Hi there I need help urgently.. Today morning I notice that was discounted all the year subscription from my bank... my when I did the trial I choose the monthly option.. But wasn't what happened.. The acrobat did take the full year amount (almost £69,00).. I can't spend it all at once.. so please, I need reimbursement urgently..Thanks

Adobe app doesn't always update when I update it  manually, sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't , is there a reason for this does anyone know. I was sent here in response to my feedback comments on the app. p.s. it happens with other apps too. Samsung galaxy A52s

I exported a pdf to adobe acrobat to study at home but there is boxes covering the answers to the question that when im on my desktop at work i can click and make disappear. But on my iPad Pro they wont go away. How do i get them to disappear so i can see what is under them? Photo Attached Adobe acrobat iPad Pro 

We have deployed Adobe Acrobat Reader as managed app for iOS devices in Microsoft Intune. It was working fine till end of 2020. Now we are not able to apply the App Protection policies. We have tried follow https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Mobile/intune.htmlbut unfortunatly it is not helpful. Now when ever we try to open any .PDF file from outlook or onedrive we are getting error(Action Not Allowed. your organisation only allows you to transfer its data to managed apps). We are also in touch with Microsoft, they are investigating on thier side. So please help us to find a solution as soon as possible.

Hi. I’m using Adobe Acrobat Reader for Microsoft Intune to edit PDF files in iPad.Is it possible to select a cloud folder, such as OneDrive, to save PDF files?I confirmed that I can open the file from OneDrive, but I could not find a way to save it.

I have downloaded 4 pdf files to my Samsung A40 and I now want to add them to an email however when I try to attach each file through my email account using my files/downloads the pdf files are not there and they don't even appear in my files recent either. When I go to 'acrobat for samsung app' they are clearly there I just can't get them out to attatch them to my email. In the end I shared each pdf file separately to myself via email then saved them to a different phone (samsung s7 edge) and there they are, all 4 files in my recent folder and in my download folder. Why doesnt adobe work properly on my samsung A40 ?

Hello, I tried to use Fill & Sign function of Acrobat Reader Mobile for Android. I can stamp my signature and mark the check boxes but when I use text tool, I can see the messege I was actively typing but as soon as I tap away to start a new text field or to do anything else, the message I had just typed disappeared. I can use Fill & Sign in the exact same files without any problem when using Adobe Reader for Windows. I found this problem 4 years ago and it still persists until now, with either Android tablets or phones; from Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, Note 20 Ultra, Galaxy Tab S4, Tab S8 and now the Galaxy Z Fold 4 with latest OS and Adobe Reader app updates. I left comment about this problem in Adobe Reader app review in Google Play Store and the developer answered that I should post here for further solution. Thanks for any help.

I did the 7 day free trial of Adobe, and cancelled wihtin this period. Also, alle the mails were sent to a different mail account than the one I logged in with, so that I wasn't notificated about anything. Now the yearly subscription went off of my account but as I cancelled I want a refund!

How do I know if someone has downloaded my data with out me knowing please.

Hi All.I have now got a banger of an headache trying to find how to download a government interactive form on adobe. It says that you must use adobe reader to complete it. The only problem is I'm using an iPhone. Any ideas will gratefully received.Thank you

Good afternoon. I accedently purchased the year subscription after the trial expired, on June 11, 2021. I didn't realize this happened until two weeks after the trial ended.  The app never updated to unlock the full features and i have not had access to them since paying the $70. This is unacceptable and would like to have access to the purchased locked item. If this is not possible, i would like to receive a full refund because your app does not work, as is, on my iPad. Thank you,Josh Rodgers

i deleted acrobat reader app from iphone becsuse it would not update through apple store. but this operation made me loose all the files stored  locally in the location "on my phone" without ANY warning!!! these files were not backed up because i was convinced they were in the folder Files of the phone! please, i need help in recovering them, even after reinstalling the app i can not see them anymore. they simply dis disappear. it is very bad! please help  alessandra

Hi, I accidentally purchased the Adobe Premium membership. I wanted to try out the Trial subscription and thought it would be free, but it deducted money from my account. I purchased the membership 1 hour ago, but as checked with Google Play, they have only cancelled my membership to get auto renewed. But the current membership money is not refunded. As per Google Play, they have told to connect with Adobe for any refund requests. Request you to please refund the membership money. Thanks.
