it at the earliest.

My emailed w-2's are asking for a password for each one downloading to Adobe and I don't know the passwords. How do I get them?

We cancelled multiple Adobe accounts several years ago and have confirmation emails and screenshots proving this. Despite cancellation, Adobe has continued charging our business card twice per month ever since.When we tried to resolve this, we discovered there is no email support. The only way to contact Adobe directly is to sign up for another paid account, which is absurd when we're trying to dispute charges for accounts we already closed.We need a full refund for all unauthorized charges since cancellation and confirmation that no further charges will be made. We have been forced to ask our bank to block Adobe as a merchant because we cannot get this resolved through normal channels.
