Acrobat Reader Mobile

I recently added security settings to some PDFs to prevent editing and commenting; we only want them to be able to fill the fields. (There are no signatures on these documents so signing is not required.) For some reason users can no longer fill them out in the Acrobat Reader iOS mobile app. The fields no longer appear blue and the following message appears: These forms worked fine when there was no security applied to them. Users also have no issues filling the same forms out on the desktop app for Acrobat Reader DC and Acrobat DC.These are the current permissions under the password security settings:Printing Allowed: High ResolutionChanges Allowed: Filling in form fields and signing existing signature fieldsCompatibility: Acrobat 7.0 and laterI also tried broadening the permissions and decreasing the compatability, however the fields could still not be filled:Printing Allowed: High ResolutionChanges Allowed: Commenting, filling in form fields, and signing existing signature fiel

I just tried to download the trial, but not successful in downloading, but later a monthly payment has started to dedcut from my bank account every month, by now two payments have gone from my bank, starange how?

I have saved a pdf book.  I can open it in Adobe Reader in my Android phone.  The only way I've found to change the print size is buy pinching, but that runs the sides of the pages off the phone.  So I can't change the print size, which is tiny and unreadable.  I tap the three dots, and go to Printer, but there is no option to change the print size.  How can I change the print size?  Or, how do I open this book in another app on my Android?

Why is there no simple user guide for your product? You have all these layers of convoluted AI; I dont need or want that. I want to learn about the features and how to use them. All this emphasis on signing in, I already signed in.In the olden days when apps were called programs, there was a 'Help' button on your toolbar. You clicked it and BAM it took you to a searchable user guide that would walk you through the various features. Now if you can actually find where the 'help' button is in one of your apps there is a link to your payment or account info and a couple other options that have nothing to do with helping the user to use the app  -whats up with that?

I download a file and save it. I then go to my file and when I click on the file I want to see, it takes me back to save which I do and then takes me to open and when I choose open it keeps returning to the save option. I have multiple files that I can't open, even though they're saved. I'm using my iPhone mobile phone. It always worked before so I can't figure out what changed. The only difference is I updated my phone to an iPhone 10.

Hello, can u tell me why after updated to ios 26 my pdf readers all can't read any chinese charecter and what should i do? Before that I could to recognize any single Chinese characters but now , I can't.

I've gone to Preferences and turned off Generative AI in Acrobat..But the App keeps asking me to turn it on when downloading a PDF File.  How can I disable the AI feature once and for all?  I turned it off for a reason...I don't want or need AI help with these PDF FILES.

Sous apple je ne vois pas l'abonnement j'ai pris l'abonnement directement depuis adobe. Je ne veux plus être prélevée de 35,99 euros (la carte utilisée n'est pas valide de toute manière). I've got a yearly Acrobat Premium subscription but when I log in I'm still on the free subscription. Even after I restore purchase. I can't even cancel the subscription & re buy it as it says the new subscription will kick in after the "current" subscription expires in a 1 years time. Its even more frustrating that we can't speak to a person in support that can assist on the spot.

i signed up for free trail period but was charged from te beginning tried to cancel and stop but the money is just been taking and i cant get it reverse i just want to cancel it and have a refund on all the attach images

I paid for the year, why can't I use all paid features and functions until my end date? had I known they'd be revoked immediately I would've waited.  I feel I'm entitled to the full functions of the app since the app is paid until the end of the year.  Please let me know how I'm thinking is wrong.

I use Acrobat Reader for iOS, and I develop/publish mobile-friendly ebooks in PDF format. Lately, this "Generative summary" banner occupies prime screen space atop every page. Both in standard reading mode (no problem) AND in immersive reading mode (problem). I have gone into User -> Settings -> Enable generative AI features in Acrobat and turned the slider to OFF. It's still there. Again, no problem if the banner is there in standard view mode, alongside other tools such as highlight, markup, and find text. But in immersive reader mode, I don't think there should be ANY interface buttons or tools. How do I get rid of this for myself, and can I tag our PDF ebooks so that this banner is default-off for our customers when they read our stories and comics?

PDF shared by me to my whatsaap chat is not opening. While touching it to open irrelevant options like Google, Google files or shareit appears as option to open with and choosing those options also not letting it open. It hapoens with files whichI have created as word file then shared it as PDFto my whatsapp chat.

Just stopped working, no changes to device. When trying to open downloaded file (ANY type) Adobe is not listed as an available app. (Google wallet, however, is.) "You don't have any apps that can open this type of file." Except that I pay for Adobe premium 🙄🙄🙄 I've tried all of the 'unplugging and plugging back in' and it won't work. WHY?
