Acrobat Reader Mobile

I have premium and once was able to edit before I accidentally deleted the app on my iPhone. Now when I try to edit, the whole page highlights and says delete. I also made the page to a Pdf and still nothing. Anyone else having this problem?

When I receive via email  the document in PDF digitally signed, the digital signature does not appear. (see attached).However, the same document received via whatsapp, the signature appears accordingly.  

I was under the impression I was signing up for a 7 day free trial. I ended up canceling my subscription the same day I got it because it wasn't doing what I needed. I got a charge to my card for 10.58. I would like my money back. 

Hello, I have a free subscription for Document cloud. Using desktop and mobile android app. I was working with file on desktop( file was saved in cloud) . After that I opened mobile app, there had been that file downloaded before (without any comments) and then mobile app automatically saved not commented file. Well I have lost all my comments How can I restore the preveous version of file?Help please

I'm trying to connect my Adobe Acrobat Pro mobile app to OneDrive but it tells me that I need to contact IT. It works on my desktop but now on the mobile android device, which I need for field work. Please help.

Please add the following two features:1. Zooming out of full page view. It would be helpful (especially on 12.9" iPad Pro) to be able to zoom out and set at desired view. 2. More important! Please add tabs to Adobe. It's crazy we cannot open two instances of Adobe and that there still is not the ability to open multiple PDFs in tabs.  Thanks,

I have been in contact with the support team, but all their emails come from "No-reply" email addresses. How do I respond to their emails? 

I'm being charged but can't access premium. I have checked and the subscription purchase email and my adobe login email are the same. 

Hey crew, I've logged into 3 different accounts and I still can't restore my purchase. My apple app account says I'm subscribed. I've also updated my app, still no joy. Any help will be greatly appreciated

I was offered a free trial for one week at ZAR74.99 to be debited after 7 days. I accepted and was charged within a few hours. I contacted the developer and chatted with them online. They informed me that Google debited me (on their behalf) and that I should contact Google. I contacted Google who informed me me that they cannot refund me because of their policy. This is daylight robbery and is dishonest, unprofessional and unacceptable.

 about two months ago I noticed I had the Adobe app on my iPhone showing 2- notifications (2 is on the top right corner in red on the app). I have literally done absolutely everything I can think of to clear these. I even remembered I have a second Adobe (free) account and thought that must be where they are hiding! I did find notifications there when logging in (switching users). But still not clearing on my app on my homescrreen.  I have even gone online, on a desktop computer, to Adobe. Com, logged- into both Adobe accounts and cleared notifications this way. And nothing. Now, no notifications are anywhere sure, read or not, yet I still have that blaring red - 2, staring at me!!!!! I am about to lose my mind!! Help please 🙂

I recently bought a Samsung S22 Ultra about 3 months ago. Since I have it, I can't be able to open the Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF for Samsung. As soon as I open it, it crashes. I post a review on the Play Store and a Team Worker for Adobe replied to me saying that he recommend deleting the Cache, I did that and still isn't working.

The blue box to drag to the content to delete does not move anywhere to delete.

Hola pagué la suscripcion anual hasta marzo 2023 pero hace una semana la anule sin querer. Ahora tengo la versión gratuita y si quiero activar el premiun otra vez me pide que vuelva a pagar cuando no me han devuelto el dinero. como puedo activar el premiun otra vez o recuperar mi dinero?

Hi i need some help. We are using adobe acrobat to edit maps with marks to where we have been. Since we do alot of these "comments" it can be hundreds in one map. And it had all been fine for a year. But lately there has been an issue with acrobat creating a "Restored" version of the original document(file).Badly translated from Swedish it reads something like this: "Couldnt save ("nameoffile") too reviews. A copy has been saved to ("nameoffile" Restored) has been saved on your unit." Im not sure what to make of this. I've been hunting a answear but i dont seem to find any related.It only occures here and there, so not on every use of the app.Hope anyone have an idea! Thanks 

I have created a fillable form in acrobat DC and sent this to use on my iphone through the acrobat reader app, in this form I placed a number of text fields and buttons that I don't want to see when the form is flattened or printed in the iPhone acrobat reader. The fields are set to 'visible but doesn't print' but they always appear using the iPhone acrobat reader app. PS they don't appear when I print in acrobat DC on a pc.

Hi,It is requested to please also add a feature to read from "Right to Left" in mobile.At present, it is only possible to read left to right.It seems very difficult to read "Arabic" & "Urdu" books in Acrobat reader.I hope, later or soon, this problem will be resolved and we will receive an "Update".Best regards,Engr. I ordered Adobe premium and paid for it and it continues to redirect me to buy premium when I try to access the features. How do I fix this? It's been almost 10 days

Estuve resaltando un archivo que tenía en mi document cloud desde la tablet. Resulta que cuando lo abro desde la computadora me aparece pero sin lo resaltado. Volví a la tablet a donde me seguía apareciendo el resaltado y me lo compartí a una dirección de mail. Apenas lo abrí desde la computadora con el usuario al que me lo compartí me desapareció el resaltado de todas las versiones. Dejé de compartirlo y sigue sin aparecer el resaltado. Incluso guardé una copia con el resaltado en otra carpeta y me aparece la fecha y la hora de modificación de la carpeta como si hubiese guardado el archivo pero adentro de la carpeta no me aparece el archivo.¿Qué pudo haber pasado? ¿cómo hago para recuperar el archivo resaltado?
